I can not say enough good things about this company. My husband and I just bought a house that had no AC, and got some very sketchy quotes from other companies. We reached out to our Facebook friends, and someone suggested the owner Ryan to us. Ryan reached out personally to us, with no pressure, just honest advice, not even expecting to get the job. We were sold and he one us over with that honesty. The guys were in and out so efficiently and gave us one less thing we needed to worry about. I will only be recommending them going forward.

My wife and I have an annual service contract with Temperature Pro Tampa Bay and have been very pleased.
We were especially impressed with the technician sent for our annual service today (9/26/18).
Ben was truly exceptional, with regard to all aspects of services provided.
His positive personality and exceptional service skill surely make us want to remain customers of the company.

I had a great experience using Temperature Pro to put in a new system in a 8000 SF warehouse. Their response time and communication is the best I have dealt with. Do to the old systems setup, we had to make a post installation change that we did not consider. We thought it may be costly, but they went over and above to make sure the final product was exactly what we wanted without breaking the bank. I have already put them to work on our next project!

Professional and fair. I had a 2-ton Bryant heat pump, air handler, attic wiring, & thermostat installed on 08/26/22. They always gave a reasonable price on maintenance and repair of my old unit, so I wasn’t surprised that they had the best price of the three estimates I got when I could finally afford a new system. Worth a call.

I was without AC and that is not good in Florida. Ryan from Temperature Pro responsed to my request for service sending Bryan out that day. Bryan was very knowledgeable, answering every question and together we were able to set up a plan for an installation of a new unit (long overdue, I might add). Installation was started and completed in one day and Ryan and Bryan came after installation making sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. Will I use them again, absolutely without hesitation.

I called Temperature Pro as I have been a long time customer. The guy who installed our a/c was a small company and sold the business to them and is still slightly involved. I called at 6 pm for an emergency repair, it was 88 degrees inside. At 7:30 no response from the on call person. I called back and was assured that I would get a call shortly they would alert him again. Still no call. I understand that it is a holiday weekend and it sucks to be the on call person but at least call so I can get someone else out. I finally got a call from the office of Joe Cool at 8 am this morning. Apparently Temperature Pro couldn't get their guy out so they handed it off to someone else without notifying me. Loyalty only goes so far, I won't be calling Temperature Pro in the future as they aren't reliable. I called another company yesterday at 8 pm, I got a call back within 15 minutes as promised and the technician was able to walk us through what to check so we could do a fix ourselves to get us through the night.

The team acted in my best interests at all times. They prevented my floor refinishers from ruining my new AC system. They made an emergency service call on the weekend. Ryan went the extra mile in assisting with a City variance request, and he prompted me to pre-buy ahead of announced supplier price increases, thus saving me significant money. I found this personal care to be surprising and delightful.

First off, I'm giving temperature Pro a 4 star only because I was a bit bitter about Jeff selling his business and not advising me after I had left several messages. But I must say, that temperature pro fit me into their schedule the very next day and was able to fix my non-cooling A/C that same day w parts on hand and I didn't have to pay an arm and leg. I was devasted when Jeff didn't say "hello" when I called his number but glad that he left his customers in good hands. I guess I have found my new A/C technicians. They were very courteous, reasonably priced, fast service, job well done-I recommend them.

Initially went thru a home service company web site where they were recommended. Ryan reached out to me by email immediately and answered questions and offered suggestions on what to install. We scheduled an appointment and Ryan again went thru several options of install and again answered all of my questions. I spoke with a few other companies but didn't feel the confidence level that I felt with Temp Pro. Ryan followed up with me and we agreed on what should be installed. We scheduled it and his team of technicians performed as as I had hoped, and completed the install flawlessly. Good people that do what they say. I would recommend you give them a call prior to committing somewhere else.

Angel and Dillon were polite and neat and very helpful when they changed out our AC units. And Ryan was a pleasure to deal with throughout and really went out of his way. He was always ready to answer any questions. I enthusiastically recommend them.

This by far was one of our best experiences to date here in Florida. Replacing an AC unit is every homeowners fear and when we started the process of reaching out to neighbors and friends Ryan with Temperature pro was recommended several times. He saw the recommendations and quickly responded. He was very honest about a ballpark figure just so we had an idea. By Monday he was at our home answering every question in detail with his main installer Angel who I have to say is absolutely priceless with knowledge and kindness! His knowledge is top notch. He explained everything top to bottom what would happen in our home. Tuesday morning Angel was extremely prompt and ready to go. He is kind, courteous and fast! He kept our pets safe and explained as he moved from one area to the other. Nick came as well to help and he was absolutely wonderful and professional too. These two make a dynamite duo! Ryan came back several times to check on progress as well and to pass on vital updates . This is what I call a cohesive team! And when the job was done I got pictures and just overall great info on my new system! When we got home everything was like how I left it. Couldn’t tell any construction had been done! They cleaned up and again made sure the pets were safe and secure. I am overly pleased with the system and will recommend these guys forever!! Thank you all!!

Angel was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and why. He also gave me tips I can do to make my ac last longer with regular maintenance I can perform myself. Very helpful. Ryan was outstanding as well last yr in getting me a bryant at a very reasonable price. Would absolutely do buisness with them again and can't say enough good things about this company

Great Company! Courteous and very professional. Fast Service. I highly recommend Temperature Pro for Air conditioning repair. My AC stopped working and they came out the same day and it was fixed. The technician said I still have a lot of life in my unit. When I need it replace I will definitely call Temperature Pro.

The gentlemen that arrived for service were respectful to me, and my home, as they did an all day job of installing a whole new AC system in my condo unit. This includes having having the miserable task of going into the roof in August.
Everything from receiving the quote and reaching an agreement with Ryan to the three gentlemen, Lee, Nick, and Arnas, who came to do the install, were professional, friendly, reasonable, and trustworthy. Any questions I had lead to a quick and polite response. They are extremely reliable. These factors are what helped me determine which company to choose for the job.
Now I'm super pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a new AC installed with Temperature Pro. Even though Temperature Pro quote was 2nd price range of my 3 quotes I received, I chose it due to the AC Brand, Model and it's efficiency. Ryan, the owner is professional and communication was very easy with him.

Ryan (the owner) and his team are amazing! This is the second time I’ve used this company and I always feel like I’m in good hands. This time I had a new unit installed and wasn’t sure what to go with. I had quotes sent over right away and an honest opinion from Ryan himself that saved me money. You also get a bio about the technicians who are coming to do the work. Lee, who has over 35yrs experience did an amazing job and he loved my crazy dog. After the installation Ryan took care of getting my new unit registered for the warranty and emailed me over the details. It’s a great feeling to know you’re being taken care of and everyone is so friendly. You never feel like you’re dealing with a “business”, it feels more like having a good neighbor help you out. From the request for a quote through the installation and clean up, it been one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had.
The owner of the company actually answers his phone! He listened to our experience with insulation “dust” found on our furniture and went up into the attic to diagnose conditions. He thoroughly explained the challenge. He wasn’t sure about the ducts in a later addition to the house and recommended he come back with one of his techs that could fit in the right space above the ceiling to get a better look. He didn’t over sell the job (the ducts in the addition did not need the ducts replaced).
All of the other contractors simply wanted to replace all of them and charge for all of them of course. His diligence and closer examination, saved me both time and $$.
They were here all day as expected (arrived on time) and left the place as clean as they found it. Extremely happy with the whole process start to finish. Highly recommended. The best value and service!
