My experience with Keng & his team was fantastic. They replaced our AC (which was particularly challenging due to home structure). Frontline's price was MUCH more affordable than two others we considered, and they completed the job efficiently and without any problems. They were on time every day and easy to communicate with. Zero bad things to say about Keng or Frontline!

At the beginning of December, when a cold front came through, we turned on our heat only to find it was blowing cold air. We reached out to Frontline Services ACHR, and within a day or two, a technician named Clay came out to assess the issue. He quickly identified a wiring problem and was very transparent about the repair costs. In about an hour, he had our unit working perfectly, blowing warm air again.

Clay took the time to answer all my questions, explaining what he was doing and why. After completing the repair, I asked him to inspect our entire system. Before proceeding, he provided a clear and fair price for the inspection, which I appreciated since it was an add-on to my original request. The inspection went smoothly, and our system passed with no further issues.

It’s been about three weeks since Frontline Services ACHR came out, and our system has been running perfectly ever since. If we ever have another concern with our HVAC system, we’ll definitely call them again!

Keng is the best. After multiple projects we enthusiastically recommend Keng Yang and Frontline. Excellent work and men of integrity. .

Keng was highly recommended and I was super excited when he agreed to squeeze me in at 8 PM the same day. However, he charged me a $150 service call to quote me $6000 to remove and replace all my duct work because he says it’s under sized (which it may be) but worked fine for all these years. He refused to even address the mechanical problem until I spent the $6000. AND told me he couldn’t even get to it for a month! I finally got the actual needed repair done by another company for $400 and everything is working great! Because of this, I am sorry I cannot recommend Frontline Services ACHR.

Frontline Services ACHR are the air conditioning professionals you want, especially here in Pinellas coastal and Tampa Bay Florida area. They were strongly recommended by our neighbors and numerous general contractors as their HVAC professionals of choice. We followed their advice, contacted Frontline’s very friendly and helpful front office (btw, it is a family run business), and could not be happier that we did. Keng Yang, the owner, came to our house for a cost-free situation assessment, determined the problem, recommended a solution plan, and provided an estimate…with a very reasonable number. Keng is an affable, super experienced professional…and as we watched him on the job with his crew…it became clear that he is a natural leader and an AC wizard! The team is a close knit, highly coordinated trio of top notch HVAC experts, led right on-site by the company owner. You could tell that his employees loved their jobs, and their boss. Everyone was clean-cut, polite, respectful, savvy and hard working. They totally tidied up their work site. We contracted with them to install a new ductless mini-split air conditioner with two inside units; flush out the central ac outside condenser coils; increase height of the central ac outside condenser pad/platform.

I have used Frontline to install a complete new system at work (Air Handler and Compressor) as well as my personal residence (refrigerant leak & capacitor) . In both instances Frontline has been prompt, curious, fairly priced, and gets the job done right the first time. We are very happy with their services.

Update: 6/26/25: We had a situation that could have quickly become a major headache, but thanks to Keng and the Frontline team, everything was handled seamlessly. We initially called about a question with our office AC, but before that could even be resolved, we had an urgent situation at a client’s home. Without missing a beat, the Frontline crew stepped in and took care of both problems efficiently and professionally. Their responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to getting the job done right were outstanding. Highly recommend them, true professionals you can count on!

Only company to come in and give me a fair honest estimate. I had a company actually quote me with the exact same equipment brand/specs as Frontline and it was more than double. Company was very easy to work with no weird sales tactics, offered multiple financing options and got us going with a new HVAC system in less than 5 days of signed proposal. They showed up on time and kept a clean workspace. Just an overall great experience! Thanks so much!!

Keng was very knowledgeable and honest. We called for a maintenance visit on our 2009 unit which was running fine and cooling the house. He identified the potential issues that could break down soon with our older AC system and recommended waiting to have system replaced rather than try and repair things that will not increase the life or efficiency of our current unit. I will be using him to install our new AC in the future and referring him to everyone. So nice to finally have a company I can trust!

Keng has been very helpful when I needed my hvac replaced last year and now with replacing my house's ancient air ducts. Always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Clay was amazing! Ken has been fabulous and I always request him but today wasn’t available. However, I was not disappointed; Clay was kind, thorough and equally as fantastic as Ken. HIGHLY recommend them both.

Excellent job and service! Keng was right on time and very professional. Have used Frontline before and they were great. Nice to know that we have a wonderful company on our side.

Frontline was able to do a major repair for a business at which I work. We had had bad luck using other A/C companies, who were unable to find the specific part needed to replace our unit (we waited months to hear back from other companies). After we contacted Frontline, it was just a couple of days before the entire unit was fixed. They also assisted same-day with adding freon to the unit so we could keep the building cool during business hours.

UPDATE 10/24 Paid $7000 1 year ago and second water leak has destroyed new paint job. He says out of warranty, Defective work.

UPDATE 8/24: Condensation leaking from Air Handler ruining hallway ceiling and wall. After 5 calls over 8 days and NO response from Keng, I had to hire someone else. Terrible.
Expensive, but excellent quality workmanship. Totally replaced 1 system and repaired the other at a 2 apartment home. He was polite & responsive.

We had a late day issue with our air exchanger and Frontline was recommended by people in our building. Frontline answered immediately and responded in kind. Keng took the time to explain the issue and the repair. He provided recommendations on the unit going forward & while he worked quickly, in ever felt he rushed the job. I would highly recommend this company. Well done.

What can I say, AC Frontline (Mr Keng) is the best AC company. They are always punctual and professional. Highly recommend them!

Keng is a super star and does professional work at an extremely fair price. I called at 3:20 and he had it fixed by 5:45 as my wife just had surgery and our house was 89 degrees but it is back to 72 now. Amen and bless you for all your quality work and professionalism as we truly appreciate you!
