We were highly pleased with the service rendered by Bob Stapleton Airflo ! Their receptionist was very helpful & friendly, the service rep was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided us with estimates on fixing vs replacing our outdated system. And within one week of our initial call, the installation of our new AC was complete! AND, all of this was handled over the phone as we live in Upstate NY and have only had our Florida home 6 months !! Would absolutely refer folks to Bob Stapleton’s Airflo & his awesome staff !! The reps were amazing and did good work.
However, the first visit the tech held a napkin over the return vent and it was sucked into my ducts. He wouldn't have it removed because everything was closed up.
I had to leave the state the following day ,due to my daughter being diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer.
I was concerned about the napkin but the tech wasn't.
Anyway, as soon as I was able to return to Florida I called the company about my concerns with the napkin and the way they layed the lines.
They found the napkin, from their tech wrapped on my air coils, dripping wet and changed me for the service.
I spoke to Mike,at the service line and requested not to be charged as the issue was caused by his tech.
He blamed me and the fact that my daughter illness to to long to call them back

Charging me full price for the service call for his techs error.

Just getting around to this review.. About 2 months ago, I had a new AC installed after using window shakers for a about a year! Not only was it thee BEST quote I got, but the 2 installers Steve & Ethan grade A+!! TOP NOTCH!! Very communicative, funny & clearly loved their job! These 2 are 2 I'd want working & representing my company!! If you ever need AC work done dial this company up & specifically ask for Steve & Ethan, if they are available! It'd be worth it!!

Bob Stapleton H & A/C was recommended to me by neighbors in Bayside Waters. Everyone told me to specifically ask for Steve.
Well, He was early (it worked out great) very courteous, professional and helpful. There is a problem with my ducts and he made some recommendations on options that I should check out. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and Steve.

Steve was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Explain things to me. I have had so many issues with my AC unit. Have tried so many different companies. Everybody has always messed something up and then the next person has to fit it. He found things that were wrong showed me fix them. I pretty sure I am sticking with Steve and Bob Stapleton from now on

Len's Air Conditioning is the best air conditioning company we have used. The technician was extremely thorough and did a great job!

Finding an HVAC company that isn't crooked is as rare as finding a liberal with a brain. My 4 ton capacity air handler motor died 6 months before it's warranty expired. It would have cost up to $5000 to replace the entire air handler, instead, the motor was replaced for $550. Most other companies would have billed that for $1500 and not revealed that the motor was under warranty. Those other companies are owned by crooks who hire crooks.

My air conditioning system malfunctioned after lightning strike. Quick appointments, great communication, spot-on repair of problems. I will continue to use them for my HVAC system maintenance. I advise you to do the same.

An ongoing leak situation caused serious concerns in my storeroom. Dave responded immediately and refused to give up until the situation was resolved. Dave even came back the following morning on his day off to ensure that the problem did not return. Amazing
