I had both the heat pump and the the air handler replaced at a great price relative to others without anything being compromised. The installation, which took about half a day, started two days after the initial inspection and price quote. The system is working fine and I will definitely have it maintained by The A/C Guy team.

Ben was awesome, when our ac went out last night I called first thing this morning and he came right out within a great time frame and fixed it on a Sunday Memorial day weekend. He was so nice and was able to clarify all of my and my dad's questions. I highly recommend Ben and The AC Guy of Tampa Bay Inc. 👌 10/10 Even had new fancy gadget to monitor AC system through an app. Thanks again Ben!

Chris Morris from The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay did an excellent job today for our bi- annual AC maintenance. He was very thorough and explained a few issues that he brought to my attention. He was not pushy at all and provided the right amount of information that enabled me to make a decision that would help our current unit run more efficiently. Let me start by saying — I have officially found the Avengers of HVAC.

After weeks of dealing with serious air quality issues (my CO₂ levels were sky-high and we were literally feeling sick in our own home), Daniel came to the rescue like a true superhero. Within minutes, he uncovered what the other company not only missed — but actually pretended to have done correctly. They had installed a larger unit without warning me that my existing ductwork couldn’t handle it, and even worse, they claimed they wired it for two-stage cooling when they never ran the proper thermostat lines at all.

Daniel immediately explained everything clearly, honestly, and with real expertise. No confusion, no upselling, just smart problem-solving that made total sense.

Then came Alfredo and the rest of the installation crew, who were absolute rockstars. They replaced every inch of ductwork, installed a brand-new ERV system, and treated my home with care, precision, and pride. Alfredo worked tirelessly and was so professional — it’s rare to see that level of dedication these days. The rest of the team was just as fantastic (and somehow managed to keep me laughing through the chaos!).

Now? My house feels completely transformed. The air is clean and fresh, my CO₂ levels are finally stable and healthy, and every room feels balanced and comfortable. It’s honestly like breathing in a brand-new home.

This was the best experience I've ever had with an AC company. Alfredo, Matheus, and Ryan were professional and had a positive attitude. They replaced my whole sytem and added new duct work on one of the hottest days in Florida and never complained...always smiling. I highly recommend them and they will be the only AC company that I use.

We had such a great experience with our AC install! The team was super quick, friendly, and really accommodating with our schedule. Caleb came out today to service our a/c unit. I could not have been more impressed by him. He was thorough and professional, and provided the best Spring service the unit has ever received in the ten years I’ve lived here. In and out fast, yet courteous and easy going to explain each step as he went along. The A/C Guy company Is lucky to have him and we hope to see Caleb again.

Highly highly highly recommend this company!! I called around for a few quotes for maintenance on my HVAC for my Pilates studio and decided to go with these guys for their professionalism and price.

Despite being the week of Christmas they got me on their schedule and made an appointment for Christmas Eve!

Mauricio came out and fixed the problems we were dealing with! He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was able to educate me on what was going on, tell me how he fixed it and what I should do going forward.

I was very satisfied with Caleb Haney’s service today. He was very professional and personable at the same time. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. He gave me a such a trustworthy feeling . My whole family uses your company. I’m unsure of everything he had to repair today. I know he had to replace something in the air handler and also in the main unit outside. I felt very confident that he was being truthful. I would gladly recommend him in the future for repair.
