The tech who came out for the service call was professional and tried fixing the issue. He got the AC “running” but couldn’t fix the real issue. Needed to ask for additional support to come take a look.

Just moved in and something felt off about my A/C. Called Artic Air and very easily set up an appointment. Technician was on time, friendly, and explained everything he was going to do. Found the issues, showed me pictures, explained what was going on. Overall, very friendly, prompt, answered all of my questions, and service was fast and effective. Definitely recommend

We were a new customer and they got us in the schedule the very next day. Neil was a great troubleshooter who didn't chase fixes with unnecessary repairs and parts. He took prudent steps and outlined future actions to take, if necessary. We ended up purchasing a service contract.

I can’t say enough good things about Zack and the team. They scheduled me quickly and Zack showed up ready to work. He did a full maintenance service and preventative maintenance check on my AC system, and everything is running like new. He was respectful of my home, cleaned up after himself, and gave me confidence in the system’s reliability. Great service from start to finish!

I had help with the smart Thermostat settings. Zach gave prompt, excellent service. After a demonstration he asked me to program the thermostat, while he watched, to make sure I understood how to set it for scheduling cooling, heating, & humidity. He gave me time to ask questions afterward.

My AC unit was on its last days after its 12 year run, so I decided I needed to replace before it got too hot. Requested various quotes from local dealers. Adonay from Arctic Air gave me the best presentation of all. Very thorough and answered all my questions and his follow up was great, price was very fair on the unit I picked from the three options he gave me. Installation date was set and Tristan and crew came in and did an outstanding installation as this is the key. Very happy with the service provided by all including the office staff. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and response from start to finish. I called Arctic Air Systems in the morning and was impressed when the office scheduler was able to get a technician out the same day. The assigned tech, Tristan, sent a text confirming the appointment and provided an estimated arrival time.

Upon arrival, Tristan quickly evaluated the issue, explained what was going on, and provided recommendations with options for how to move forward. No pressure—just straightforward, professional help. I've been happily using Arctic Air for about 5 years now and they're the Best! I want to give a special shout out to technician Brandon McDaniel. He came out today and took care of everything for us, soup to nuts! Not only is he super knowledgeable but also a very nice fellow. I'm hoping we get him every time because he's the best ever of any of the technicians we've ever worked with, with ANY of our home services. Times are tough, but I dug deep and gave him a tip in appreciation. I highly recommend Arctic Air and Brandon McDaniel!

Ps I also wanted to shine a bright light on one little known but surprisingly outstanding value. Admittedly I don't usually buy add on contracts from any merchant, BUT Arctic Air's yearly service contract is very reasonably priced, so for sure look into that when you speak to them... and tell them Capt. Jim sent you!

Wow. So the service and installation was great. The owner actually seemed cool at first. Lately I’ve had problems. So I call the 727 #. Only to speak to a person who barely speaks English. Will never use again. Everything is obviously under warranty but if you call after 5, you are calling India. And they have no clue what is going on. Or even the temperature of where you are located. Very broken English. I’m actually shocked. I’ve been recommending this company for years. That stops today. Let’s go find a local business that’s local.

Chris McCarty was knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed the problems with our AC unit and ensured that repairs needed were complete. Made sure unit was working properly before leaving, as well as answering all our questions. Was pleased that we could get same day service. Everyone from the first call to the office and service tech was professional and made this service experience a good one. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service. They are prompt and very nice. They serviced our AC and added an additional vent for us. Good prices as well.

UPDATE: Today we called them on a Saturday to fix one of our AC units. They called up back in 10 min and we at our door in about 30 min. We were back up and running in a few minutes after they hunted down the right part for our AC unit. They are also working on getting the part covered under warranty.

Again you will be happy with their excellent service and good pricing. Very honest people.

During the second week of the 2020 shutdown, the motor in our main HVAC unit died and we were left without A/C in most of the house. We initially called another company to get a quote for the repair, but the age of the unit was suspect (15+ years old) and there were two other units for the house that were of the same age, so we also requested a quote for a replacement of the entire system. One of the issues we had with the old system is that it did not adequately cool our master bedroom and we asked if there was a way to combine the two small units into a larger one, but the other company was not open to make this happen. We received their bid several days later while waiting without A/C in the house and it did not account for the issues we had with the old system. Additionally, we were dissatisfied with the service, response, and most of all the price of the other company, so we went looking elsewhere.

We then looked up other HVAC companies and received two more bids for the work. What convinced us to use Arctic Air Systems was their promptness in sending someone to evaluate our condition, willingness to work with use in modifying the layout of the existing system, and the range of products they had to meet our needs. Within a week from our selection of Arctic Air Systems, they were here to replace the entirety of our HVAC system from the ground up.

Not only did they quickly remove and replace the system that was broken, but they then are able to get all of the new equipment into the home and working within a day. The next two days of work were to install the new duct work and finalize the new electrical work for the units. The work was great and we've had a cold house ever since!

We will definitely continue to use Arctic Air Systems to maintain our system and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good maintenance company, or a whole new system.

They did great work repairing my Trane, that broke down after eight months of use. They had to replace the evaporator, compressor and thermostat. Trane, on the other has lousy customer service. The person assigned to my "escalation" customer service case failed to call back after being promised a call back three time. Then she refused all help to reimburse me for three service calls at $300.00, a "warranty processing fee of $100.00 and a recharge of freon of $75.00. I had a total out of pocket expense of $475.00 with no help. This never should have happened on a supposedly "top tier" A/C company. I would never recommend a Trane A/C, in fact I would caution against this company. Their quality had deteriorated and customer service is non-existent.

Artic Air Systems is incredibly reliable and excellent with communication. Cody was my service technician. He was fabulous and took care of my issue quickly. He also gave some tips to help this issue not reoccur, at least preventative. Thanks Cody!
