Service tech, Johnny, is professional and enjoyable to deal with. He listens to my concerns and explains how he addressed them. I have always found Weathermakers to be responsive, professional and concerned with delivering top notch service at a reasonable price

Anthony, the Technician was the best! He assessed the problem with my A/C in two seconds and had it running! AMAZING! I hope he will be my Technician the next time that I need service. I am sp grateful to my neighbor for recommending your company!

I was referred to Weathermaker from a friend who works in commercial HVAC. She stated that Weathermaker is her top choice for residential HVAC. All of my interactions with Weathermaker staff was pleasant and professional. Due to COVID19 -there was a delay in getting the parts to replace my AC. Weathermaker came out to add coolant to my leaky system to carry me through - since it was our fabulous hot and humid season and my inside temperature was getting to 93. They did not charge me for the coolant or service. Then, the installation was quick. The installers thoroughly cleaned up. My system works wonderfully now. I highly recommend Weathermaker without reservation.

Well, here I am 4 years later. I had another company install a new AC unit the savings was over 2000. vs Weathermakers quote. Also, the last air handler was installed crooked so the whole wall was ruined when they removed the air handler Weathermakers installed. The new Ac the other company installed everything was good except a wire they left outside not secured. I called Weathermakers to see if they could help they sent a new employee that had been there 3 days. A 100 was worth seeing how that company has changed. I was happy to pay him the $85 for the half hour and 15 tip. He told me it would take 2 people about 2 or 3 hours but they had a 4 hour minimum. 695. Charging for work you don't do this is crazy. I ran the wire along the faucet and through the top in less than an hour. I'm not sure who is running things now and really don't care but I will make sure I pass this along. This is the way you guys originally ran it, so if one of the seasoned guys would've came they would've noticed. Working for a tv network I recommend a lot of companies. No I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I requested someone to come out and give me an estimate on repairing or replacing the unit. They couldn’t give me a time to come out but said they would be there that day and there would be a service charge of 85. When they finally arrived I was told the service charge would be over 200 to tell me what was wrong. After arguing a bit the charge was only 85. I needed a replacement and they said I should have an estimate within a day or two. It has been a month and they were finally kind enough to send me an estimate. Another company was out the same day, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. Had the unit replaced with in the week. I can’t imagine the issues I would have had long term if I had actually used this company.

Johnny with Weathermakers was very professional & took time to thoroughly explain the issue with my AC. He located the leak in the attic from the AC, removed wet installation & serviced the water flow line on exterior of my home. He advised that he would arrange for a representative to contact me regarding repairs to the unit, etc. It was a pleasure meeting with Johnny.

Johnny was a hard worker who came on the weekend and on time as promised. He checked out everything. Explained the problems and made sure everything was working before he left.
Very friendly and professional. His work was neat. Everything cleaned up when he left. Thank you for sending him. I highly recommend weathermakers and Johnny. And $129 service call on weekend for emergency service is very very reasonable. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A/C was done. I called weathermakers on Friday and they sent Anthony K out that day. He was great tryed to find an easy solution but He recommended a new unit which was perfect since the weather is getting hot. Had Damian call me before he left to discuss price. We agreed and they were out on Monday to install. Anthony T was here on time.. He was professional, friendly, very neat. Looks like he cleaned my garage!! Love that. There were a lot of follow up calls from Damian and Crystal. I highly recommed this company.

Oliver was very thorough and did an excellent job. Our "tune up" was fine and didn't require anything extra. However, when he finished here, we went to my mother's home and her unit did require additional work. Oliver clearly explained what the problem was and took care of what needed to be done. He is very courteous and does an excellent job.

We woke up Friday morning to 81* inside our home. I spoke with Michelle at 9 a.m. to discuss options, she was extremely helpful and empathetic towards our situation. The technician, Anthony arrived at 1 p.m. was able to flush out the draining and the house was cooling down by 2 p.m. This is the first time we've used Weathermakers and signed up for a 1-year service preventive maintenance program. Outstanding customer service, professional and affordable. Thank you!!!

They came out 2 hours ahead of the scheduled time, which was fantastic! They were very professional and personable to us and made us feel very comfortable. Every time I call Weathermakers for assistance/repairs, we get impeccable service.

I’ve been with Weathermakers for almost 3 years .
They are always reliable with their scheduling and with their work .
My latest service today was done by Johnny Howard , an excellent and pleasant technician.
He diagnosed the need for a new capacitor during
his last visit and installed one today , along with a Rene - Halo and a UV BLUE TUBE .
This house has never had better quality air .
Another service recommendation was to change the vent pipe from the drip Pan to a one inch diameter from the previous 3/4 inch . This was done a year ago . It was not expensive yet made a huge difference in the efficiency of the drip Pan drainage .
Always a on time ! Great company to work with .

Johnnie was so friendly and helpful. He explained my current and future status of ac system very clearly. He is a gem!
My only concern is that the quote given to me when I scheduled the appt was not accurate. The initial contact did not explain that the fee would be per unit, so service fee doubled.

I cannot emphasize enough the sheer professionalism and exceptional value they bring. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone searching for superior HVAC solutions in Largo, FL. They delivered an excellent ac installation service that far exceeded my expectations!

Extremely impressed with the service by Weathermakers AC. My AC unit wouldn't turn on today and I happened see one of their service trucks in my community. I approached the service man, Matt, to simply get a business card, but after a quick discussion of my issue he offered to come check out the unit on the spot. He quickly got my unit running, told me what caused it, and what would need to be fixed in the future.

It is rare to find a service company/man that would go out of their way to help someone on the spot like Matt did. I truly appreciate him taking time out of his busy schedule to help me. There is no doubt I will use Weathermakers for all future AC needs.

john was wonderful once again!! i think he has been here 3 times. and it’s because of him that i am keeping up with my maintenance. he explains everything to me. checked out out system. cleaned out pipe. so happy with this company because of their great employee!!! thank you weathermakers- thank you john!!

Once again Weathermakers did the excellent job we have come to expect. This time we needed duct work servicing.. Brad and Marty were our technicians. Our home is very spread out so there was a lot of attic work to be done. They were here fo 2 days. They were very professional explaining everything, were pleasant to have around, and cleaned up after themselves., We needed to add some vents . I was pleased with the care they took to make sure the vents were properly installed. Thank you Brad and Marty.

weathermakers has serviced our 3 systems since 2003. We have always been pleased with their work and the technicians that do the servicing. A special shout out to Matt. He was here today to install 3 guardian systems to help combat our families" allergies.

It was on a Sunday the first time Weather makers came out. I thought Anthony did a good job. They charged a lot but I thought it’s because it’s Sunday. About 2 month later my unit was having problems again. Anthony came back out and charged me for the checkup even though I had purchased some service agreement the first time. Anthony proceeded to tell me that a meter device was bad and my entire unit needed to be clean as well and that the reason it went out could have been because the unit was not clean. Question, why was I not told my unit needed to be cleaned the first time?

Anyway, I was given a quote to change out the part and clean the unit for about $1200 even though my unit is under warranty. I was told I would need to have all of the Freon changed out and on the invoice it looked as if the were going to change me for Freon twice. Once for the cleaning and then when the part was changed out.

I called Dr. Hot and Cold. They came out did all work for $400 and I did not have to change out all of my Freon.

Johnny was extremely professional and efficient and also very pleasant. Took his time to explain what was happening and what we needed to do. Definitely ask for him next time. Well done Johnny. You’re a credit to your company

Anthony showed up on time, actually, he rearranged his schedule to accommodate me and get my A/C up & running again. The drain was really clogged and it took quite a while, but he fixed it, cleaned up and locked up for me. He showed me how to adjust my thermostat to a higher humidity level as well. Great job done with the customer in mind.

2022, April: The gentleman who came today was just as professional and congenial as others who have come here before him from Weathermakers. When I bought my home in 2014, Weathermakers had a service contract with former owner (prepaid) which they honored for me as new owner. They have continued to service my heat/air conditioning equipment, replaced the unit when that was needed a few years ago, and continue to service the unit every six months. I love that they tell me what is needed and ask if it's ok to proceed. I LOVE that they blow out/clean out the algae that grows in the outside drain hose in spite of my best efforts to keep the line flushed out. Johnny is pleasant, professional, and good at what he does.

It's not easy to find an AC company you can trust, but after working with them in an emergency at my in-laws' house, Weathermakers is my new go-to company. From the first call, to working with Johnny and Anthony, they helped us get our system working quickly and at a great price. This company is the best I've seen in a while, they were professional, knowledgeable, and helped us in a pinch, I'll continue to use them and recommend them to anyone I can.
