From the time that I got the number from my friend Rob, made the phone call to Rusty and the time that Ben arrived, it was only about 45 minutes. Rusty answered my frantic call with calm, simple practicality. I tend to over complicate things. Rusty& his son Ben explained the problem, the solution,, including the warranty on my unit , in a brief, uncomplicated manner and remedied it. Will definitely recommend Rusty’s. Highly Recommend. Used Rusty's for diagnosis and repairs for a year, and then had them install a new AC/Heat system. Friendly, Professional, Priced fairly, and no worries about the job being done. Jonah and Ben completed the full install in a half day, no complaints or drama, just efficient work, non-stop, and a perfectly completed job.

So thankful to have found Rusty's air conditioning services. They are top notch! Jonah, the technician was so kind and professional and worked until the job was done. Look no further for trustworthy service and kind employees.

I would rate 6 stars if I could. May AC has been down in Florida for 17 days due to an incompetent HVAC contractor. We were at our wits end and called Rusty's AC on a Saturday morning. He promptly called me back within 10minutes. Even though I was not within his service area he spent 30+ minutes with me on the phone walking through diagnostics and helped narrow down the diagnosis and provided excellent guidance at no cost. He said "Hey you are the one without AC in Florida, I have no issues trying to help someone who is in trouble". In this current environment try and find a contractor like that, you will not.

I have never been more impressed with the quality of service I received from Rusty's AC & Heating. Rusty, the owner, ( he said he's been in business for 49 years!) is absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever talked to. When my AC went out in the middle of the summer, Rusty went above and beyond to make sure our AC got fixed right away - he even offered to let us use a portable AC until ours could be fixed! He was honest and fast - and despite having a full schedule, was able to get our AC running the same day I called . I will NEVER, EVER use any other AC repair company. Thank you Rusty's AC & Heating!!

We came home on a Saturday night at 6pm to no air conditioning. It was also a holiday weekend, so we were prepared to have to wait until Monday for service. Called Rusty and left a message. He called back right away and was able to come over within 15 minutes. He was able to fix our problem/maintenance issue within an hour and didn't even charge us for the overtime! I've been using this company for almost 10 years, and I am always happy with their professionalism, friendliness, and competence.

Rusty’s AC is the best AC company to use to replace your AC/Heat system. They are honest and do an exceptional job. We highly recommend them. We have had many others and never satisfied till we met Rusty! Rusty took our AC Handler out of the ceiling and installed it on the floor. We love what they did. Look at the pics…

We did not encounter anyone from Bob Stapleton Heating and Air Conditioning than wasn’t REALLY pleasant, polite and efficient. The two gentlemen who installed our unit and subsequently ductwork were the kindest, nicest guys and very very considerate. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Spencer & Nico were both polite & professional. They willingly answered all my questions and provided additional information that would assist me in future. Spencer informed me of services I was not aware Stapleton provided that I will most likely use in future. Would recommend them to everyone I know.

As always excellent service from Bob Stapleton Air Conditioning. Steve did a great job explaining things. Communication is excellent, even texted me when on there way. Ethan and sorry forgot the other young man's name, arrived on time and did a great job installing my new unit. Everyone courteous and knowledgeable. Ihighly recommend them.

Have used Stapleton for over 20 years and have NEVER been disappointed with the service or their customer care. Add to that their honesty. It's so heart warming to work with a company that shows you everything you need to know and explains it in language you can understand without any bs in between. Being both honest and dependable are traits I value highly so therefore the longevity.

My 94 Year old Mom"s A/C broke down in 90 degree weather. Tim came out the next Morning & got it working temporarily & gave us an estimate to get it fixed. Very prompt explained what work needed to be checked & done. Very happy with their service.

We are out of State. When we learned of an issue with our A/C, Stapleton’s were prompt in their response to diagnose and repair the unit. It is very re-assuring to have a company like Stapleton’s to come to the rescue! They have always responded when we need them!

I should have inquired which brand the estimate was for. I would have preferred Rheem. ICP is a new build type system.
