Requested a quote for replacing old worn out Heat Pump and Air Handler, price was very competitive to other quotes I had gotten and Keng explained his quote and equipment. I decided to go with Frontline and he scheduled with within a week because I was going to be out of town. He showed up on time and got the replacement done in a day. Very happy with the install and unit, Keng was very professional and I will definitely call him again for any HVAC needs.

Just had my AC fixed by Frontline Services in Largo. I called them this morning, I got a call back within 10 minutes. Appointment set for 3:00pm today. Keng arrived on time. I appreciate professionalism when I see it. He diagnosed the problem, installed a new motor under warranty, checked another issue with my duct work and repaired it. In all cases, he showed me clearly what he was doing and explained why! Price very reasonable. Thanks so much!

Frontline Services was absolutely phenomenal! When my old HVAC unit went out during the hottest part of the year, it quickly became unbearable to live in the house. I reached out for quotes and got four different estimates—but Keng stood out right away. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for my situation made my decision easy.

Even in the middle of his busiest season, Keng went above and beyond to fit me in for a Sunday installation so my family wouldn’t have to suffer through the heat any longer. He and his team installed a brand-new HVAC system with incredible attention to detail, and the difference was immediate.

Most unprofessional hvac company I’ve ever experienced, Dont hire them if you have a serious deadline that needs to be met, dont hire them if you expect honesty and communication, Dan the guy who runs the company is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever came across, they don’t take no accountability for anything and love to blame everyone else for their problems. It’s a wonder how they’re staying in business with the way it’s so poorly managed, I’d highly advise against any ever using this company because they will screw you over then try to make it out like it was all your fault.

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase and installation by Florida A/C Services. The entire process from quote to completion was extremely professional. The install crew was prompt and did an excellent job! Florida A/C Services offered better competitive pricing, a 10-year parts warranty and a 2-year labor warranty. I highly recommend this company.

What a great experience! The price for the new HVAC install was extremely fair and beat out competitors by a landslide. We called Florida A/C Services based on their perfect 5 Star review on Google and I can say that it is well deserved. I called at 8:30am and the technician, Nick, was at our house by 1. He diagnosis the problem (faulty capacitor) and had out A/C up and running again in 10 minutes. We had a similar issue 6 years ago and Nick’s estimate was $300 less than the estimate we got from another company 6 years ago and that was with a 20% discount for having signed up with their maintenance plan. The previous company we used also spent more time trying to sell me a new unit than servicing it. Nick did not pressure me on anything, even after telling him the age of my a/c. Florida A/C Services won me over for all my HVAC service and repairs. I have already recommended them to 3 people within the week of service. Thank you, Florida A/C Services!
