Nick is very detailed and professional. This was my 6 month checkup on my new unit. Everything good.

As always super-competent, helpful and accommodating. If that’s not enough, their pricing is great, too. I went through several companies before I found this one. I won’t be trusting my machines to anybody else!

Florida AC saved me big time! Another highly rated company diagnosed a very complex problem in my AC and there was going to be a lot of pain and heartache to getting it fixed. I called FL AC for a second opinion. They could not have been more helpful and after a very meticulous and careful inspection, they found a different problem that had seemed to mislead the other company to the wrong diagnosis. The guys did a stellar job and helped avoid a massive series of headaches that would have ensued if we went with the other company! These guys are my new go-to for sure!

Nick was punctual. Immediately we discussed my a/c problem and as his diagnosis of equipment and problem started, he explained what he was learning. Throughout his visit I was given information until he ascertained what was needed to repair. I trust his assessment and our plan for repairs.

Now the repair is done and Nick accompanied by a second technician named Nick completed the job at the estimated price. Their work was tidy and the finished product was professionally done and in addition answered my questions. I would hire them again.

I had need for a small follow up to my service; I called the morning after and technician took care of my concern within 6 hours of my follow up call. This is what service is supposed to be.

I had a great service call from Nick. He found an issue with the coolant in my system and told me it could be a leak in the coil . He replaced the coolant then found a loose screw inside the unit which fixed the issue. The biggest issue here is honesty. He could have told me I needed a very costly repair but he found the leak in a loose screw and tightened it. Finding a service company that you can rely on, and is honest is like finding gold in Florida! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company and Nick in particular .

This is how AWESOME Florida A/C Services is. I don't like running the heat. However, the temperature drop to 48° last night so I got up at 1:00 a.m. to put the heat on and went back to bed. I noticed it wasn't getting any warmer unbeknownst to me that the outside box unit wasn't working so I called Florida A/C at 7am, they don't open until 8:00 a.m., so I hung up. About a couple minutes later my phone rings and it's Florida A/C. They saw that I called before hours and wanted to find out what I needed. Now that is top notch service. They scheduled someone to come out ASAP which was Nick. He gets here before 10:00 a.m. and figures out that we must have had a power outage, which we did the night before, and tripped the breaker which needed to be reset . Any other company would have made you wait probably a day or two. Nick explained what I need to do if this happens again. I HIGHLY recommend Florida A/C Services and tell them Big Al sent you. 😃👍

These guys are the best. Professional, polite , punctual and honest. I purchased a new a/c unit for my old house and the duct work is rather complicated. Stephen has worked very closely with me to ensure that the temps are wonderfully controlled in every room . It’s been a chore but he got it done and is always available to make adjustment if needed. I would highly recommend to everyone .

Top notch hvac service. Nick was great. Came out and fixed the issue the same day. Very knowledgeable and informative. Made sure I knew and understood exactly what was going on. Last but definitely not least the pricing was very reasonable. Recommend these guys to any and everyone.

Prompt service call and repair part was on truck and install was fast. Nick Scarpetta diagnosed the issue and quickly had my AC working and had the part needed available on his truck. Great company from the folks in office getting my needs dispatched and the communication to me from the technician priorto his arrival and during the service call. They did a large job for us today, replacing ductwork on our entire first floor, after 2 other companies told us it couldn't be done without tearing out all of our ceilings. It was a big job and they delivered! Thankful for the cleaner air our staff will be able to breathe now!

When something starts malfunctioning be it appliances at home or our cars we all get that sick feeling in our stomach. Knowing we are at the mercy of the technician we hire they can break us. A dishonest and non knowledgeable mechanic or home repair person can really put us in a downward spiral. I'm am so thankful I found this company. Nick came to my home he went above and beyond more than I ever would have expected. He started with the least expensive repair that could have been causing my issue and worked his way through till he found my issue. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He cleaned things that needed cleaning adjusted things that needed adjustments along the way of searching for my problem with my A/C. He explained everything along the way. Didn't charge extra for all the extra things he did which to me was shocking. He fixed my air-conditioning and had my home back at a comfortable 70° This will be my forever air-conditioning company. I would highly recommend. Nick is truly an honest nice person that knows what he's doing.

Great company that shoots straight when it comes to what work you do and don't need done. They actually talked me out of a new system and brought down the cost of a big repair I needed by being honest about what another company tried to upsell me on. (Extra repairs)

Nick was great both times he came out. He told me what he was doing/looking for every step of the way and why he was doing it. He also explained what was going on and why it was happening and what could happen if repaired or not. He told me what he thought, but never tried to push me in either direction.

They also worked around my schedule.

This is a company I would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.

Stephen was very friendly and very thorough. He replaced our refridgerant with 7 pounds of it and checked our system for leaks. He found one and was able to tighten the fittings with two wrenches. No more leaks. Awesome!

Wonderful company to work with! We were able to get a consultation within a couple days, and they carefully explained our options. The install team was excellent, very thorough and clean. Best of all, this company had the best price by far!

Nick and his team did a fantastic job! I called for my elderly parents home which was suddenly very hot inside. They came almost immediately, talked us through the situation then gave us the best solution at a more than fair price.
