I haven’t started the service but just signed up. I’ll update my review as they start servicing. But I will say this: I’ve had four gardeners just stop coming and not answer their phone. Out of frustration, I bought my own law. Equipment but couldn’t get my yard looking professionally done. I called MANY lawn Are places. Augusta was SUPER professional: they’re the only company who always picks up their phone, they came and bid my house within a day or two and got my set up the next day (even when I forgot to call them back, they followed up). I like the experience so far and look forward to seeing the product.

One last point: their prices are VERY fair and comparable to the smaller guys who just have one truck and one guy to take care of my lawn.

Update: its been several months. They come ontime and do a fantastic job!

The Guy’s did an Oustanding job on my yard! I could not be more pleased. My yard needed Jesus!🙏🏼🫠 As a disabled veteran, I could barely keep up with it and it looked terrible. The guy’s worked so hard and were so kind even though I know my yard was a challenge. Thank you so much! I am very grateful and finally feel proud of my yard!

Nate and Erik are doing our yard and do an excellent job. They come in and not only do the grass but are careful with items in yard. Always show up and let you know how your yard is doing. We appreciate them both so very much !

Eric did a great job. Since we were a new customer, Eric knocked on the door to introduce himself and ask if we had any special concerns. When the job was complete, he knocked again to ask if the job met our satisfaction.

Awesome service by Erik and Mike. I went online and submitted a request for recurring service and in less than an hour received a phone call. Their online enrollment process, service scheduling, pricing model and automatic payment options are the best and most convenient I've seen from any local lawn care service. Plus I'm saving $20 a month compared to my previous provider.

Erik did a fabulous job! My wife called this week asking about a Father’s Day surprise & even with the complications of bad weather and current jobs, he sent an estimate, was willing to work with us, and got it done the next day himself in time for Father’s Day. We could not be more pleased! He was professional, courteous, efficient, and our lawn is proof. It was a mess of overgrown weeds and actually looks like a lawn again! Thank you, Erik!

Wonderful lawn service! Super fast and always done well. Nate and Eric have kept our yard looking great with no interruption to our work days (working from home).
Also, when a sprinkler head got broke by accident, they were quick to report and repaired it that day. Wish I could take then with me when we move, but have already recommended them to the new tenants.

Only interested in a quick cut and blow off the yard. I didn’t realize asking a yard crew to remove regular leaves would be an issue. Don’t fall for their online system and check you will get what you deserve or expect.

If you want more details. I called this office to confirm expectations I got slack wanting to talk to someone in person. Your tech showed up and from the start was not very friendly. I asked for two things an idea on general bush upkeep as well as confirming what your “mow” includes. He seemed uninterested from the start but tried to finish showing my job to him. Honestly I’m glad I called if you now my yard and blow a ton of leaves everywhere that is not helpful some yards have trees it’s not large removal it’s regular cleanup.

I’m glad I didn’t give you my credit card and anyone with a yard they care for that is not just full grass this is not your team.

Augusta Lawn Service was out to my residence in sw Largo for the first time. I have no law lawn all landscaping and plants . They trimmed 6 palms and mulched over a 100ft.
Very nice people great service and cleaning up, highly recommend.

Augusta Lawn Care is great. They are always punctual and take great care of my lawn. They have also done extra services like trimming bushes. I can highly recommend them.

Augusta Lawn did an awesome job on my property. Eric and Forrest were both extremely hard working. They removed so many leaves, did it in a very timely manner and made my lawn look good. I am very happy with the service they did.

Would not recommend this company at all. They use a call center and none of the reps know anything all they do is say someone will be in contact with you. I put on the schedule and approved for service to be done at one of my properties and when I saw heavy rain on the forecast, I called to see if they can do it sooner. I must’ve called three or four times and spoke to different reps who could not tell me whether or not they could do it before the date I needed it done. Then when I called in to see if they were gonna be able to make it, they said that they canceled the service and rescheduled for two days after the original date. Then I said OK well, I need the service done by then as I have family flying in and staying at that property and if they wouldn’t be able to do it by that date to please let me know and I would call another company that could do it. They never showed up and when I called them to see if they performed the service, they said that because I said I was gonna call another company, they canceled the service and put me on a do not service list. absolutely ridiculous horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone.

I can say this lawn service has been the most reliable I’ve dealt with so far. They show up on time and do a fantastic job. I have no complaints and the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Eric did a great job! Today was my first lawn service and it was such a pleasant experience. Unfortunately my previous lawn guy is no longer servicing my area so I did a quick google search and was really impressed with all the positive reviews now I can add the well deserved positive reviews. Hopefully this will be a long partnership. Thank you!
