Zack came by today to conduct the annual maintenance on my AC system installed by Artic Air 4 years ago. He was very professional and efficient in his work. He took the time to show me via photos the maintenance work he had done and made a recommendation to improve the efficiency of my AC system. I also signed up for the one-year maintenance program. I was very satisfied with his service.

We attempted to have our AC unit fixed 3 times by another company. We finally decided to try Artic Air at the recommendation of a friend.

So glad we did! Jason came out, was on time, very professional, kind and explained everything! It now works! He was so good, we gave the number to our neighbor( he fixed their unit that was out since June)and to our condo manager so others can use him! Thank you Jason 😊. I highly recommend them

I had a six month service. It went very well. The technician did a great job. I’m happy with this company so far.

Called One Hour Air and they were able to be at my home same day. Nick E. was our technician. He was very polite, professional, and walked me through every step of his inspection and repair. He finished repairs same day and the quality of the work was outstanding. Nick was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations on how to keep our AC running smooth and efficiently all year. All around it was a great experience and I would highly recommend. Thank you, Nick and One Hour Air!

Great and quick service. Nick was very polite and helped us understand the situation and issues we have been having since our install from a different company. Would recommend one hour and Nick anytime.

Had nothing but issues from the get go with a brand new unit. Multiple trips out where it was found that the installers originally did a poor job. Recently a coil needed to be replaced and the techs busted the duct work attached to the unit and left it broken allowing my house to get the 150 degree attic air. They also lost the cap and seal from one of the plugs. Stay away! They do not honor their warranty either!

Austan was outstanding. Answered all of our questions thoroughly AND showed us a number of features about our unit and explained why it was doing what it did. We love good information! While he was here, he brought up the importance of a surge protector, why we needed one, and how it works. That was a great tip, so we got one, and he had it installed in no time flat! Great tech, really nice guy, great service call!

These 2 guys were awesome. I so appreciated them wearing booties on their shoes as I have new carpet. They were very efficient and detailed in their explanation of service, and parts needed.
I will continue to use One Hour A/C because of the satisfactory service I received today.

they fixed the problem. it worked for two weeks. To be fair, this is the third company that I deal with. I have been advised to invest in a new system, one that they will maintain with a 10 year-free parts and labor contract. I cannot afford constant repairs, so this is what I am considering.

We experienced an AC emergency late last night and One Hour Air sent Dan out by 10am this morning. We can't say enough good things about this young man. Polite, punctual, professional and honest. He provided both repair and replacement options to get us back up and running. Dan is an outstanding representative for your company and we would highly recommend both Dan and One Hour Air for any AC needs.

Living in Florida our A/C is a necessity, When we have an issue we like promptness, told and guided correctly to what needs done or placed with HONESTY & KNOWLEDGE, without looking at how he the technician is going to make out on the deal. When he was asked a question he wasn’t hesitant on the answer. He Explains well on what he’s doing/done with the possibilities.

Austan came to my house today to diagnose an issue with my AC that was not cooling. He quickly found the issue, sent me pictures, explained the solution and made the fix. Communication was top notch and kept me well informed every step of the way. With my invoice I also received a full set of pictures of everything he did along with a detailed description of both the problem and solution. Well done Austan and well done One Hour!

Julio Vega was the tech that came to diagnose our ac issues on a Sunday evening. He was knowledgeable, honest and very transparent and professional. He sacrificed part of his Sunday to help us. I thank him and recommend him to anyone calling for help with their ac.

Daniel was very professional he said he was 10 minutes away he arrived in less than 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes put it in and within a half hour my air is running perfectly cold I thank him for his honesty and his quick work I would recommend these people and this company with 100% confidence

Have UV installation done which will make it run better .which was not put in my my previous installer so thank you Nick

Great job by tech Nicholas Earhart! He came out for a service call when our AC went out after 5 and stayed till almost 9 to figure out what was wrong with our system. An uncommon part broke and he was back quick the next day to finish the repair and our house was had AC running again before the heat of the afternoon.
