I have been using Paradise Air for my personal residence as well as all my rentals and remodels for the last 10 years. They are such an honest, professional and courteous company. My latest service call was with Dan and he exemplified the standard I have come to expect with Paradise Air. He explained everything in full detail and even corrected a longtime drainage issue. Very pleased once again. He even sang while he worked. Highly recommend!

The whole process was smooth with Paradise Air beginning with my initial phone call. They kept me posted right up until Dan arrived. He did a great job explaining the situation and fixing the issue. He was very patient and professional and I will definitely ask for Dan next time!

Last Thursday 2/28/19, in the early afternoon the AC unit at our shop stopped working. I knew of Paradise Air but had never used them before. I called the Service Manager Eric and within an hour Jason, one of their service techs, was here onsite. He got the unit up and running very quickly and efficiently. He did a great job!! Very professional and knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend Paradise Air and will for sure be using them in the Future. Thank you Eric, Jason and Paradise Air... job well done!!

I had a new American Standard A/C system installed by Paradise Air in November. Everything from the original salesperson providing a quote to scheduling to install day and follow-up questions has been 5 stars. I was recommended Paradise by a coworker who had a unit installed. I have zero complaints and was happy about the price and install day took less time than anticipated. Everyone I have worked with over the phone has also been super friendly and helpful.

Paradise Air was great! Locally owned and operated! Tim came out to give us a quote, which was very competitive. He was right on time and explained what we needed to do. Paradise Air was able to install our unit quickly, which was so appreciated! Nick and Alex worked as a team to install the AC unit inside the condo and up on the roof. They were extremely polite, very efficient and professional. The first thing Nick did was put canvas down to keep our condo clean, both inside and out in the hall. When they finished, the condo was spotless. Nick explained everything we needed to know about the new AC unit, how to maintain it and how to work the new thermostat. Thanks for a GREAT job!

We had a very positive experience with Paradise Air when they serviced our AC last fall in our newly purchased condo, so we used them again to install a new unit this week. Both times, they arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They covered to floor to protect it and took the time to make sure I knew how to use the new thermostat app.

Dealing with Paradise Air was a very positive experience. John Walsh evaluated our AC needs and actually recommended a smaller unit than we believed we needed. His technical expertise and professionalism was very much appreciated. The technicians who installed our new unit were also very professional and efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paradise or using them again. Well done guys!

Their technician Dan came out promptly and on time the very next day after I called and fixed our AC problem quickly . He was very informative and very fair. He checked our system and let me know what would be needed over the next 12 months and gave me an upfront price which again I thought very fair.
Dan is a former US Marine and a patriot. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he truly is an asset to that company.
I feel that for the first time ever dealing with AC companies we were dealt with more than fairly on price and honesty.
We shall only use this company in the future!

Paradise Air is awesome. They have always been incredibly responsive to requests for service. Our condenser unit stopped working late last night and we called paradise first thing this morning. They got us on the schedule for the early evening, but were able to get here much earlier than expected. The tech that came, Ben, was awesome. He is incredibly knowledgeable, let us know exactly what was wrong, what he was going to do to fix it, and how much it would be. He was incredibly personable, and was great with our cat and son (who both tried their hardest to distract him). We always suggest Paradise Air to others and will continue to do so.

I am so pleased with my experience with Paradise Air! The professionalism of the company is certainly a character they take pride in. Everyone I encountered from the first call, until they left my home after performing the work, was a true professional. I was given multiple options so I could choose the one that met our needs. The work was scheduled to be completed almost immediately upon making my AC system selection. Day of, the techs made sure my home was kept clean and they were courteous in coming in and out while completing the work. Darren and Bobby explained everything clearly and they were so kind to my three year old who wanted to talk to them multiple times. Darren and Bobby communicated with one another so well and worked together like a true team should! I can tell this is a well run operation who employs genuine, kind, and knowledgeable team members. Thanks for helping us with our full install of a brand new AC system.

From the start Paradise Air was responsive, quick and professional. We had called a few companies and had other estimates but the folks from Paradise were the most responsive throughout the whole process. The installation process was amazing, Nick and Stan were awesome! They were kind, answered all of our questions, professional, quick and clean. We really appreciated them!

This has got to be the best service call experience that we ve had in a really long time. The appointment setting process was easy. We were provided me next day service and were not charged as an emergency. Our technician Dan was very friendly. He did a great job at servicing our a/c unit. He gave us an honest diagnosis and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. We will definitely call Paradise Air for our next ac tune up

Paradise will be my "go to" company for my heating and a/c needs. They were responsive, informative and patient in providing their quote. The office staff were helpful and outlined each step from start to finish of the project. Nick and Stan were fantastic technicians. They were on time, efficient in their work and answered any questions we had. The bonus was the great job they did protecting our floors and cleaning up when they were done. Much appreciation for all.

04/10/2024 2-star Review:
I know my A/C is extremely old and they knew going in that I wasn't going to replace it and that I wanted a band-aid fix, but they tried hustling a new unit anyway with a costly repair quote and near 30x mark-up on a $10 capacitor. I got them down to about 12x mark-up on the capacitor, which I understand perfectly well that everyone marks materials up, but 30x is overly excessive. In the past when I've used them they cleaned the evaporator coils while servicing the unit, but not this time. It's easy enough to do myself, but would have been nice since I'm sure they have plenty of cleaner handy.

Since Paradise Air was taken over by Performance Air, the service seems to be subpar for the cost. Because of the hustle treatment I received today, Paradise Air lost a once loyal customer.

2021 5-star review:
I called Paradise Air after a few other A/C companies wouldn't even return my call/voicemail this past Friday. I guess third time's a charm because I called them today, Monday, and they sent their lead tech Dan E. out within a couple of hours. He found the root of the problem, a failed capacitor on the condenser which actually had a wire that over time got eaten through from friction of the wires rubbing. So he fixed the wire, replaced the capacitor, added freon and thoroughly cleaned the coils on both the condenser and the air handler. I had a newer thermostat I bought last year that I was eventually going to install, but just had him do it while he was out. So for all that which was about 2 hours of labor I think my bill was $460 which I'm absolutely happy with. It beats replacing the unit altogether and my A/C is blowing ice cold once again.
Thanks to Dan for being super knowledgeable, friendly and getting my A/C back up and running! Keep up the great work y'all!

Purchased a home that Paradise had previously done the install of the new A/C system. I had an issue and called them. I immediately received great service from the point of contact and setting of the appointment. Dan was the service tech sent out to check the problem. He was on time, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, what had happened and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He made sure to determine if it was a warranty issue or not and could have charged me, but luckily it was covered under the warranty. This speaks volumes of his honesty and integrity and I cannot recommend Dan and Paradise Air more highly. Thank you for a great experience !!!

Paradise was excellent. The install crew for my AC replacement Darren and Nick were very skilled, professional and personable getting the job done right the first time. The office staff of Gabriella and Pam were easy to do business with and very helpful. John the sales and scheduling manager was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date on everything associated with my job. Highly recommend Paradise Air.

Paradise Air Customer Care Specialist John Walsh went above and beyond to help my wife and I select and schedule the installation of a replacement packaged-system heat pump for our home. I mean to say that he ochestrated everything, talking with suppliers, couriers and install teams to bring about the job process. I listened while he juggled everything neatly into place and I was impressed! The next day, Nick and Darren from Paradise Air did a thoroughly competent job of replacing my worn-out 3 ton packaged unit with the new and very efficient American Standard model. As with most packaged units, extra care must be taken with the installation process to make sure the unit functions correctly and will be durable - those two did everything properly and well! Afterwards, they cleaned up extremely well, even picking up small pieces of wire. I have been mistreated and cheated by many companies before finding this one! Paradise Air has certainly made a friend for life and I have no qualms about recommending them!

My AC was not cooling the house. I requested a service repair. The technician came out and told me that the Freon was low and that I would need a new system. In speaking he mentioned that he wasn't able to really check outside because the system was off outside. He said a new system would cost $12-15k and set up an appt with a comfort consultant. After he left, I switched out the capacitor and the contact. It started right up. Was blowing 86, now 66! I did not receive a diagnostic document in person or in my email. If I wanted a sales consult, I wouldn't have paid a service fee for a repair appt. Call this company if you want to give them $89 for nothing! *This company goes by the name Paradise on Google and Performance on their business cards.

My second experience with Paradise Air became a real paradise 🏝After the installer Ed McNeil walked out and refused copper line repair, contacted Air Zero and agreed to the chemical injection to seal the leak. It lasted a summer. I was lucky that real estate agent negotiated work with this company for the penthouse line repair, joined the process and now have real cold air in my condo. This company performs extremely difficult line of work, techs are very skilled, excellent company support when extra help is needed. By spending time on the roof leaned the process and how things have to be done. Think twice about chemical repair which costs big $$$. Call Paradise Air! Thanks to Austin, David, Jose and Tim!

We had a water leak from a cracked drain pan, and Darren from Metro Air came right away to help diagnose and fix the problem. We ended up replacing the entire unit and Metro Air did an excellent job! I can really recommend them, fast, professional, accurate!

The technician Derrick was very knowledgeable and promptly performed the repairs I needed to my system at a very reasonable fee. I especially appreciated his professional demeanor and conduct. I will certainly call Metro Air the next time I need help with my heating or cooling system.
