Nick was very punctual, shared knowledge, and got the job done efficiently. Bonus was that his charisma and communucation were excellent and didnt mind a rain storm passing through. Great with dogs, double bonus.

Austin saved the day. My air chose to break the day before Thanksgiving and I reached out to him at 1 and he was her at 3 and by 5 I have air again. It wasn’t easy either. He had to work some magic for the old blower to work at least for a week or so to get me through till a new one can be installed. This man knows his job well. I will always request him.

The serviceman was efficient, professional, and polite. He explained what additional services were needed in a manner that was easy to understand. I worked welcome him back for future repairs.

Ronnie was my technician but his name wasn’t listed. Ronnie was outstanding, friendly and highly technically competent. He listened and provided options and in simple terms while explaining what was needed to accomplish the best solution for my AC issues. Maintenance was conducted and the issues resolved efficiently and making my AC operate better than ever. Highly Recommend.

Daniel S. from One Hour Air did a wonderful job on a tune up visit for our AC/ He looked at everything and have just great advice to keep our system working well. With these very hot days and heat advisories, our AC is working great. He explained the yearly membership and it's an awesome value to keep our AC working well. We happily signed up for this. Nickolai came promptly during the appointment window. Our condensing unit was not running, he quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown capacitor and had the part on hand. There was another blown fuse that he was able to quickly diagnose and replace as well. The price was very reasonable for the work.

Got our AC working in no time and he was super friendly! I would absolutely hire him again for quality service and excellent customer service! 10/10

Gage , Jose and Austan did a duck job on my house today as well as some other things with my air handler. Very pleased with the way everybody presented themselves as well as when they were done cleaned up everything once completed we did a pressure test and everything was perfect, and I could feel the difference very pleased with everything today

From the moment I called, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. They scheduled me quickly and the technician, Jose, was absolutely amazing. He arrived right on time, explained everything in clear detail, and made the entire process feel stress-free.

Jose installed a brand-new AC unit at my home, and his attention to detail and communication throughout the job were top-notch. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.

It’s been a few weeks since the installation, and the unit has been running flawlessly. It’s quiet, efficient, and just in time for this heat! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

1 1/2 months after new AC/heat pump installed; Nuve thermostat not working for heat. Drain lines for AC blocking the filter door. Disappointing work.
Trever went out of his way to correct the problems. He was pleasant and explained each step well.

We called one hour air yesterday and they booked an appointment for today at 8 to 12

We have had work done with them prior and he was more than happy to come back and get us back running

Trevor did a great job servicing my HVAC today. Thorough inspection of the whole system. Even checked my duct work in the attic for potential leaks! Well done!

Gave several excuses, tech is on his way, part not in stock. Tech running late, manager is checking, all going to call back and never did. Called a competitor who came an hour later went and got the part they said was not in stock any where. Repair by the competitor was literally 1/3 the cost. I mean we are talking about $1000.00 less than One Hour. Stay away. This place is a rip off.

Trevor did an excellent job taking care of our routine check up he was detailed and thorough and his explanation of what we needed and what we didn’t needed going over everything that he checked up on within our unit just wanna say thank you for the customer service and the explanation of everything that was handled

Our AC went out on a weekend, and One Hour Air was the only company that could send someone the same day when others wanted 24–48 hours. Daniel, the technician, was fantastic—he found the problem right away, got the part ordered quickly, and kept us updated. His professionalism and follow-through really stood out. We were so impressed we even signed up for the membership plan to help keep our ductless system running for years to come. Highly recommend!

Nick came out and found our leak super fast even though other companies couldn’t locate it. And now we have cool air again. Thankful for One Hour A/C

Trevor did a great job with my 6 month maintenance check up. Detailed and went over everything. Also gave great in-site for UV protection and a surge protection. Will be looking into it down the line for my system

Austan is a very courteous, pleasant young man. He assessed the situation quickly, made reasonable suggestions to help make a good decision with repairs and parts replacements with accurate pricing. He fully explained what the UV light system does to prolong the life of the unit. I would highly recommend his services for all One Hour Air customers.
