Replaced very old HVAC system 5 years ago got a very good deal. Had George come in for maintenance everything is running great. I will call JENERGY for all my ac/heating needs

Bryan, my installer, was amazing and gave up most of his own Saturday and Sunday to install my new AC! AND it was so hot up in my attic!!! I recommend Bryan at Jenergy Air and thank Jennifer too!!! It is running so smoothly and cool now!!

My Jenergy cool club service was a 10 out of 10! Dave called to let me know his arrival time an hour out which was very helpful. He checked everything thoroughly and found a drain line back up in one unit that was keeping it from cooling efficiently. It could have been a bigger problem had we not had this service today! Thanks so much!

My service guy's name was George. He replaced the heating element in my HVAC system. He was super informative and very pleasant to deal with. Service was quick, price was fair, very clean and respectful. Highly recommend

Recap & Update: Saturday 9/7/24 Jenergy Air sent their technician, George, to repair our AC. He claimed the air capacitor was bad. Took him 20 minutes to diagnose and replace. He charged $434. He was called 15 minutes after he left to tell him the air quit. He said he gets off work at 1 PM and there would be another charge to return. We were not going to pay him for another show up fee, so he was told to forget it. When he was told that, he told us to go upstairs and check the flow pan. My son spent 2 hours trying to unclog the drain from the flow pan. George should have done this.

We called Air At Last who knew what the problem was before arriving. White slime had clogged the drain lines causing the AC to malfunction by turning the power off and on again. A common problem in the summer in Florida ( something George should know). It was clogged so bad that they had to pour acid in the drain cutting the piping so the acid wouldn't back up and ruin the handler. (SEE PICTURES) took 2.5 hours. Handler is in a hot attic. Only $176 to repair. Paid Jenergy $434 for an air capacitor that wasn't needed ( $175 service charge $259 for the air capacitor). I wonder what he did with removed functional air capacitor. A true professional and honest one would have checked the thermostat and flow pan, not to tell your customer to do it.

Jennifer the owner has not returned my call. After my first review, coincidentally, there were 2 new reviews praising George. Even if they are real, it doesn't negate the other times that he does not care.

BE CAREFUL WITH GEORGE, AND JENERGY AIR. Read the lowest reviews as well as the other ones. To charge another hefty fee to turn your truck around when you were a short distance up the road is simply not caring about the service you provide. AND TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMER TO LOOK AT THE FLOW PAN WHEN YOU DID NOT! KNOWING THAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM!

I have used this company twice and have the service plan. Its a family business and Chris is a great guy. They are fast, professional and a life saver. The have a service plan as well to maintain your system. Great value. Would use and recommend again.

Sylvester is awesome! He keeps our AC in check! He is polite, works hard, is on time, and is a family man. Such a cool guy and my AC is always in tip top shape after his service.

Mike came out was very efficient and was able to locate what was occurring with our newer AC unit and was able to implement a plan to address the issues. Got the air cooling again and were able to get our ac unit recharged. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them going forward for maintenance

I highly recommend Chris. Got home last night to lights out and AC not working. Amazingly, was able to get an electrician here first thing this morning. He diagnosed two problems, one with the AC. He recommended Chris, and he was here within a couple of hours! Chris was nice and conducted a thorough exam of the AC. Luckily, I just needed a new thermostat, which he installed. Chris was clear and communicative; he explained what he was doing and pointed out other things that I need to watch. I am thrilled to have everything fixed within hours on my first day of repairs, for a reasonable price. I will definitely call Chris again -- although I hope I don't have to for awhile!

Excellent company. When our AC went out we called and received service quickly. Chris was honest with us about the options to repair the unit despite it being old. He had our AC back on within a few hours. Very professional. Quick and honest service. We used to use Acree but they were dishonest and charged higher prices than were reasonable. We will use this company from now on. Highly recommend.

Complete Air got an experienced tech to my house and measured my broken unit very quickly. Had a quote on a replacement within the hour, all parts in stock, and installed my unit less than 48 hours later. Installation started before appointment time and the guys worked hard and quickly, with no problems, and my house is back to cool! Definitely recommend Complete Heating and Cooling!!!

Chris was amazing and so efficient. We have just moved down from Indiana and our unit quit working. They were so accommodating, professional and very pleasant to deal with. The next day we had a new unit installed and we are cool again!! Thank you guys😄

Our air went out, I called at 9 am and was scheduled for same day service. They kept me informed along the way when the tech would be out. Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and had the problem solved the same day. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company. The owner is awesome and responds quickly. Honest and trustworthy company!

Mike was out here earlier than appointment time, but with a call ahead to ensure I was able to show him the issues. He diagnosed the problem as an in-warranty compressor failure. At that time, he was able to provide a clear and concise estimate. Littke pricey, but well within the market values. My mom nust had this done too by another A/C company and it was for a similar amount. He returned with the proper materials and got me running in less than 3 hours. Great job Mike!
