An update a little over one year later: I had an urgent need for my system to be serviced after a small malfunction - knowing an unexpected / unscheduled service in the dead of summer isn't a small task, I can't be more grateful for this company and their team's service. They were out the next day and all was fixed in an hour along with some wise recommendations I'll be acting on. Troy is not only a great person but a true professional whose leadership of his team shows. Thank you!

I was referred to Air Zero by a trusted friend and I am now happily a customer. I live in a 100 year old bungalow and modernizing these homes truly takes a team of professionals to know how to work with the quirks, and make recommendations that will make a big difference. I replaced my HVAC system, and not only was the install smooth, the team always follows up and has been excellent with regular service. Highly professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable - I cannot recommend Air Zero enough!

Air Zero has always been great to work with. Every team member that I have talked to or worked with has been courteous and professional. They are always on time too!

We've been using Air Zero for the past four or five years, through lots of routine and urgent maintenance and installation of one new system. We're very happy with their service, they're extremely reliable and prompt, highly professional, informative. Today's service call with Riley Smith and one of his trainees was especially impressive, I was amazed at his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.

Update, 9/12/2024: Another preventive maintenance visit today with Marcin Truskolaski, we're still really happy with Air Zero. Marcel was wonderful, like all of the Air Zero techs have been, we're so impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. Thanks again!

Had to unfortunately call for service but then Danny came out and what a joy! He is very knowledgeable and was able to get straight to the issue and explain in detail what needed to be done. Now I’m up and running! I cannot say enough good things about Danny as a technician and good person!

Jake was informative and helpful in explaining what was done and what was needed I’d recommend him and air zero including the maintenance plan for peace of mind.

Called about a new HVAC, someone came out and provided info but no warranty information. We asked to be provided that and said he would get back to us next morning. 2 days later we tried to follow up on it and he completely forgot and didn't remember what we asked him for. He said he would compile it and get it sent over. 6 days later and still radio silence.

Avoid Air Zero if you want any sort of customer service.

Michael was prompt, professional and personable. Due to his experience and knowledge, he was able to instantly identify and solve our issue. He also did a great job cleaning the parts of our system.

We love working with Air Zero! It’s always easy to book an appointment. Their scheduling is flexible and their technicians are so polite and thorough. We have the annual plan so we get two yearly check ups plus a discount on services. It’s very convenient. We’d recommend them to anyone who enjoys convenience, affordability, and just nice people!!!

Their expertise was evident as they efficiently fixed the issue and explained the work being completed step by step. We were so impressed, we signed up for a membership for bi-annual maintenance. My air went out, not only did I have a tech dispatched to me in a couple of hours, but the tech that arrived Danny was extremely professional and knowledgeable, his diagnosis of the issue was fast and got things fixed within an hour. Our thermostat kept giving an error and we were unable to resolve. From start ro finish, we had excellent service. Paula was very personable and helpful with setting up my appointment. Zach was able to come out same day. He discovered the problem, showed us what was wrong and clearly explained it and fixed it. He got us all up and cooled off within the hour. He was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and good sense of humor. Thank you very much.
