One word: OUTSTANDING!!! This company really cares about and appreciates its customers, as well as the product(s) and service(s) they provide. It all starts when you call in to Air Zero for assistance and/or an appointment as the friendliness and helpfulness is immediately apparent. Then it continues when Air Zero comes to your residence to look over the issue(s). The time they take to discuss all the issues/problems, as well as explain everything - after they do a thorough check of the property - so there is no doubt you understand, is amazing. Then when the Air Zero crew shows up to address and fix the problem(s) in a manner that is respectful to both my residence and me, was a breath of fresh air. While the crew was working on my A/C ducts in the attic, representatives from the company came by to explain everything that was going on, being done, what was found, and to answer any questions that I had, just showed the care and concern that they have. I highly recommend Air Zero and will use again if the need arises. Thank You Air Zero!!!

When my mom’s AC went out, Air Zero was the best! Tom was so kind and personable and explained the problems so that my mom could understand. He went out of his way to call us too and explain what was going on with her AC. The entire process from the first visit to the installation and inspection was flawless. We were texted pictures of the technicians along with a bio before they arrived which put my mom at ease. It was the best decision and the right one for our family. I highly recommend calling Air Zero for your AC needs.

Smooth scheduling and Jeff J was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and provided me with clearly explained remedies. My thermostat was bad and he replaced it, now all has been working great. The cost was worth it but I would have liked to see a better itemized receipt. Overall I have used them before and will continue to.

We used to love this company but they changed owners or management at some point and have gone seriously downhill. We’ve had multiple technicians come out over the last few years and with the exceptions of Tom and Troy, they’ve all been worthless. They can fix things for a few days but then (surprise!) your 5 year old $14k A/C is out again for weeks at the time. The cherry on top was the last visit from Michael that cost us an unnecessary $5600. Stay far far away from this incompetent business.

Excellent and honest service and evaluation. They were able to fix and clean motor and coils. They were also helpful with a replacement suggestion/ plan.

I had an old AC unit that was slowly leaking freon that nobody could ever find the leak on. It started to get low again and I decided to replace the unit instead of paying for the high cost of R22 every 2 years. Since I had a bit of time to research I went through a couple companies including the one who replaced another unit 2 years ago for me.

I tried Air Zero on the recommendation of a friend and spent a decent amount of time going back and forth with them on the replacement. I'm not an HVAC technician but I've done a lot of research on how they work. I could tell immediately they were being very honest. They came out and did an inspection before even quoting a price. It was very thorough. They checked the wiring of the thermostats to make sure it was compatible. Checked all the electrical to make sure it was sized properly. No other company did this type of thing before quoting me a price. (Price ended up being lower than the companies not doing this level of preparation.)

Santiago Gonzalez & Dan Eaton did the install. Very professional and polite and went above and beyond my expectations. They left my garage cleaner than when they arrived and did not rush the job. At some point the owner arrived to I believe do the electrical work. You can tell everyone wanted to do the job right.

They even took out a permit for the work which I am not sure if it was required or not but you are not going to do that if you are doing shady work. Overall very happy with the job (Its been a few weeks now) and would highly recommend them. I worked with at least 6 of their employees at various points in the process and all were extremely professional and polite.

Air Zero is my go to HVAC company! They are Veteran owned, and provide excellent professional services. You can’t beat their quality or their prices. Their backside support is also excellent; they have always been on time, and after they complete their services, the technician provides a report with recommendations. Thank you!

Troy is definitely an asset to your business. Kept me informed thru out the maintenance of my AC unit. Great to talk with and a brother as we both veterans and served in the Air Force.

Despite living in a private, gated community that is NOT open to the public, this company somehow got into the neighborhood. Without being invited or otherwise getting permission, they trespassed on my property and left one of their flyers on my door.

The entrance to my community has a very clear "no trespassing sign" as well as a very clear "no soliciting" sign. In a desperate attempt to sell us, they broke all of these rules.

Unfortunately there is nothing the police can do about it because we weren't here but if it happens again, we will press charges for trespassing.
