This company is so honest and professional. The owner Chris makes every effort to accommodate customers in this terrible time of the pandemic. His crew of Mike and his helper texted when they were on their way and how long it would take them. They both wore masks and were very careful to demonstrate social distancing. Mike was very thorough and diagnosed my issue very carefully and did what was necessary to get my system running again while performing maintenance as well. Everything is done via text or email and the process is extremely smooth. I highly recommend this company and this team of professionals.

We’ve used Complete AC over the past few years for several projects including air duct design and installation, AC maintenance and relocation, and the purchase and install of 2 new AC units. Chris is very knowledgeable and has never let us down with the solutions he recommends. Mike has completed several projects at our house and is professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. They are both responsive, great at communicating, and deliver quality work. Their solutions have resolved air flow issues and the new units that we purchased have been the right size to support our home. I have recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

I had a new a/c system installed back in June. Chris answered all my questions and concerns and was extremely attentive. Meghan helped coordinate the whole process including registering the units making sure everything ran smoothly. The installation crew were extremely professional and prompt. I called Chris at Complete Heating and Cooling to make sure my a/c was running at its best. They sent out a technician rather quickly which was a big plus in my book. It all checked out well and the tech had a few recommendations which I felt were very helpful and gave me confidence in this company. I went ahead and followed their advice on getting the maintenance plan. I feel it’s affordable and also gives me peace of mind knowing that the unit will run properly with them servicing it on a regular basis. I highly recommend this company. Chris was always helpful in making sure everything went well.

I would highly recommend this company because of their honesty, integrity, and dedicated hard work. When I needed a new AC unit I reached out to get a couple different quotes, the owner, Chris, was able to give me an affordable deal and had no conflicts scheduling even though this is his busiest time of the year. When Chris and his team came our to replace my unit they remained dedicated to finishing the job even though the circumstances were not favorable. Great service from these guys - we used them for a repair that ended up being complicated, and they helped navigate the warranty with the manufacturer to help save us money and did a phenomenal job on the fix, and we're back up & running! Highly recommend if you need HVAC. Mike was our tech did a great job and Chris was fantastic to coordinate everything.

Complete heating and AC company, Pinellas County.

Chris and Mike are the best! We needed an A/C piece installed and a maintenance repair. We understand that in our current environment having contractors readily available is never going to happen, but Chris promised us as soon as he had an opening he would fit us in. My husband and I thought that Chris would never call us back but we were wrong!!! He kept to his promise and 3 1/2 weeks later Chris and Mike came to our rescue! They are both extremely professional in every way and we are happy to say that there are still people in the world that will keep their word! Thank you so much!

I was completely stunned and shocked. I had the highest respect for Chris the owner Sylvester, the service technician. They are the only company we ever used on our condo. We bought it brand new five years ago. They have been servicing it the day before Thanksgiving. we had water backing up From the air conditioner system. We reached out to complete heating and air with no return call. Then I reached out to Sylvester the service guy. He claimed he was away for a week and they will not be opening till Monday. So we had a maintenance guy from the condo unit , come up and check why. Our drain line was completely clogged. So he went to check the filter. There was a newer filter, smashed over top the existing old filter. This is the only company that has ever worked on our system and that condo. I reached back out to the office today, Monday morning and they claimed they will no longer work for us. I asked him for a refund of our service that they did not complete properly. Then I did warn them that I will be giving them a proper review of their improper service. Also, Buyer beware if there are any parts that they tell you that need replaced make sure they show you the old part and the new part they’re installing. Because at our home they charged us $1500 for a part that when we had our home inspection was never replaced. When I questioned that that’s when I no longer wanted to service us. We thought they were great people. Just shows you just can’t trust every one.

Mike is always great. Arrives on time. Cleans up if needed. Very pleasant. Very happy with Complete Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend them.

Had Desmond come out and replace my compressor. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Was in and out in just a couple of hours. I work from home and was uninterrupted from any loud noises.
