Our air went out Thursday night *Sept 26th) around 11:00 p.m. The next morning at 8:00 a.m. my husband walked into their office to see if he could schedule and appointment for someone to come out to look at our air conditioner. They were going to squeeze us in that afternoon. Later that morning we changed our minds on having it repaired (unit was 15 years old) and decided to get funding and have a new unit installed, so we arranged to have a sales man come and give us an estimate instead. We received three estimates from their sales rep, John. We chose the unit we wanted, he immediately got on the phone, ordered the product and got the ball rolling. Because we have 7 year old twins, Darren and Bobby volunteered to work on their day off (Saturday) to install our new unit. They arrived bright and early this morning with a smile on their face. Darren and Bobby were professional, kind, and did an amazing job!!!! Their work was "pretty" and top notch. The employees of Paradise Air are honest, compassionate, and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy, and that the job is done right. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of having Paradise Air do our install. I will forever refer them to family and friends.

Paradise Air was very competitive in their new HVAC pricing; of the 8 different companies i had provide estimates, no one else offered a 2yr Labor warranty. To me, that said they were confident in their technician's ability to do their jobs well.
The folks I dealt with, from their office staff, John in sales, to their field techs Nick & Stan; were friendly, professional, and very patient with all my questions. I appreciate that they conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner, I didn't hear a foul word among any of them...which is very refreshing.

Paradise Air, Inc. performs routine maintenance (tune-up) for our AC. Omar was very professional (as always), very polite and provided us with some good advice. We have Paradise Air servicing our condo for years. They are good in what they do. We trust their honesty and their advice. Paradise DOESN'T "find problems where they don't exist", they do what they have to do in order to have our AC working well and for a long time. Our AC is getting to the end of its life, but it's still running well.

We called Paradise Air on a Thursday to inquire about estimates for a new central air system and we were able to have someone come out the same day to give a quote. What was even better they were able to send Darren & Josh out the next day to do the work. The service was exceptional and they were both knowledgeable and professional. I will most certainly refer Paradise Air. My mother was at our residence while work was being done and she is the one of the toughest critics in Pinellas County and she thought they were amazing. Thank you very much Paradise Air Inc for being a reliable, professional, and customer service oriented company. We really do appreciate it. 😊

I talked to a Paradise Air receptionist on a Saturday regarding my AC unit and she was extremely helpful right away. I received a phone call shortly after from John Walsh. We discussed my issues and I decided I needed a new unit and requested an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Darren and Josh promptly arrived and did an outstanding job installing a new AC unit!! Both Darren and Josh were very professional and knowledgeable as they answered all my questions about my old unit and my new one. They were so patient, friendly and helpful as they thoroughly explained the new unit to me. I am extremely pleased with the awesome job they did and highly recommend Paradise Air.

We had a new system installed by Paradise Air and were extremely happy with their service. The technicians were on time, polite and friendly. Their work was neat and clean and they took the time to explain how to operate the new system. Paradise Air was recommended to us by a friend, and I would recommend them. The price they quoted us was what we paid and it was lower then another companies quote.

Tim and his crew are amazing. I have been using their services for many years. When our AC unit went out in our condo, called Paradise Air and they had one installed in no time. When we moved to our new home and the AC had an issue over Easter weekend, Tim personally came out to handle the issue. Have been having Paradise Air maintain our unit ever since. Paradise Air was $200 less expensive than other companies selling the same budget system. Within a few days of getting a quote, they completed the installation of new condenser and air handler and removed old units, along with heavy concrete pad. They showed up at 8 am and finished cleaning the completed work site by 2 pm. Alex and Bobby were courteous, clean and efficient. I definitely recommend to any one needing a new system or service.

Dan from paradise air showed up early and got right to work. He was very helpful in explaining the issue and made some great recommendations to help improve efficiency. I asked for an additional install of some ducting and he quoted me a great price and was able to schedule a next day appointment. Great attitude, customer service, and work!

We called Paradise to install a new hvac system and the experience was excellent. Tim was great to work with- he explained all our options in detail and answered all our questions. Nick and Darren installed our system and were very professional, extremely respectful of our property and went the extra mile to complete the job. They also answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the operation of the new equipment. We plan to have them do the annual maintenance on our system going forward.

My wife and I had a routine maintenance done on our A/C system today by Dan Eaton from Paradise Air. He was right on time, very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He did notice a small issue with one of the condenser parts that he was able to accurately and quickly diagnose and repair. All of my experiences with Paradise Air beginning with our initial contact through a friend referral, our meeting to discuss our A/C equipment options and needs, the whole system replacement, previous check-ups and the one today have been a refreshing change from the usual. The people I've spoken to and met in person with Paradise Air have given my wife and I the type of business/customer experience that most people would like to have in today's society, but unfortunately seldom get. If you're looking for an A/C company that you would most likely refer to your friends because you had such a great experience, based on my dealings with them I feel that Paradise Air should definitely be towards the top of your list.

Called for emergency service for my vacation rental in Florida, (I live in Colorado). Damien called to let me know he was going to be a little bit early. What a nice surprise that was! He kept in touch with me regarding the problem that he found, what repairs needed to be done, sent before and after photos, and called me with a detailed breakdown of our invoice. By the way, it was very reasonable! Along with the repair, I purchased their Club Membership. Another great value! Looking forward to working with Paradise Air!

Recently had a platinum series American Standard AC unit installed. Josh and Nick (installers) did an excellent job and very professional. Happy with the work. Would recommend.

Edit 6/2/19 - Well the unit has run well the last month, but suddenly stopped working. Called on a Sunday for repair and Paradise Air responded promptly. Turns out the installers never twisted the main power copper wire to the outside compressor before twisting the wire nuts on. The electrical connection was faulty and the resistance inside the wire nut cause the wire nut to totally melt and open up. I take back the kudos to the installers. Good thing it was fixed in short notice and happy now. Still like the unit overall. Need more electrical training for the installers.

Nick and Darren, the two installers were very efficient and friendly, exceptionally good workers. They had the work done in a timely manner and were helpful in providing answers to my questions.
The ladies in the office were also very informative and helped me do the paper work. Special mention to John Walsh for setting all this up for us.
I would highly recommend Paradise Air to my friends without hesitation.

After having a really bad experience with another AC company, I called Paradise Air out of desperation for help. They were recommended to me by a few different sources. They were WONDERFUL. They came out the next day to install a new AC system in my condo. I had renters coming in later that day and they graciously agreed to come on Saturday to do the install. They were friendly, professional, and so wonderful to deal with. AND they gave me the best price!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Top notch, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

Paradise Air was recommended to me by my local hardware store. The owner, Tim, came and evaluated our old system and set up the install date. Nick and Darren arrived on time, were super nice, cleaned up their mess, and explained everything to me. Such a pleasure to deal with such a nice business! And they are very reasonable. Excellent customer service. We got a new AC installed today, two days earlier than expected. Nick and Stan were very professional, neat, kept the area clean, took out the old unit and installed the one all within a day. Answered all our questions, tested the system, and cleaned up everything. Great company beginning with Tim and the office staff. Would definitely recommend.

My whole experience with Paradise Air Inc was exceptional. From the start with the owner Tim, then service tech Damien finding my problem. I got a bonus when my installers Nick and Darren where assigned my job. They were great, professional and got the job done in tropical/hurricane ETA conditions. My AC unit had not been serviced since we had purchased our home. After a week of noticing the AC was not getting to scheduled temperature in the evening/into the night (and I had to turn it lower/cooler earlier in order to get to desired temp at night) I searched google and came across Paradise Air. They had great ratings, were not far distance from my home location, and seemed to have the services I needed. From scheduling to completion of service they were swift to respond and communicate. Dan arrived to diagnosis our issue- he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was executing, answered all my questions-regarding the job(s) to be done day of, more AC inner workings to help me better understand & and recommendations for future needs. I will for sure request Dan with Paradise Air going for these services on my home going forward! My AC is now running optimal & at night we do not even have to set the temperature as low now thats is running clean & clear! Thanks for all your services!

Darren and Bobby did an amazing job with a complete removal and installation of my new system. Everyone in the company was super professional and always kept me up to date on everything. Bobby and Darren who were at my place today are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I would recommend everyone use Paradise Air for all your cooling and heating needs. They put drop cloths down, took out the old system, put in a brand new beautiful AC unit and cleaned up everything behind them. The place looks better now than before they came. I spoke with John to set up the appointment and was notified by text of all the times and who would be coming. Real class act service. I wish everywhere I went people were this nice and professional.

This is the best Heating and Cooling Company I have ever used…..and I have used quite a few. They are so thorough and they really care about their customers. They don’t leave you hanging.
Demetrius was my serviceman today and he was amazing. He’s not much on conversation but he really knows how to repair an AC central unit and he cares. When I smiled as my condo was cooling down he remarked that he likes to make his customers smile.
