Recently replaced our AC unit and air handler. Len’s came highly recommended by a friend. When they came to give the estimate, they did not try to sell us more than we needed and gave us the best option for the space we had. Estimate came in reasonable, so we signed the contract. Four days later we had a new unit installed. Two man work crew came on time, were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Very efficient, cost effective and professional company. Would definitely recommend Len’s!!

I had a very poor experience with this company, starting with presumably the owner misquoting me over the phone for a job (things happen- but I ended up agreeing to the almost doubled price upon their arrival). However, the AC tech that started working was not familiar with the specific unit I had mounted on my wall, and rather than admitting this, he first broke the metal bracket it was attached to on the wall, and then disassembled the unit.
I called the manufacturer (Lavella) and they told me that there are 2 very accessible clips to remove the unit from the wall.

This business practically destroyed a $300 air handler and didn’t complete their job.

EMPTY PROMISES (but with a friendly voice). Len's installed my ac unit two years ago. Subsequently I noticed that I had problems with its air handling system: it would continually suck up my air filter into the handler. They came out to fix it, but didn't. I have called multiple times for them to return. Each time, in a friendly helpful voice, "We have ordered a part and it should be in soon." A year later and Ten calls! NOTHING!

And the street address seems fake

I was so pleased with the great service The AC Guy of Tampa Bay provided to my mom, when her AC stopped working. They were respectable, honest & professional. Mauricio was great & communicated all the job details and answered all of our questions. Becca was very helpful as well. Would highly recommend this company.

The AC Guy of Tampa Bay did a great job. They got me up and running with a new AC unit in just a couple of days, and so far, it's working better than I could have hoped for.
The team they sent out to do the installation was top-notch, too.
Besides doing a great job of installing the unit, they were also very professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were definitely some guys you wouldn't mind inviting to a barbecue, watching a game, and having a beer with.
So far, I couldn't be happier... unless, of course, they did the job for free, and it came with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. 😆

The company we’ve used for years was recently sold, and we’re so impressed with the new team. They got us in quickly, and technician Albert was great — professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly. We’re confident we’re in good hands with the new ownership and will definitely continue to use them.

Albert was the best! He took his time to go through every part of our AC unit & gave us great tips on how to keep the system running smoothly. Honest and real, which is exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely use the AC guys of Tampa in the future!

AC Guy of Tampa did a great job. Excellent Customer Service that was very professional and took care of the issue quickly. I was sent ahead of time a picture with Bio of the person coming to my home. The technician notified me when they were close and once at my house was polite, professional and got right to work and AC cooling and running smoothly since. Great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend them!

We requested for someone to come out and give a quote on replacing/fixing our ductwork. The technician came out, told my husband our thermostat wasn't working properly, ductwork is fine. All of the information provided was via his computer, he did not crawl around and actually look at the the ductwork. He spent a lot of time on the phone, asking for help?? Who knows?? He also told us we needed new insulation (which was just replaced 2-3 years ago). According to the technician, everything is great. Meanwhile, we are sitting at 60-70% humidity, 69°-72° in our house. Technician told my husband to turn the A/C off for 24 hours to see if we notice a difference in the humidity.

To add insult to injury, we were charged $129 for a service call. Their online chat states that there is NO CHARGE for quotes. We wanted a quote, we didn't get that.

Needless to say, we won't be using them or recommending them.

Excellent service personnel was dressed and behaved professionally was creative with n problem solving caring ensured my disabled veteran had heat when we are about to get a cold front very caring and thoughtful thorough and effective

Antonio and Daniel came out to assess the unit. Antonio and Daniel were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional! If you need work on your AC/Heating, give them a call.

Chris was very personable professional and explained things in lay man terms regarding what needed to be done to fix my ac problems. He was very patient answered all my questions and went the extra mile to be sure I understood the process.
He is a definite strength to your staff.

Tanner from the A/C guy air conditioning service did a great job of fixing our A/C system. He was very professional and knowledgeable when I asked questions about the repair process. Tanner completed the job quickly and within the estimate that Ben provided to me when he initially troubleshooted my system. Rebecca also did a great job of coordinating our repair, finding the correct part and getting us scheduled right away. I am very pleased that this job was done right the first time and we look forward to using this company again for all our future maintenance and repairs. Thanks!

These folks took over for the company that we have been using for years. I was a little bit leery because I trusted the folks that I had been using. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. First of all, they were fast. Our unit was out of Freon. They loaded it up and I thought the price was fair. However, it turned out we had a leak in the line underground. They had to replace the lines for both of our units. Not cheap, but again, fast , fair and well done. They credited us for the Freon fill up in the first unit. Then a couple of days later, the control panel went blank on one of our units. This was on a Friday . I figured they would be out Monday. Nope! We were first call and problem solved. No charge either. So even though we are new customers, I feel that they are competent, professional, fast and fair. I don’t miss my old company quite as much anymore and I will be using these folks and smile.

This is the first time experiencing a new company and technician doing my 6 month maintenance check up! Nathan Logan was amazing! Very happy with his professionalism and personality! I would like to adopt him as my new personal tech that comes regularly! Very happy all around with his performance! Thank you for your services! 😁

I have been a customer for 12 months, under a maintenance contract. I have been treated well, the staff is polite and professional. The techs (3 different ones. so far) have been very informative and knowledgeable. Most recently, Mauricio spent a lot of time patiently explaining what my 14 year old system was going to need to run its best, the cost and then offered to have sales call with estimates to replace in order for me to determine the best option for me. I received a call from sales that day, so I can attest to the fact that they are on top of their business. Still undecided, I look forward to working with this company in the near future.

Technician Mauricio did a fantastic job of fixing my a/c drain pan issue. He explained issue and was very courteous.
