It's becoming rare nowadays to find service providers that are professional, competent and stand behind their work. Rusty is all of these. Reasonably priced, excellent communication and a pleasure to deal with.

AC not cooling. Called Rusty's @ 8:00 Sunday night & by 8:30 Monday morning, Jonah came to fix it. This company is always prompt w/service. I would recommend them. Nice & cool in here now...thanks Jonah & Rusty's.

Rusty's is a small family owned company. They came out the day I called and diagnosed the problem, went and got a new fan motor and had me up and running within an hour. Considering how hot it is in Florida I really appreciate it.

Called Rustys for a tune up.
He didnt check the capacitors or clean the condenser coil. I stated the the contactor in the air handler was loud and id like to replace it. He didnt even look at it. He didnt check the amp draw or the voltage. In fact he didnt even have a volt meter w him. He was about to close up the AH and I asked if he was gonna clean the coil. He then went out to his truck to get the cleaner. I asked him to put pan tabs in he didnt, he didnt blow out the drain or even check the filter. Total waste of money. Im an HVAC tech and watched him work. He didnt check anything but the freon. He didnt do a temp split he didnt check the system in heat mode. Im not sure what he got paid for. To take the covers off the control panels and put them back on? The only reason I called Rustys in the first place was because they insalled the unit and I wanted to make sure the warranty wasnt denied do to lack of maintence. ... If there inspection is any indication of the repair work they will overlook problems and you will have callbacks and be wo AC in the middle of summer.
Call another TRANE dealer to repair and maintain your equipment.

Ben offer to put in some portable unit when we were waiting for the parts. They work with me and wait for my money to transfer to my bank account before charging me. They also replace a unit at my Mom's. Recommended to my next door neighbor and they all have use them as well.

This is the right business don’t let him fool you!!!! Took advantage of my elderly mother! Two clowns came out and diagnosed her air conditioner. Replaced a part and charged around $200.00 for part not including the labor. The part that they charged her for didn’t fix the air conditioner. They stated they would have to return the next day with another part. They returned the next day and proceeded to repair the A/C and charged her more money. I wasn’t available to be there. But when I did become available, I asked her if they put back in the first part they changed and refunded her because the first part wasn’t broken she said no at this point I’m getting upset. So proceed to contact Rusty the owner of Rusty’s A/C and the coward never got back to me!

One year ago we had just had a new addition to our family and as luck would have it our AC unit went down. With a new baby in August in Florida that created an emergency for us. We had started gathering quotes and were provided not only high prices for units, but outrageous prices for rental AC's or old freon. I saw Rusty's truck and notice they were located right down the street from us. They came over recognizing the urgency and not only provided us with a great price on an AC unit that saved us $200 per month, but placed freon into our system to ensure our babies comfort without raising the price of the new unit. Whenever we have had a question or concern Rusty personally helped us or one of his really great technicians. I HIGHLY recommend Rusty's.

A+ service! Rusty himself came out to my house, found the problem quickly and fixed the issue. He also cleaned up the coils a bit and checked freon levels while he was out. Very friendly and explained what was wrong. He didn't try to sell anything, just explained what I was looking at down the road. Had a nice time talking casually while he worked too.

No hassles, great service and a really nice guy. Completely satisfied.

Rustys is where its at! I had a great experience with them. They literally showed up within 10 minutes and within a half hour my AC was blowing nice cold air again. The person that helped me was Rustys son, and he did a great job. He explained everything very well and actually taught me some things. I highly recommend! In the past I felt that other AC people tried to nickle and dime me. I didn't feel that way at all with Rustys at all. This is a great small business, I will be a repeat customer!
