We needed a new AC unit, and Weathermakers made it so easy. They gave us a free quote, installed it next day, and left everything spotless. Our house is too comfy rn

I couldn’t be more impressed with the incredible service provided by Mike and his crew. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in installing my new AC unit. They arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, and worked diligently to ensure everything was done to the highest standard.

If you're looking for a reliable team to handle your AC needs, look no further than Mike and his crew. I’m beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family!

Weathermakers installed our new AC about 5-7 years ago & we keep the annual “tune up/check up”- Last year needed a couple things done, this year they did another service and my Tech Joey was great, explained everything as past Techs have, told me everything he was doing, what I needed, and you gotta love the outcome of a minimal service fee and minor cost of what was recommended! Will always continue working with this company!

I've been with Weathermakers for many years. They worked with me when I was going through hard times. Got my a.c. back in operation. They are good people.........The Weather makers crew were here and replaced my worn out system today. They did a very professional job. And answered all my questions. I like to learn what makes things tick. Thanks for another great job. !

My dad has used this company for years. When Milton hit and the house had to be redone we realized how much water had leaked through the ceiling. They left things off of the air handler, never leveled the pan, and took my father for granted. We had to call a real A/C company to come tell us everything that is wrong with it from when Weather Makers were out. My father even tipped the guys that came out and the service was not up to par. Honestly don't recommend them at all.

It is reassuring to work with a company that is founded on integrity and conducts business with professionalism, efficiency, honesty, with knowledgeable and highly trained technicians. I just had maintenance service done by Joey Digiacomo. He was prompt, polite, thorough, and efficient. What a great asset he is to the company!

Parks in the middle of gas station blocking traffic

Rude and unprofessional. Barely a step above unlicensed handymen.

It's fair and they try to help you

Imo, ConServ is the benchmark in Building Services.

This is the place to call when you want the job done right the first time. The entire process was smooth.

Ryan, Sam and Paul were very friendly and professional. They worked on my HVAC system for several hours and kept a fun, energetic and upbeat demeanor through the whole process! Thank you guys!

Parking is a pain and it is not well marked. But the hike is good. The trail is narrow in parts with rock and roots that can be trip hazards. Not a place for someone wanting an easy hike.
    It is dog friendly.

Two technicians came to maintenance the AC and the job needed just one person, they stayed for 1 and a half hour and they charged me for 3 and a half hours each. Absolutely a ripoff.

Well my air conditioning had went out later in the evening around 8:15 pm. We contacted our landlord right away to have it fixed because we have a small child who currently has bronchitis. She called us back around 8:45 pm saying that she contacted ConServ but "it was too late and all the workers had went home but someone will be there by 9:30 am". I thought to myself "wait... isn't this advertised as a 24 hour place of business?!?!". Obviously not. We received a call from ConServ at about 9 am saying they would be here around 12 noon. When asked what happened to 9:30 they said they had no notes in the system about them being here at that time. We contacted the landlord, who told us to do so if they weren't here by 9:30. They showed up to fix the A/C about 11. The guy gets the air going, tells us to leave the windows open for about 45 minutes to let the stagnant air out and leaves. As we go to shut all the windows we notice the air isn't working again. We call the tech back around 12:30 and he tells us the company already sent him home but he would call the office and come back. He does. After about 10 minutes he is on the phone with another tech trying to figure out what to do. The other tech has to show up and help him. I must say it is a bit discouraging to hear a guy fixing your air tell the other guy that "I've already had to pay 400 out of my own money today. After this part the grand total is ???" (Did not hear the amount he said there). The second time back they also changed the thermostat. Now instead of the nice thermostat I did have, which was programmable to automatically set to specific temperatures at specified times, I now have just a basic set the temp and turn it on or off thermostat. 1 star for getting it working. -2 stars for professionalism and -2 stars for customer service considering they never even attempted to explain to me why my air quit working.

Shows up at 10am, leave 5 minutes later to go purchase parts. 2 hours later comes back and installs parts in 45 mins, maybe an hour; and hes on his personal cell phone for 20 mins of it. hes out the door before 2pm. His tablet is broken and cant have me sign a bill or even see a bill so no idea what to expect. After the tech left, his coworker came back a half hour later and gave me a work order with 4 hours labor noted on it. over a week later a bill finally comes via email for 6 hours of labor, 85$ charge for travel (They are in my building every day regardless of my call or not) and over $250 just for some hose they had cut at amazon hose 15 mins from my condo. Well even if you include the time he wasnt in my condo it doesnt add up to 6 hours... I call to inquire about this and im moved to 'joe' who is the service manager. This guy tells me i am lying and that this job doesnt take '45 minutes' not possible no way. Joe tells me 'His truck was on site for 6 hours' ... DUH Dude your trucks are in the parking lot EVERY SINGLE DAY ALL DAY. I dont care how long he was 'on site' i care how long he was working on my unit, and it wasnt for 6 hours. Ridiculous.

No wonder they demand to take a credit card in advance, they planned on scamming me right from the get go.

I haven’t seen anything like this before, absolutely a ripoff. One of them came to fix the AC, he leaves after 10 mins to go get the parts. Comes back around an hour later, with a co-worker. After around an hour or so, they fixed it EVEN THOUGH one worker would’ve been enough. I get the bill a few weeks later charging me for 3.5 hours of labour per worker. That’s a total of 7 hours combined keeping in mind one man is enough and took almost an hour to get the parts. By far one of the biggest ripoffs I’ve ever seen in my life. Absolutely unacceptable.
