MC Mechanical installed new HVAC a couple of years ago. I maintain every 6 months & their techs ( Dallas /Cyrus) are awesome !
Professional ability is crowned by their overall nice guy demeanors & their helpfulness with any concern.

Outstanding response! Owner and service technician were more than accommodating. Its often hard to find reliable tradesman these days. This is not the case with MC Mechanical Air Conditioning Services. They were prompt and correctly diagnosed and fixed my air handler before I could even start sweating. Fully recommend !!

Needed a new blower motor that was checked out by a 30 year repair man who now is retired. Motor was still under warranty. Service guy came out spent an hour and a half to tell me that the blower motor was bad which we already knew. Service Bill was $217. Came out a week later then charge me another $217 for an hour and a half for installation. Do not use them ! he knew the motor was bad right away and than spent over an hour on the phone looking for a motor that we already knew we had to order. So if the motor was in stock in his truck it would’ve been an hour and a half to install the first time we called him out.— (To your response, I never said that your technician was retired. This was a family friend with over 30 years of experience with air condition repair & installation. He came over and diagnose the problem and he said that I needed a new blower motor and it may be under warranty that’s why I had to call a licensed company for the warranty. Your technician confirmed That I needed a new blower motor within 10 minutes and was on the phone for over an hour at my house knowing he could not get a blower motor that day. Bottom line is Why should I have to pay for a technician to be on the phone for 70min. $217 for your technician to be on the phone and a 10 minute diagnosis. Than came with a new motor and changed me another $217 Which I think is a fair price for an hour and a half worth of work putting in the new motor.

So I called one hour air out after hours for an estimate as my air conditioner died. They charged me $150 which I was okay with and the guy came out and spent a half-hour diagnosing my system and told me that my entire electrical system had been compromised and was bad and had to be replaced. He said it would be very expensive to replace all that stuff and he recommended a full replacement for 14,700. I was like that's way high. He was trying to pressure me into signing on the spot. He told me if I wanted the air conditioning in tomorrow I had to commit right then and there. I told him I'm not spending $14,000 without researching it and I'll let him know tomorrow. Obviously this is a tactic of these large companies. On the spot signing so you don't shop. Well I had an experience a few years ago when I thought my air conditioner was bad and I called a guy out. He said your air conditioner is fine you need insulation. I thought to myself finally an honest guy. So I insulated the house and it took care of the problem. I would have bought a system from him but he's like no you don't need a new system. Well he came out last night and looked at it and 282 later it was fixed. I only had a bad transformer. Now I'm convinced that One hour Air was a complete farce. He meant he missed diagnosed my issue tried to pressure me into buying a new unit and didn't even follow up the next day which tells me that he knew he was ripping me off and would not have a second chance LOL. I'm in shock that he would just flat out lie to me. He was a heck of a nice guy but he was lying through his teeth. I'm going to try to get my $150 back because you didn't diagnose the problem charge me a lot of money which I know now is just wasted. Make sure you always get more than one quote. The guy that helped me was Cliff Morrison from MC mechanical air. I highly recommend him for his honesty. Twice now he's fixed my problems for pennies on the dollar compared to the other guys. By the way he did give me a number if I have to replace the unit. He was about 4,000 cheaper, maybe a little more. Another scam I discovered is when they take your central air conditioner out how to install a new one did you know there's $1,000 worth of copper in that old unit? All these air conditioners take that copper and resell it and make a ton of money on the back end when it could probably be reused cuz it doesn't deteriorate! All things I found out from my honest friend. So if you have problems with your air conditioning you're going to pay no matter where you go but it's nice to know that you're safe from being ripped off with this company!

I did not use your services but I did have an amazing experience with the staff in your office. My car was stuck on the side of the road next to your building and the office staff found someone who can help me pull my car out of a ditch. Cliff was the man they found and he is awesome. Came out pulled my car out and jumped my battery. When I asked how much I owed him he told me nothing he just wanted to help. I appreciate that and if ever needed for your services will definitely give you a call and recommend your company. If I was to ever have someone work on a unit for me these are the guys I’d call. Thank you again fellas and especially you Cliff for getting me out that rut.

My sister in law used them, they did decent work (a little overpriced) but they weren’t the friendliest.

Typically I wouldn't waste the time to leave a negative review, but my time was wasted, twice. I was scheduled to receive service last Monday between 8AM and 10AM. At 11AM I called to get an ETA, as I understand things happen, and was told the technician would arrive around 1PM. At 3PM I called to have the service rescheduled because no one showed up. My new appointment was for today between 8AM and 10AM. At 9AM, I called to get an ETA and was told the technician was running behind at another job and would be arriving around 11AM. I left my office at 3PM and it is now 4:30PM and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. I understand that jobs can run longer than expected, but it's completely unprofessional to have a no call no show service offering.

This company installed a mini-split system in our sunroom. They gave us a courtesy call to confirm their arrival time and then as soon as they arrived, they got to work. The two gentlemen, Cyrus and Dan, were polite and able to answer all questions I had. They were consummate professionals and speaking from a woman’s perspective, it was wonderful to have men working here that made me feel completely at ease when they were working inside my home. Their prices are more than fair, they take pride in their job (hard to find nowadays) and hearing from my husband that is in the construction business, that they did an excellent job, was the cherry on the pie.

Highly recommend Mark and his services. He was quick to install a new unit when Freon was leaking from the system. Same day quote and install on the outside unit. Fair and honest.

My air conditioning unit was not running when I came home from work. I called Wendy from Temperature Pro (formerly D Woodall Air) at 3:17pm. They had their best tech Mike At my house within minutes (he just happened to be in the area). At 3:34pm, Mike was finished working and my A/C was cooling my house again! D Woodall Air was always great and it has carried over to Temperature Pro.
