Their service techs have the latest technology to check for any potential problems on your HVAC unit.I can't say enough good things about Temperature Pro - their staff , their service and work are all first rate!

I had somewhat of an emergency. The ac went out at my mom's mobile home around 5pm. She is 90 years old. Wendy and the Tech are the best! (wish I could remember the Tech's name!) He was a very nice & knowledgeable Albanian gentleman who found the short and the bad capacitor within minutes. He got out there asap and repaired in less then 30 minutes, 2 hours from the time I called Temperature Pro. Thank You from a new customer!

I don’t think 5 stars does temperature pro justice. Ryan took time explaining what was going on with my air duct system and gave clear recommendations on what to do. He is very professional and extremely patient (took multiple of my phone calls asking lots of questions). Most importantly I trust him! Thank you Ryan!

TemperaturePro serviced our aging air conditioner and came up with creative, cost effective ways to maintain and extend the unit's life. They offered multiple solutions at different price points. They also offered a very fair quote on a new system, but without the sales pressure I've experienced from other companies in the past. I will definitely call them when it is time to replace the unit or if I have future service needs.

A/C had stopped working. Lee arrived on time and within a few minutes informed us the fix was as simple as clearing a plugged drain line.
On time, straight forward, honest and professional... if only all contractors were like this.

We got quotes from 5 companies for replacing our HVAC. For the Trane unit we selected there was a price variance of $2,400. Temprature Pros had the low price from the first contact with them with no gimmicky pricing to make the deal appear better than it was.

Lee and Nick arrived on time. They checked out our ac and found it fully functional. They checked the air flow and found it needed to be balanced also found the air filter was not the right size. They were friendly and knowledgeable . We were only charge a service charge. We will use them again when we need something done.

Very informative and professional. I’m not going to lie, I know nothing when it comes to AC. A young man named Ben who installed my system, does a great job keeping it maintained. He always explains what he is doing and answers my questions very knowledgeably. Very polite and professional as well. Makes me feel like I’m not left out of the process. Some AC guys just go up and do whatever, makes me wonder if anything is actually getting done. It’s a breath of fresh air to have someone take the time to be a professional, explain what is going on and do a great job! 10 out of 5 stars.

I called TemperaturePro to come out to my house after one of my A/C units was having issues following days of storms in my area. Their customer service was great and they scheduled me an appt. the following morning and the technician arrived on time and gave me a courtesy update when he was on his way and quickly fixed my system and fully explained everything to me. Luckily the issue was minor and the service costs were very affordable. Since I know absolutely nothing about A/C units I'm always a little weary about a repair company trying to take advantage of that and try and sell me a service or part which wasn't necessary but I was completely confident in TemperaturePro's honesty and service and will happily use their services again if I unfortunately ever need to.

My neighbor had the pleasure of dealing with this, very rare to the industry, honest HVAC company. They contact you with a very reasonable date and time in which the respectable service person will arrive. Of course they were right on time. They gave an estimate for repair that was half of the competitors with higher quality parts. They finished the job with no increase in cost and in a timely manor.
