Update 7/18/25: Aiden and chuck came to my home and they were absolutely amazing! I love this company and will never use anyone else!

I have had a few people from this company come out I cannot remember all their names, but Dale is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He answers all my questions even when I follow him around throughout the house to see what he is doing (not for any reason particularly I just like to know what is being done to my house as a first time home owner) they are very accommodating with scheduling conflicts and help their customers any way they can. Thank you so much for the fantastic work!

I used Livewire today for the first time and they told me that a tech would come out between 2-4 and Kirk showed up just around 2. He was very knowledgeable and efficent. He went over my concerns, saw what needed to be done and he said he will be back with the proper equipment to fix all of the issues. Thanks, Kirk

Outstanding service!!! If I could give ten stars I would. Livewire was assigned to me through my Duke Energy service plan. They were totally professional, arrived on time and did an amazing job. William and Justin were the technicians and were superb!

We had a breaker that kept tripping in our baby daughter’s room and we couldn’t figure out why. We saw the Live Wire van in our neighborhood and Gianni came to our house on a Sunday and had it fixed within an hour! Thank you for the quick response and even faster solution Gianni!

We called Live Wire because part of our kitchen lost power the other night. Live Wire sent someone out the next day. Our technician was Dale Thomas. He was prompt, very nice and was very informative about our problem. He took the time to talk to us and listened and answered all of our questions. We have some wire issues. He reassured us and gave us some peace of mind. We look forward to working with Dale and Live Wire.

Wow! Such great customer service! It started with making an appt with Robin to the arrival of Kirk for the repair. I would definitely recommend Live Wire Electrical Services!!!
Kirk was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I had some electrical questions that he was kind enough to answer. He was very thorough in handling the repair. He could easily get a job as a standup comedian. He was a breath of fresh air. I have had bad experiences in the past with other maintenance services companies.
This company does not lack in their professionalism and customer service skills! Kudos to the owners for having both Robin and Kirk working their frontline!!

Live Wire is the best. They are able to fix the problem every time. I love that they are the third party choice vendor with Duke's Home Wiring Repair program. Today, they fixed my breaker, hot water heater (burnt wire!) and pool heater - connected to the breaker. They were only coming to look at my breaker. I can't even begin to think of how much money they just saved me. Thank you guys. And thank you for being so fast and efficient.

Excellent service and clean work. Justin came out on short notice and handled everything professionally - even on a weekend. He replaced outdoor service wiring, updated terminations, and sealed everything up properly. Very tidy, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Would absolutely recommend for any residential electrical work.

From his phone call this morning until he left after the job was finished, Kirk did a wonderful job putting up a new ceiling fan for me! I have used them for the past 8 years. They always communicate the arrival times , they are very professional and thorough…. They always test everything several times before leaving. Dale has been out here several times over the years - excellent. Justin T and William work as a great team and they are very friendly and will do whatever it takes to get the job 100% completed ( even working in the rain!!). This company meets all of your expectations and more ! Highly recommend them !!!

Their drivers tailgate people almost causing accidents and when you call them, they don’t return your phone call. They are a danger to society if they drive like that God only knows what type of work they do.

Live wire came to my house today for some electrical work because I was on the Duke energy electric home wiring plan!
I felt very confident that livewire was going to do an excellent job because they are contracted by Duke energy!
So that all being said they did do it excellent job they came on time very friendly service man and he got everything done and was very pleasant.
And his name was Kirk... :)
