General Contractor reviews in Largo, Florida

Reel Construction Resources is a top-notch construction company. They are professional, dependable, and their work is impeccable. They took the time to understand our vision and delivered exactly what we wanted. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I’m incredibly satisfied with the end result!

Found Reel Construction on the internet and glad I did. They turned our outdated master bath into a beautiful spa-like retreat. Jory and Sarah (admin) run a tight ship and their low overhead results in a competitive price. Reel’s employees like Brad & Vicente perform quality work, along with reliable/professional subs. Tile work was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Jory and the Reel Construction team were an absolute pleasure to work with for our exterior patio repair. I spoke with Jory in early 2021 about the repairs. He came to the house and looked at the repair needs, explained what would need to be done and gave me a fair estimate. He was ready to start within a couple of weeks if I was ready. I ultimately decided to postpone the repairs at the time. I reached out to Jory again in late 2022 when the repairs needed to be made. He remembered speaking with me and what we discussed in 2021 and quickly provided an updated estimate and put me on his team's schedule. His team was experienced, professional and polite, kept the project area clean at all times, explained step-by-step the repair process, communicated throughout, and were generally very pleasant to work with. They worked really hard to make sure the repairs were done right and that I was happy with the final product. I would recommend Reel Construction to anyone in need of home repairs or renovations. Thank you Jory and team!!

Extremely happy with our kitchen renovations by Reel Construction. Everyone who has seen it loves it, too. Space is open and bright. All flooring, ceiling, painting, and installation workers did a great job, including clean-up.

Reel Construction Resources made our renovation project a breeze. They provided excellent customer service, and their expertise was apparent from day one. They handled everything efficiently and kept the site clean and organized. The final result was stunning. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable construction company.

I had a fantastic experience working with Reel Construction Resources. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident. The entire crew was courteous and respectful of my property. I would definitely use their services again.

Spectacular complete Condo renovation by Reel Construction. They provided a detailed estimate and work list. Space is open, bright lights, vinyl floors, porcelain shower area, and new kitchen cabinets. All flooring, ceiling, painting, plumbing, electrical, and installation was great work by the team. Highly recommend them!

Reel Construction did my "hurricane build back" after Milton. Not only were they super quick to respond and come out for a quote during a surely busy time, they did great work. They were super communicative and fast. They did drywall, baseboards, complete kitchen reno/backsplash, as well as some minor plumbing and electrical. Their estimate was fair and accurate and the only thing that may have slowed them down was me deciding to go with a different company for flooring. I recommend letting them handle everything. If I need these services again, Reel will be my first call, I could not be happier with the results!

Hired Jory and his crew to put an addition on our house and they got it done during the hurricanes and all! The team hard with worked to get our desired dream addition. We’re very happy with their work and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Reel Construction and will use them again for all our future projects! Jory and his team worked on the rebuild of our garage, laundry and bath after a house fire and I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. Jory, Sarah and all staff were excellent communicators, moved the project along quickly at a very fair price, and could not be any kinder in the process. Every worker was respectful, reliable, and a master of their craft. Thank you Reel for building our house back to even better than we could’ve imagined!

5 stars all the way, Reel construction just finished a remodel of our condo on Sunset Beach. Jory and Sarah were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they communicated with us on every step of the project. They were always available to answer questions and concerns. Sarah was a great help ordering product for the job and keeping everything moving forward. Jory was very attentive to all the details of the project, and the job was completed on schedule. We are extremely happy with the end result. I highly recommend this company.

Worked with Leandro de Souza as the project manager . He is very communicative and reliable . He let me know what is happening at each stage of my project and was passionate about my concerns in regards to quality . Great PM . Great work and great delivery . Satisfied and will be back again.

Great company! Highly reliable, professional and at a good price. They replaced my facia and matched the paint on the house. Makes the house look new! Thanks Jory.

Reel Construction Resources did a great job with a renovation of our kitchen, laundry room, and entryway. When planning this project, we formally interviewed 3 companies and reached out to a couple of others as well. Jory came to provide an estimate for our project. We selected Reel Construction because not only of their cost-effectiveness, but also because it was clear from the questions and comments Jory had at the initial visit that he was knowledgeable and experienced, as opposed to other companies that sent salespeople who would not actually be doing the work. He pointed out some potential challenges with the project that while they were not good news, we appreciated the heads up and could tell he knew what to look for. We also appreciated that Reel had no problem letting us select materials from places of our choosing, and purchase materials ourselves if we chose to do so. Some of the other companies we interviewed would only allow us to use their preferred dealers, with materials that far exceeded our budget. However, when we asked for recommendations for good cabinet companies for instance, Reel put is in touch with a great company that actually was able to come in under the other company we had found ourselves.

Once the project got started, we were impressed with all of the Reel employees and subcontractors that worked on our project. Everyone was professional and skilled at their work. While living through a renovation is never easy, we appreciated that they kept the project area pretty clean and tidy. If we ever had questions, Jory and Sarah were always responsive. They stopped by throughout the project to check on progress and make sure everything was getting done properly. Our house is very old and some unforeseen conditions came up, which is to be expected. Reel Construction and their subs were good about informing us when things came up, and we felt that their pricing for these additional items was fair.

The final product looks great, and was completed in a timely manner. We will definitely keep Reel Construction in mind for any future projects we may have.

Reel Construction did an excellent job on our window replacement and new siding. We are very happy with the outcome! They were true craftsman, timely and kept the jobsite clean. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company! We had our condo bathrooms (1975) remodeled and they look fabulous! From beginning to end of project, Jory and Liz were very easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get those results. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process and were always quick in answering any questions or concerns we had. The subcontractors were also very knowledgeable and good to work with. We would definitely use them again!

Reel Construction Services - Jory Romano - restored our Helene flooded house during a very challenging season. It took Great persistence on their part to get the required permits so that work could begin.

Jory’s crew of craftsmen were very skilled, including our new kitchen designer, carpenters who replaced doors, including pocket doors, door frames, drywall, electrical for new ceiling lights, plumbing for kitchen appliances, new glass wall in shower, tile installation throughout, and paint throughout.

Jory made sure everything was done and completed to our satisfaction.

We totally recommend Jory and his crew at Reel Construction Services!

I highly recommend using Reel Construction - Jory and his team did a great job of totally renovating a 1980's bathroom and transforming it into an open updated bath.
Once the project began, I was updated daily on next steps and who would be coming to do the work. Each staff member was polite, and took great care to clean up at the end of the day. Thank you Jory Romano and team!

After Hurricane Helene, we had to restore our house and Jory and his team worked with us step by step. They had strong communication and based on our damage they got us back in our home faster than we expected. We would highly recommend.

Amazing! Great work at a great price! We had our 1.5 baths fully remodeled and our full condo floor redone with LVP. Jory, Bridgette and team are very responsive, helpful and great at what they do. We couldn’t be happier and more appreciate. We will definitely use them next time.

Jory and his crew did an awesome job bringing my home back to its beauty (and even making wonderful improvements) after the hurricane. It was a total redo (down to the studs).
