No longer reliable. Left job unfinished. Not professional.tore off huge chunk of stucco and just left it. Replaced outside breaker box and threw the old one on the lawn and left it. Also left their hammer. Just left. Had to send out 3 techs over 3 weeks to diagnose a bad thermostat wire.

Rosensteels was responsive and professional. They gave me an honest quote and completed a difficult, duct replacement on time and on budget. The crew was thorough and professional.

We were in a pickle as we had just arrived in FL after 2 grueling days of driving. We were hot, tired and still had to unload and unpack. Turned the power on and the AC came on, but wasn’t blowing out any air. We had no idea who to call, so we asked the manager of our park and they recommended Rosensteele, who they used. We called and they were out that same day. They had to get a new blower unit and they came out the very next day and “saved” us. It’s working great. We could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend them.

All I can say is i've never dealt with anyone who is so rude on the phone!!! Between scheduling, calling and trying to have someone Explain as a new customer to me. How things work? She didn't have the time of day and was exceptionally rude!!
As far as the technicians, I'm sure they're very qualified. I think the unprofessionalism starts With Lori at the office and maybe they should take her off the phones.
Also, make sure you have everything in writing.

WOW, I don't know about the driving but this Company is one of the best AC companies in Pinellas County. I took time and got many estimates. They were the best. I have used them for 3 different properties. Other than buying the unit whole sale in Tampa and hiring your own licensed HVAC guy these people are the best and least expensive... quality unit and quality workmanship. Just like Trump I will take rude anytime it saves me money and gives me quality

Team was out within the timeframe I needed. The techs were very friendly and professional. Ductwork was replaced to all rooms in my home and the results are noticeably better than before. Office staff was very helpful and great at clear and quick communication. Would recommend and use again.

I have been a customer with the company for 3 years. Dan was my service technician this morning. He arrived promptly, was very courteous, efficient. He helped identify my compressor. I live a 2-story condo unit and there 6 units outside my condo. Neglectfull after 3 years I still didn’t which was mine. When found it, I got my fat black sharpie & he wrote my unit number on it. Thanks Dan!!

Was in Florida for a short week, checked on my Aunts place , found no a/c function. Called Brighter Home Services. They sent a technician out next day. Lee Mitchell arrive on time and diagnosed system ( compressor bad) I chose to replace with new unit, was out very next morning @7:30 with new sys. Davide Terrana was field installer. This young man was clean, professional, and showed exceptional skill and had a sense of self pride that you don’t often see in an employee! If I was his employer I would do whatever it takes to retain such caliber of an individual to represent my company! Thanks Davide your pride and professionalism shows through your work.

This used to be a wonderful company. Taken over by someone else and ripped me off terribly just coming out to clean the line for my air conditioner. Charged me $320 and that was with a $50 discount. They will never get my business again and I will make sure that the other 49 units here at my condos know what happened and they're all going to boycott them. Find another company, I already have
