Absolutely the WORST AC business I have ever dealt with. They will come out, charge a ton of money and not fix the problem, then will come back out, charge more money and STILL not fix the problem!! Horrible service! And definitely do not get sucked in on their maintenance plan, waste of money! Do yourself a favor and call someone else!

Air Zero is a veteran own company and great to do business with. Tom was outstanding explaining everything about company ,what type of split unit ac unit can be installed . And took all measurements and pictures to get correct estimate.

I have used Air Zero for years and will always call them because they have great customer service, great pricing, and do quality work. I also appreciate that they are a veteran owned company. I can’t say enough good things about Air Zero! Jake and Gunnar came out today for our routine HVAC maintenance, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Arrived right on time, were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were checking and why. It’s clear they really know their stuff and care about doing things the right way. Our system is running perfectly, and they even gave us a few helpful tips to keep it that way between visits. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and efficient. Highly recommend Air Zero—and definitely ask for Jake or Gunner if you can!
