Darren and his team were amazing. My upstairs unit went down on Labor Day evening. I waited until Tuesday to call my usual AC company. They eventually came later in the day but weren't very responsive or helpful. Realizing that was my compressor that needed replacing I started reaching out to authorize Trane dealers to get quotes on a whole new system and Metro was the first that came up. They had someone out within an hour to get the measurements and info to provide an estimate and then had the estimate to me by late afternoon. Darren and the team were so responsive and helpful. Ultimately, I did decide to just replace the compressor vs replace the system and chose Metro vs my past AC company because of the responsiveness and great communication from Darren and team. They had us back up and cooled off quickly too!

I now have a NEW AC company as my go to and that will be Metro!

I highly recommend Metro Air. We were in the market to replace our 10 year old heat pump and contacted Metro Air (and three other air conditioning companies) on December 19 with the hope of purchasing a new heat pump before year end to take advantage of the expiring federal tax credit. Darren and his team had a quote to us promptly that was meaningfully better than his competitors. We selected them based on responsiveness and value and they delivered! The system was fully installed on December 30 without a hitch. We’re thrilled!

Supreme was great! Bill was reasonable and Pandi had my a/c running in 15 min! After getting back running he cleaned my system and added a UV light! Now compared to the contractor the day before leaving me without a/c and kept pushing a new 12K new system. Pandi is a smart , efficient and honest person. There office gave me an additional discount on top of great pricing. From a condemned system the day before by a bad contractor to cleaned and running like new system today , I will always call Supreme for my heating and cooling needs!
Try them yourself after you get an estimate from another contractor first and you will see the difference and be very satisfied!

We had Supreme Air & Heat come to fix our air conditioner. We have had the same problem for 3 years. We always thought we just weren’t doing a well enough job. There was, on many occasions, water that would be dripping on the floor. We found out there should never be water on the floor. No other air conditioning company ever told us that. It had to do with the original installation.

During this heatwave with the temps over 90 degrees in May my AC decided to take a break. If I would’ve called Supreme first it would have been fixed within an hour. I called another company and waited for over 7 hours, finally giving up after my 3rd call to them checking to see when they’d be out or if they’d forgotten us. I called Supreme at 7:40pm sounding desperate and worried and maybe a little crazy. Not only did he have someone at my house within a half hour, it was fixed within an hour. The bill was FAR LESS than I’d even dreamed of. Don’t call the place with “hour” in their name because they came up first on google search, call Supreme. My husband couldn’t say enough about the absolute rock star that showed up and took care of the issue and charged us a fair price. They turned an awful experience into a problem quickly solved. There are still companies with integrity out there and this is one of them.
