Driving home from Orlando on Friday, my passengers and I observed one of the vans owned by Douglas Taylor Air Conditioning - you could tell because the company name was plastered all over the vehicle. That's why we couldn't understand why anyone driving, anyone representing that company would let themselves be seen driving as dangerously as we saw. It was a white Chevrolet Savanna - company van #50 with the tag ending in G14. It was dangerous enough with the inclement weather, but then to watch this jerk drive this van in a manner to embarrass his employer and put himself, others on the road and his company in jeopardy was something we had a hard time comprehending. I don't know why this Douglas Taylor A/C van was going east on I-4 and then north on I-95 as it is so far from their home area. If the driver continues to tailgate people at interstate speed and weave in and out of traffic lanes - especially in rainy weather, then I have no doubt he is going to cost Douglas Taylor A/C a lot of money. This driver is a liability to his company and if he worked for me and saw that kind of driving in my company vehicle, I would do myself a favor and terminate his employ or at the very least, put him on probation. I hope the owners read this and realize the dangerous position their company is being put in.

I have been in the restaurant industry for many many years and hired many many companies for HVAC and worked with many many Techs. If you are in need of HVAC work hire Doug Taylor and ASK FOR CHARLES. He is polite and knowledgeable and does quick and clean work, even going in to correct the issues of other contractors I’ve worked with at times. I request him every time. Kudos to Charles he is an asset to the team deserves to be recognized. Thank you for the good work!
