They were able to come out and fix my A/C on Saturday, late in the afternoon. My house was 90°F & I couldn’t find anyone else who could come that evening to get it fixed. My pets & I were thankful to only have to tolerate the heat for a couple of hours before they arrived.

Everything was great! From the person who answered the phone to the actual repair. Osli, the technician, did an awesome job! He's very professional and performed the job quick!

When our ac stopped working and the temp in the house hit almost 90 degrees in June, we contacted our home warranty company, they scheduled a company who failed to show. We then messaged Supreme Air & Heat. Supreme called us back in less than 10 minutes and scheduled a tech for first thing (0800-1000) the next day.
Our tech arrived at about 0830. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He diagnosed the problems in about 15 minutes and got to work on repairing the system and explained what he was doing and why.
After two hours of work our ac system is running like new and the temperature is dropping fast.
We will set up regular annual maintenance with Supreme Air & Heat and we will recommend them to anyone having ac problems.

We had an issue with our AC and called Supreme Air & Heat at 930pm on Sunday night. Olsi showed up at 10:15 and had it fixed in less than an hour!! We could not be happier with the service we received and will call them again if we need and help with our AC.

Great experience with Supreme Air & Heat. My AC stopped working overnight and they were able to come out same day to fix the problem. Pandi was very knowledgeable and friendly. My initial problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. A few days later on a holiday weekend, my AC made a strange sound and Pandi was at my house by 8am on a holiday. Highly recommend!

I am SO happy with the service from Pandi at Supreme Air. He came at exactly the time I was told and was very straight forward. He showed me the issues I was having with my air conditioner, took pictures and explained what needed to be done to fix the problems. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. If I could leave 6 stars I would. Our air conditioner broke on Saturday, called them , arrived in 45 min, in 2 hours job was done, new motor replaced! Great service, super good price ! Other companies just wanted to replace the air conditioner.

I called Supreme Air on a Friday night after hours (along with other companies) and they were the first to answer the phone. Pandi came right out and had me up and running. He's very knowledgeable and honest as he didn't try to sell me anything, and spent the time explaining the situation with my unit. Will definitely use again!

Supreme Air gets a star for timely and friendly service, but loses the rest for upselling, overcharging, and performing poor quality work. Not only did they charge 2x as much as other competitors, but the poor quality work resulted in needing a second repair 30 days later from another company.

To be very specific, the technician recommended and installed a hard start kit and left wires crossing over other terminals so the shielding burned through.

The technician also made sure to try and sell us on a new unit and get us prepared for buying a new one.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality and value in your HVAC repair company.

That's a nice attempt at discrediting my review. Of course the wire isn't overlapping in the picture, I'm holding it. And of course the hard start is going to connect to the compressor. It's not separate unrelated wire to the hard start, you're injecting a relay into the system before the compressor.

We can't say enough good things about Olsi and his team at Supreme. Our AC went out last night and he came out first thing this morning and had it fixed within minutes! It's rare to find a company owner who always follows through on what they say. Don't hesitate to give them a call!

I went through my fair share of phone calls and estimates today with AC companies however supreme air and heat was not only great on the phone they were able to get someone out to my house within 2 hours of me calling and they were able to diagnose and fix the part I needed fixed and they were able to keep it under my $500 budget

He was very professional and he was very quick and he was able to easily diagnose the situation and he was also able to answer all of my questions so I could find out what brand of air conditioner I have and how old it is he was able to give me some ballpark figures of what I can expect having to replace and even repair parts of the unit in the future he was even able to show me where my UV light had apparently gone out and my blower was starting to grow mold so you know for a fact I'm going to call and even request that he return again!

Great service. Our air conditioner started blowing warm air on a Saturday. I called Supreme and they had somebody out within the hour. Pandi was our technician. He was knowledgeable, honest and very friendly. Definitely will consider their business in the future.

Olsi my technician who came today is so nice and professional He fixed our AC problem today. I highly recommend supreme air and heat. They picked up right away last night and said they could come this morning between 8-12pm. My tech Olsi came today around 8:30am:)-super fast turn around. Other companies had a long wait or didn’t respond :(

Supreme Air & Heat were absolutely amazing. From the start of my 1st phone call from Orsi to my service call with Andy & then my repair from Orsi. This company & their employees are simply amazing. They know what they are doing & they get the job done. They are extremely helpful & trust worthy. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, which is professional, knowledgeable & great sevice men. They try their best to work with your schedule & finances.
