This is a very professional company; from the front office to the home electricians. All of the staff was thorough and polite. Jose did an excellent job and was cordial. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and answered all relevant questions. I will definitely be a repeat customer if the need arises.

We received same day, evening emergency AC service followed by new unit install the very next morning. Every technician was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Omar and Joselin did a great job with our duct cleaning and HVAC replacement. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and put everything back when they were finished. Chris was very helpful in setting us up with HVAC options and pricing that worked for us. We’re very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

So thankful I contacted egberts and got Jacob out to my house. Hands down the most down to earth genuine person I’ve met. Wouldn’t mind having him come over just to hang out and watch some baseball.

Acted friendly, as soon as all the "looking" was done and it came time for my options, quoted for the highest option @ 4ish grand and the lowest @ 2.5ish grand. Was very pushy & when tried to be polite about needing time to think about options or discuss with spouse, insisting on waiting inside the house until the employee was given an answer. Got a 2nd opinion and the only thing I needed was a new thermostat.

Kory came out and listened then with a quiet tenacity examined everything so quietly. He cares about the job he does and that came thru to me loud and clear like the gentlest breeze. It is nice to experience and lovely to see a person who loves their job and just real in their environment. I would recommend him to anybody.

Jay did a great job assessing the problem and making recommendations. Later, that same day Foster arrived and knew exactly how to proceed with the installation of a new outdoor lighting system. Foster was very efficient and did a great job communicating with me about the new equipment, its quality and how it operated. Later that evening the system operated perfectly. Much appreciated. My boyfriend and I were having AC issues and after having multiple companies try and sell me a system without even telling me what exactly is wrong with my current one. Contacted Egberts and Jacob showed up. Asked me a few questions about my current system and looked into it. Not only did he give me a diagnosis but he also gave me a few different repair options and explained the differences within those options. He gave me a fair price and also cleaned my outdoor unit which I've never seen done from another company.

Nick was amazing ! He knew exactly what was wrong with my system. Gave me plenty of options to repair the machine partially all the way to a full rebuild. As bad as my system was we decided to go with a new system which was very affordable compared to other companies. They offered me financing and my payment was well under 200 a month. His equipment truck tools were all really cool and everything was organized. These guys know what they are doing!

I was trying to be pro-active and have my AC unit replaced as my old one was over 20 yrs old, noisy, and I think it definitely would have quit in 2026. I first spoke with Matt. What a nice gentleman he was! He let me know of the code changes that were implemented in January, 2026, and he let me know they couldn't warrant the outside unit because my air handler was over 30 yrs old, and due to code, both, the air handler and unit had to have matching model numbers to get my 12 yrs warranty. Made sense to me. Being that the air handler was so old, I went with his suggestion and had both replaced at a very reasonable price.
The work crew were at my home, the next day. The air handler was a tight fit, but, was installed efficiently. The outside unit was put on a raised concrete platform. They worked until completion. They also replaced my inside thermostat, and showed me how to work with it for my needs. They tested their work by running the AC first, which performed perfectly. They then tested the heat, and I was amazed at how fast my home heated back up!
The electrician, Ivan, was very professional. He explained that my circuit breakers were old and outdated. I knew that, because after living in my home for 32 years, I've never had an electrician here to look at any of it. I went with his suggestion to replace all breakers, as well as my pool's electrical system, as I've never had any of that replaced either.
Overall, so far, I am very pleased with the work that's been done so far. All of the workers were kind and considerate of my home and property, and myself. They were all very respectable. It has been a pleasure having each one of them at my home. The electrical issues are scheduled for next week, and I will update this review once that's done. I'm also having duct cleaning done next week as well. Thank you Egberts for a very pleasant experience!

Zach B just completed our annual system inspection. He did a great job educating me on the components, and what I needed to keep my eyes and ears on to optimize the operation of the AC system. He was professional, courteous and polite. I would highly recommend Zach for future AC needs.

Huge thanks to Zack for the excellent service today! He came by to clean out systems and do a preventative maintenance on our AC systems, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He was detail-oriented, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s rare to find someone this dependable. I’ll definitely be recommending Zack and this company to friends and family!

Fast great service! We were trying to get our AC replaced for months. Waiting for callbacks and estimates form other companies. Arctic Air had a quote to us the same day they came out. The unit was replaced that week. Thank you for the great service and the cold air.
