Our compressor fan motor died and they came well after normal work hours to repair for a fair price. I have used for sec we al years and have zero complaints

United was excellent in managing a mechanical repair on our AC; where another AC company said a part was 8 months on back order and that replacement of other parts would not be worth the money and recommmended changing the entire system.

The United technican, Kevin, was the best techician I have ever worked with since we installed the unit in 2014. He recommended to replace two parts, one of which was on back order, however, United was able to research and acquire the part in a month rahther than 8 months. In order to keep us up and running propertly, Kevin did a wiring by-pass until he could return to innstall the part.

Can't say enough about this experience and will continue with United on an annual maintenance plan, and cancelled my former vendor.

Calvin came out and inspected our Carrier unit since the drain line kept clogging. He did a flush of our system and gave some helpful tips on how to maintain the system so it runs properly in between service checks. Very pleased with Calvin's service and professionalism. Thank you Calvin.

We called after hours. They called back in 15 minutes to tell us someone would come out.Tech (Calvin James) came out to our home. It was after 8pm,. Our a/c was out and it was hot outside. Calvin was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant to talk with. Within 15 minutes he identified the issue. He explained how it happened and how to prevent in future. Then he fixed issue and was on his way in an hour. Excellent service!

I needed service on my AC unit since it was not blowing cool air. United Air Conditioning sent Dameon the next morning (less than 24 hours) to fix it. Dameon was great. When he arrived I had to let him know the elevators were out and he would need to do the steps. I am on the first floor which meant he had to climb 9 flights of stairs to the roof. He responded without hesitation or a grumble that it was not a problem. He got me back up and running in a short period of time. He was very professional and polite and had a great attitude. I have used United for a few years since we bought this condo and they have been responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Error message showed up on thermostat. A service technician was dispatched the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend this company.

Calvin showed up early and was ready to go. He was knowledgeable and had excellent social skills. he also gave good advice on how the customer can assist some in the proper maintenance of the AC unit.

Noticed house was unusually hot and checked to see the AC had been dead for who knows how long. I noticed today at 630 PM - a Saturday. Called and got the answering service which clearly notified United right away as within 5 minutes I had Calvin, the tech, calling my cell. It was the end of the day and Calvin still went 30 minutes out of his way to come help. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes. Calvin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. United Air Conditioning was great. My AC started giving me problems on Easter. Kevin came out early Mon. to diagnose the problem. He was able to by pass the damaged circuit to keep me cool until U.A. could get the new circuit board. Zack came Thursday to replace. Kevin and Zack were very professional, courteous and knowledge. I highly recommend United Air Condition.

We are new customers on their yearly maintenance service plan. A neighbor highly recommended them. When I called, Betty-in the office, was knowledgeable, professional, as sweet as can be! We're so glad we found United Air and look forward to many years of service with them!

Calvin James came out today for routine maintenace. He was punctual, called prior to arrival. He was respectful and he explained everything he was doing. He also showed me how I can maintain the drainage line and keep it clean until the next maintenance is due. Will definitely use United Air Conditioning again.

Just to make the time to advise Ernie came out Wednesday did a good job, thermostat went blank in the evening, called office Jack was sent changed switch everything good, then later in the evening thermostat blank, called after office Damian came out did everything did a great job also woke up this morning thermostat blank. Called office spoke with Miss Michelle she contacted Jack and having him bringing thermostat. I really appreciate the staff. Thank you guys and Ma Michelle for being so attentive and understanding so quickly. Been with them since installation of the system, customer for 20 years.

Kevin our technician was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable and I was very impressed with his service. He’s a great employee. We’ve never had a just an okay experience with United. It’s always been excellent and we will continue to always do business with them.

Your technician Carson did a great job and explained to me ( with photos he took) what should be done in the near future. He is not only a good technician but also has a very good personality. Congrats for a great employee!!

After researching the internet, found United AC a well established, honest and trustworthy business. We already had another AC company come out prior to calling United AC. We will not give you the name of the company, a very large company in Tampa area. We found them not so honest and trustworthy about our AC issue. In fact, when they left our home, they left my equipment with panels off and wires hanging out everywhere. Its so hard to get reputable company's anymore. We then called United AC for a second opinion. After a couple hours Kevin and Jerry had our house cooling down. You can't imagine how thrilled we are. These two guys professionally represented United Air Conditioning very well. They are very knowledgable with our system and we are extremely happy with Kevin and Jerry's service they provided us. United Air Conditioning is now our go to company for all future AC needs. Thank you John

Service repair man was hard-working, diligent, polite and cleaned up after himself. What's not to like? We are very pleased with United's service.

Once again United Air has exceeded my expectations. I flip houses for a living and can honestly say United Air is one of only 3 contractors who has NEVER ripped me off, and I’ve worked with at least 20 contractors. They do what they say and never over charge or perform jobs that don’t need to be done. My air went out and they arrived the same day even though they told me they were short 2 technicians today. Jack arrived and was courteous, friendly and quick. He replaced the capacitor at a great price and left me his cell because he said he lives close and is on call all weekend just in case something else happens. Had a very positive experience with United Air and Gerry Hardy. After the flood we experienced due to Hurricane Helene in the Tampa Bay area I reached out to Gerry to see about an inspection and evaluation. Gerry came out within a couple of days and gave me the great news that he could salvage the unit with a couple of replacement parts and a thorough once through. I received what I considered to be a very reasonable estimate, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I am back up and running now and greatly appreciate everything that Gerry and United Air did to remedy the situation.
