my renter people hired this company because the vent in one of our rooms was dripping water.
Niko is extremely nice but the work he did on the house I am renting didn’t fix the issue and when I contacted him like he said to do on the day that he did the repairs he told me that he would let Them know that The issue has not been resolved, and wouldn’t be able to come back til Frida, i heard nothing from him after that. I tried to reach out to him after I hadnt heard back from him in over a week & he just ignored me! Which is extremely unprofessional since he was the one who told me to let him know if the repairs didn’t fix the issue.when I reached out to my renters people because I heard nothing back from Niko, it turns out that he ended up never telling them because they told me that they were not aware that the issue was not fixed, which sucks because Niko could have been more professional and communicated.
