I was told by my previous AC company that I needed substantial repairs to my flexible ductwork costing several thousand dollars. Their estimate was outrageously high so I sought a second opinion. Darren from Metro Air came out, checked the ducts and found there was nothing wrong with them, showing the previous company was just trying to sell me service I didn't need. Even more impressive, he didn't charge me for the service call. Darren's honesty and willingness to help convinced me to change companies. I think I've found a new provider right here in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Metro Air.

Had my AC unit replaced back in February 2018 - 4 months later -no issues what so ever. Darren D and his crew were professional, on-time and did a great job replacing my AC unit. It was a daunting task for me to replace the AC unit for my house (me being first time home owner)- but Metro Air did a great job for a great price.
I would definitely use them again without a doubt.

Use Metro Air for my air conditioner maintenance. Had a power outage and AC went down. Called office and nice receptionist took my information. Within 10 minutes Darren called me and walked me through a few simple steps to fix problem. AC was working in no time.

I’ve worked with Darren and his team for a couple of years now and they really have delivered great service. No one is perfect all the time but they do a great job striving for it. I had a new AC unit installed last Spring and it unexpectedly threw an error code over the weekend. The Metro team was able to help me fix it right over the phone...no hassles, no service call fee...my AC was running 15 minutes later. If you care about having that kind of service available, Darren and his team won’t disappoint you!

I highly recommend Metro Air. I contacted them after my neighbor referred them. I had a previous company come out and they were here for 3 hours, didn’t do anything but look for opportunities to sell me something I didn’t need. Joel with Metro Air came out and went right to work. An hour later he was done with a bill of $250 (the other company gave me an estimate of nearly 3k). Joel is the real deal and highly qualified. He’s a polished professional with high integrity. Don’t mess with other companies that want to scam you. Metro Air is the best!!

This company was wonderful. We have used them for installing a new Trane system, keeping our other older top of roof system going and for on-going check-ups and repairs. They arrive on time, used to have great pricing, were responsive and very professional. I used to say I would never use anyone else.
In 2025 they must have changed their policies or accounting systems. Now you can't reach anyone by phone and they do not explain their bills. It's a shame, they used to be so wonderful.

My AC stopped working in this hot summer heat oh no ! But Metro Air to the rescue . I sent a text to them of my situation and within an hour Evan Wider was there. He was able to quickly determine I had a faulty wire to my capacitor. He was able to fix it and my AC was running cool again! I highly recommend Metro Air. They have been servicing my AC for 5 years now. Thank you !!

Great service overall, the guys came and did an amazing job on a new unit installation. The installation progress was very smooth and I must say the guys were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Besides the installation they did also looked at my attic and fixed my air flow in the garage. After all the work was done they cleaned it and left the area spotless. Darren also came to say hi and make sure if I had any questions that Air Metro is there for me. I would definitely recommend them. I will call Darren for any future projects that I may have.

Great service! Over. And above! Air Conditioning working great. The energy company company (D**e) installed one of their controllers. It failed and I lost cool air for two days. Teach me not to trust any government related identity But METRO Air is Number one! I have used them to install my system and have recommended them to all my friends and will continue do so. I have nothing but good things to write about Metro Air. The crew Darren sent out to replace my storm flooded AC system was affable, professional and importantly, right on time. In 4 hours they had the entire old system removed, the new one installed and cleanup complete. All at a reasonable cost. Good Job Fellas!

Metro-air is a great family owned business. They are honest and friendly. Communication is great too! We have used them for service and maintenance for the last several years but when our old unit decided to stop working, the owner, came out himself to take a look. It was time for a new unit. He went over three different option in three different price ranges based on our needs. He took his time and never rushed us into making a decision. He gave us the information we needed to make an education decision on what we needed to do. A lot of people now a days rush you or make it about sales. Not metro air! The installers, Andy and Jay, were great too! They were efficient and kept me in the loop on when they would be done so I could arrange everything around meetings. They cleaned everything up perfectly too!

We have been a customer of Metro-Air for more then 7 years now. Last month, we needed a service call and Blake was scheduled same day for us and he diagnosed the problem fast and was able to change out part that day. Darren and his men are very honest, fair, and friendly. Will always use Metro-Air!

My a/c went down and a service technician was able to immediately diagnose and fix my faulty drain pump which got me back up and running!! Very happy.

Metro replaced both condenser and air handler. The team was efficient and courteous... They did accidentally damage some ceiling, which they promptly sent someone to fix and that experience was also good. New ac runs at 2.95kw old one ran at 5.3kw so it is a lot lighter on juice. Also for October 2019, my old ac ran for 301 hours, new one October 2020 was 228 hours. These are massive future electricity savings. Can't recommend Metro more.
