The folks at Arctic air systems really came through for me very quickly. Was very grateful to work out a plan with Andrew. Anthony and Dave did an awesome job on a complete remove and replacement of my A/C unit. Top-notch service at its best. And they cleaned up afterwards. They were very courteous and professional. And I couldn't ask for anything more. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends. Thanks, guys. You're the best!!!!!

Zack was great! On time polite, knownledgable. Explained everything so my son and I could understand. Things had time be replaced on outside unit. It was great that everything he needed was on his truck. Didn't have to wait. I'm glad i got them as a recommendation.

We had two new A/C systems installed. Great installation and maintenance crews. Super happy with their work and our new Daiken air conditioners. Highly recommend.

We have had Arctic Air out twice now. The first time we signed up for the maintenance plan. The two visits we have had have been wonderful, can't thank them enough. From the original phone call to them, to the reminders and the techs, the experience has been very friendly and the work has been quality. Thank you!

Zach, the tech, was very thorough and respectful. He showed me pictures of everything and explained what they were. He definitely knows his stuff! I’m on the 2 year maintenance plan.

Zack did a wonderful job cleaning my outdoor unit, showed before and after pictures and I can tell the difference in how my ac cools the house and with the humidity being lower. I really appreciate you guys especially during the summer being speedy!

We own a Trane system which is four years old and we contacted the original contractor a few times over the last few years to sign up for a service agreement and to service us but he was always too busy.

Because Frank, the owner of Arctic Air lives down the street, I reached out to their office for a service call. And boy am I glad I did!

Chad arrived on time and was awesome! He explained everything to us in detail and solved our issue! We have great confidence in Arctic Air and will soon sign up on a service agreement.

This company has been great in dealing with my AC unit, replacing it last year, and following up on free servicing. Zachary was the technician that I dealt with this week.

The installation crew the Arctic Air sent to do the work that were very clean and all spoke English. While help on the job site they worked hard.

I did not see any of the crew members on their phones during the day while they were here working.

They were very polite and cleaned up before leaving my house. They made an effort to make it cleaner than what it was before they started the project.

I would recommend this company to anyone who wants air conditioning work done.

Buyer beware. We had replaced our entire A/C system after the hurricane last year. The installation failed inspection by the city 3 times before they charged me more to do it according to code. I spent over $11,000 and afterwards it still couldn’t keep temp. Three weeks ago we requested our FREE annual maintenance only to find yesterday when they came out that there was a Freon leak on our brand new unit. The technician didn’t finish the maintenance check since he said it needed to repaired by another tech. The office called and said that our warranty expired a week ago and that the service call would be $400. Needless to say, we are not going to hire these crooks. They are the only ones to touch this system since they installed it and we now have problems. Unacceptable. Don’t use Arctic Air unless you want to get screwed. Oh, by the way, the owner won’t take any calls. He just avoids his own customers.

Extremely professional, reliable, and friendly service. They did an excellent job, answered all of my questions, and were very easy to work with especially when it came to payment options. Highly recommend this AC company to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!

A drip from the ceiling in our house was not due to a leaky roof but rather condensation forming in the ductwork of our 40 year old house. I had three HVAC companies give me an estimate. One did not go in the attic or even go inside to look at or count the grills or returns. A second company “gave me a deal” by offering to do the work for less if he did not get a permit. But the representative from Arctic Air, Adonay spent about 45 minutes inside the house and attic evaluating and explaining “static air” and the need to redesign the system to work more efficiently and distribute air more evenly throughout the house. Best of all they gave me a very fair price compared to the other two companies AND they could do the work the next week.

The bottom line is they came on two of the hottest days at the end of September 2025 and got the job done. The crew of six led by Frank and Bobby had a great attitude and took time throughout the project to explain what and how they did the work. When done they meticulously cleaned up all the debris involved with such a dirty job.

The bottom line is, I would highly recommend Arctic Air and Andrew Hobbs (the owner) to perform your HVAC needs. My wife and I were very pleased with their work - 10++.

Zach was amazing. He’s very thorough and honest. We’ve been with Artic Air for years and Zack is a great example of the integrity of the company. So happy with the outcome and working with the delightful Zack!

Today Zach B. came and serviced our AC. He took the time to give us a tutorial on our thermostat, made access to the drain easier for me, and gave us clues on how to make our AC last longer. He was very helpful and courteous. Because of him, we bought a 3 year maintenance contract with Arctic Air.

I spoke with the service manager on a Saturday morning. We had our new AC system installed just weeks before. It suddenly wasn't working. The manager was courteous and prompt. We had the whole thing resolved within a few hours. Excellent service!!!! Turns out an inspector from the county forgot to plug in something which shut off the system.

From start to finish dealing with the Artic fam was a cool breeze in a hot spot. Cody G. the technician was super knowledgeable and stuck with me throughout the whole process. Bobby and Jon did a great install they were respectful and made sure to be mindful of my neighbors equipment during the install as well. Everything during this process was followed up with amazing communication from Ms. Kim. If you need a new a/c don’t just take it from me check out Artic for yourself.

I won a raffle with Arctic Air for a free HVAC system and I could not be happier. The service, quality of work, and overall experience was top notch. I cannot be more thankful to Arctic Air, and the technicians Johnny and Bobby. They really blessed us. They earned a customer forever, highly recommend!

Zack was so knowledgeable and genuine. It’s really hard to find a trustworthy and reputable company. I immediately felt like my business mattered to him. I would recommend his service to anyone and will definitely be using Arctic Air for all of my future needs.

Update: I had my new AC Units Installed and I absolutely love them! The work was done so neatly, Zack and Elias were hardworking and very tidy! I really felt taken care of and that I could trust them. I would refer them to anyone. 10 stars ⭐️
