Great Company Good People They do what they say and are on time. We have used them for our commercial needs when others have failed. I would definitely recommend them. We have purchased 6 units from Lens and are planning for Lens to do 3 more in the next 6 months for us.

Recently a neighbor discovered my AC was not running in my FL home. He told me that the fan blades weren’t moving in the outside unit. Since I was away in another state I was quite concerned. Having used Len’s AC Co. in the past for work on my AC unit I called them. I trusted they would get my AC up & running. They sent out a repairman the very next day & called to inform me all was well & that the problem was fixed. I’m so happy that my friends in FL recommended Len’s AC Repair Co. last winter. They are a good reliable company.

I recently had to replace my air conditioner system and I chose Len's Air. The installation and price were very good and the work was accomplished in a timely manner. I want to thank Lens Air, a few weeks ago the came out and checked on a drip I had, it wasnt anything and they didnt charge me but today, I want to give a BIG thank you as my townhome is getting a new roof and I recieved an email from my maintenance company that the roofers stated my AC is sparking. So I called Lens, they came out and went on the roof and spoke with the roofers as well as they could and found out the roofers cut the electrical. Lens took a pic and sat with me while I composed an email to the HOA and the maintenance company explaining what they saw and was told. They will come back after the electric is fixed and before I put the AC/heat back on to make everything is good to go. Thank you Lens for helping and being patient with me. You will truely get my future business and recommended.

Time and again Len’s Air Conditioning has provided me with excellent service. Jeff recently serviced my one-year old 2 ½ ton compressor and air handler system which Len’s installed. Jeff also replaced two UV bulbs. When Jeff finished servicing my system I felt comfortable that he meticulously checked off his inspection steps. Once again, I totally recommend Len’s Air Conditioning.

Len's installed a new Bosch inverter system in my house. The install team of Lou, Tim, and Jeff could not have been anymore professional and efficient. They were extremely thorough and clean. Jeff, in the office, gave us several options and made sure we picked the one that was perfect for our needs. It's never exciting to have to replace your A/C system but they made it as painless as possible.

Terrific staff and knowledgeable technicians.. Jeff came to our home on time as promised for a service call. He did some minor repairs on our unit, explained in detail what was going on and how we could maintain it to keep it running smoothly. We had an entire new AC unit installed and all new duct work. We started having issue with out unit after 3 months, we called and called, even tried Jeff, the owner on his personal cell and NEVER received a call back! Not did they cover any issues that required attention! I have had an AC repair man out 5 times in the almost 2 years since this company installed my equipment incorrectly!!! I would never recommend them, in fact I have called ABC action news to assist and warn others!!! Not to mention it was a CASH deal!!!

Len's responded and solved our issue in 24 hours! Jeff had an evaluation done the the day after we called and the repair was completed in 24 hours. This is the second time we have had Len's do work for us and have been very pleased each time. We recommend Len's!

Dave was very informative, prompt, and provided excellent pricing. The install crew was on time, professional, and install looks and preforms perfect. Jeff was also professional and easy to work with all the behind scenes paperwork and registration. The whole company was great to work with! I wouldn't recommend any other company!

Jeff and his staff were prompt, professional and efficient. They did not try to upsell me or throw a lot of technical terms at me that I didn't understand. After having that happen a few days earlier it was a relief to talk to Jeff and I appreciated his straightforward approach and honesty. The guys who installed the new system worked quickly and the new heat pump and air handler were all done in just three hours! I would definitely recommend this team.

Jeff and his crew installed a completely new AC heating system in my home that never had AC before. New duct work, air handler and compressor. They did an outstanding job. Other companies wanted to charge more and take the easy way out and not install the air handler up in the ceiling out of the way. Len's did and very nicely. I recommend Len's

I was very happy with every part of the service . Jeff arrived promptly at 8 am if not a few minutes before 8. He addressed a problem he saw right away. Something that no other airconditioning service had even looked at. He had to work very hard in very close quarters to fix the problem. I felt the cost of the work done was very fair and reasonable. Just had Jeff with Len's Air Conditioning come out and do a yearly checkout/inspection/ and service. Jeff was conscientious, courteous, competent, and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended solutions to correct them. I couldn't ask for a better company to service our HVAC. They'll be my "go to crew" from now on.

I had a good day with the replacement of my a/c. The installers were on time and answered all my questions. Got the work done in a reasonable time. The office followup with inspector for the next day appt for me. Also sent me all the warranties for the a/c unit. From the estimate (very reasonable price) to the installation it was all done very professional. I will be calling Len's A/C for service calls when needed.

Having moved from Tucson just 2 months prior, what a disappointment to have our A/C go out so quickly. I discovered Len's by searching the internet and reading a lot of reviews. We found them to be punctual, knowledgeable, professional and customer-responsive. Jeff and his team provided alternatives, quoted each option and did not attempt to force us into a new unit...however, that was the choice we made. It was installed quickly and neatly. Our installers were friendly, quick and tidy. Our experience with Jeff and the guys was outstanding. So glad we found them.

This was for a rental property and we had 5 different quotes. Only 2 of them came close to a fair price and only Lens was willing to do the work quickly and on a Saturday. We were very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Lens; the quote, the quick response getting the replacement within a day as well as honesty and professionalism. Jeff was our contact and he kept us in the loop and coordinated with our tenant, us owners, workers etc. It all ran smoothly. I definitely recommend them.

I have used Len's AC for more than 10 years for yearly maintenance and repairs when needed. Recently, during this difficult Covid time, I needed a repair due to a duct leak caused by an animal in my attic. I hadn't had anyone in my home for 9 weeks. I asked about safety and was told that the service folks wear masks and gloves and maintain safe distancing. Jeff sure did. He was great, professional to the max, courteous and honest. He saved me lots of money and meticulously cleaned up everything. It is wonderful having a company I can always trust.
