Our A/C went out about 2am Saturday morning. We have a home warranty and immediately submitted a request. Unfortunately, the warranty company set up an appointment for Monday (from 8am to 4pm). With an expected temperature of 94 degrees Saturday, we refused to sit in a house for three days, so we reached out to United Air Conditioning and they had a technician come out a few hours later. We paid about $60 more than our warranty service fee and it was worth it, especially since we ended up being under a heat advisory Sunday. United Air showed up during the time frame we were given, and they quickly fixed our A/C! Thanks to United Air Conditioning, we slept peacefully Saturday night.

We have been customers of United AC for 17 years and are very satisfied. United AC installed our system and perform annual maintenance inspections. Our most recent technician was Jeffrey N and he was outstanding! He arrived on time and got right to work. Jeffrey was friendly and professional while he performed a very thorough check of our entire system. We will most definitely ask for him by name when we schedule our next inspection.

We just bought a condominium in St. Petersburg and had to deal with some issues remotely because we still are living in Maryland. United was able to address all of our concerns and complete an annual maintenance last minute request. I’m very impressed with the company.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and are having an AC issue. Not sure if it’s the freon or what but it keeps freezing over so my husband contacted United because of how close they were to our home and all the amazing reviews. They called us back super quick to make an appointment and said they would be here between 5pm-10pm and completely no showed. When my husband called at 10:30 pm the woman said someone would be calling us back shortly. Waited until midnight and never received a call. Meanwhile, our home is 86° and rising! Very disappointed in the lack of communication so we will be moving forward with a company that does not screw us over.

We have been extremely satisfied with the service we have received from United Air Conditioning. Despite the intense heat this summer, they always respond promptly to our service requests. That is a rare find these days!

Had a Saturday emergency call as AC went out. Calvin came out and promptly found the issue. The blower fan gave out and had to be replaced.
Tech was very knowledgeable and professional explaining and fixing the issue. They will be out again to clean the air return and drainage. I highly recommend United Air Conditioning.

We have a complicated zone system and he tried very hard to diagnose. They are headed in the right direction. Almost there. It is not totally fixed properly but running. Very happy with the service we received today

Willie that came Friday was great & knew his job. Couldn’t do anything because he didn’t have the part but ordered it & came back Saturday with another man (their off day) to replace the compressor on our AC unit, so we wouldn’t be w/o AC for the weekend. Very polite & got the job done. Monday, Jerry, the owner’s son came out to check why the compressor went as the A/C is only 3 yrs old. United Air didn’t put it in originally . Jerry is coming back with another man to check things out thoroughly. That is above & beyond. That’s how United A/C works!

Service call center employee was pleasant and helpful. Kevin the technician was courteous and arrived as promised. Was notified in advance he was on the way. Work completed quickly. Reasonable price.

We've been customers for years with United. They are reliable and knowledgeable. Today Jack was our tech and he was thorough to determine what was wrong with the heat on our unit.

We used United when we lived in our condo. They're great to work with. We moved into a single family home and had United redo all of the duct work, air exchange vents & replace the air handler. The service techs as well as installers are professional and know their trade. We wouldn't use anyone else.

The men that worked on our units went right to work and continued until they had checked and cleaned all of our units. the team worked the day and were great to deal with. You can send them each time that we need the anual cleaning.

I called Diana at United AC the morning after our AC quit working in the middle of the night. Diana had Kevin here by 1pm. The next day. Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed us up, even checked out the type of AC filters we are using. Love United AC, we have used them for over 30 years, and even in our newly built home that came with warranties, I choose United to do our maintenance and service on the multiple AC’s we have!
