Excellent recommendations and technical explanations. Provided proposal for new system while he was here with two options and comparisons. Helpful with questions, etc. Tim met me on pricing for a new system and the installation and installers were top-notch. Showed up, as promised, to complete the things by installing a custom fabricated vent cover and UV light. Overall, totally impressed by the professional process from start to finish. The installers were phenomenal!

This is an outstanding company. honest never tries to upsell you anything you don't need. I highly recommend them.

Nick repaired my older air handler that just had a small leak, and it works great at a fair price. They are honest when others are not.

I recently had a new A/C installed and the experience was exceptional. The sales representative Artthur was knowledgeable and not pushy. Update: Sept 2023 was finally able to do my replacement with new ductwork as well. I can't express my gratitude to this company and their employees! They're all kind and efficient, answer my silly questions without hesitation, are professional, and they're patient with someone who knowsnothing about HVAC!! The work was amazing! July 2023 A few weeks ago my ac went out, and after quotes from people who were only trying to sell me things, Tim from Florida AC Services came out, repaired my unit and was honest with me about when it would be time to replace and for that I couldn't be more grateful! I highly highly recommend this company. They offer Premier Service, and they care about their customers! He didn't hesitate to answer my questions. He was patient with me and reassuring. what I appreciated the most was his honesty, because that's very hard to find these days! Fingers crossed, it will only be for maintenance and to schedule a replacement down the road, but I look forward to any future business that I have with Florida AC services! UPDATE: july 2023 This week, they came out and rechecked my unit for me as I wasn't sure if it was working properly. instead of telling me everything was fine, they took the time to come out and make sure everything was as it should be. I can't thank FL AC services enough for the reassurance. Being a new homeowner, it's definitely nerve-racking, Florida AC Services has given me peace of mind, and for that, I am extremely grateful!
