I called Wednesday May 28 to schedule a check up of our A/C. The lady who answered was very professional and scheduled us for today May 30. Matt H came on time at about 12 noon, checked out the A/C. He was very good, personable, professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company, professional prompt service.

A guy came checked everything out, found the problem, ordered the part. Picked it up when it came in and came back and fixed it! We were very pleased.

Our experience with Bob Stapleton AC was highlighted by efficiency, communication, and cooperation. We chose them because of their experience in manufactured homes. After talking with Micah and using his suggestion to take some photos with a small hole in a closet, we were able to diagnose our issue- the duct work had separated from the incoming air inside a chase. As a result, we could prepare the area and help make Matt's job more expeditious. He knew just how and what to do and got it done! We're grateful for a company that cares. Highly recommend.

Our installer was courteous, and prompt, and professional. The job was completed and even though I was not able to be there, he kept in contact with me by phone and it was handled very well. The next day someone showed up to be check to make sure everything was working and to see if i had questions. The person in the office was very courteous and helpful. Overall , I had an outstanding experience. I would recommend Bob Stapleton to my friends and neighbors.

Everyone at Stapleton has been wonderful to work with. Installed our AC/heat pump three years ago with the know how you expect and at a competitive price. Responsiveness this week when the blower motor on the same unit failed was quick and complete. They are top notch and I highly recommend them!

I have used Staplton for over 10 yrs. They installed a new unit for me approximately 6 yrs ago. I recent called to get a repair done. Compressor fan wasn't working. Simple fix, replace the capacitor under manufacture warranty. The service tech was very polite, and only took 10 minutes to replace the capacitor. No complaints about the service tech. My complaint is the company greed. They charged me $129.00 Diagnostic fee. 2 yrs ago it was ?$80. Then charged me $50 to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. (The part is a $30 part, and was told by the tech that they charge $140 for the part.) Total $179. I handed him a credit card and was told there would be a 4% charge for using a card. I was told cash or check. I handed the tech $180 and was told that he didnt have $1 change. Ill find another company for the next time I need service. I will also tell most people in my senior community about my experience with Stapleton

On May 28, 2025 we had an annual check up on our system. I had many questions for the technician and was very pleased with the young man, Tim's knowledge, professionalism and equipment inspection. We have been happy with Stapleton service in the past, but very happy to see the quality of the young newer employees.

The installers were on time. They were very polite and considerate of my needs. Informed me with every step they had to do and had me up and running by 2::00..

We live in Illinois and have a home in largo Florida. Our air went out in Largo as I could tell from my wifi thermostat. Our neighbor there has keys. Steve from Bob Stapleton came out and diagnosed that our blower motor was out. He took the info off the unit and got it covered under warranty. 2 days later all fixed and priced more than fair. We highly recommend Bob Stapleton and their outstanding employee Steve.
