The new owner for Rosensteel sent Kenny to do a maintenance checkup and we were very happy with his very throrough service. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. He also gave us additional maintenance tips.

New owner for Rosensteel. Stopped in asked for a call back. Never occurred. We did go with a new HVAC because we dealt with Rosensteel for past 7 yrs. The system is made in China, did not know that & cannot buy filters that fit it so have to bend and squeeze filters in! We waited 7 days from take out to install and it was HOT those 7 days! We were only out of A/C 5 days during Helene hurricane so this event was worse! Manager Eric, used to be a Technician was personable but now as manager is rude and not at all a people person! I guess power got to his head! The tech that installed our new HVAC does not know how to rebuild a Plenum. He cut it in pieces and it looked like a child did it. The drain pipe he put in was 7 pieces up down, across and over and three had leaks in them you could see the openings! We decided to call a new HVAC Co with a recommendation and a 5* rating. They rebuilt our Plenum, they installed a new drain with an over and down path rather than the 4 way path that Rosensteel tech put in! Will NEVER hire Rosensteel ever again! New HVAC Company did a 5* Job!

Wasn't planning on writing anything but since the owner thinks i'm "confused" this review was on behalf of a family member who lives in tampa and is not great with technology.

We chose this company for our AC replacement and got a good value and professional service, Cliff took care of everything!

Their crews need to learn how to drive - Who tries to pass people through a merge lane?! Had two of their trucks just try to pass me on the new gandy overpass eastbound where it goes from 3 to 2 lanes just after the 275 overpass, going through the merge lane with maybe 100 feet left! It was bad enough traffic was already sparse and moving faster than normal, not to mention a completely open lane to our right. Called their shop and Ray there sounded about as enthused about the situation as one might be for a colonoscopy or a child support payment. Ive seen service companies destroyed from insurance payouts on fender benders, imagine what would happen from three trucks and at least three bodies being strewn across the highway.

i have been using MC for almost four years. Ray is very professional and fair with pricing. His guys are always friendly and very respectful. Mike is a great tech and very knowledgeable.
