I’m SO happy with my services with Augusta!!! I got quotes for tree trimming and debris removal from other companies and independent contractors, not only was Augusta the most affordable but they were quick, efficient, and so nice!!! I’m beyond happy with their work!

Augusta is amazing! They were here this morning and did much more than mow my yard. They trimmed up a big tree and a huge bush and generally cleaned up my yard and got it back in shape. I was totally impressed with them. Very professional and polite. Thank you Nate and John and I forgot the third one. Thanks again!!

These guys do an awesome job! They always show up on time, and my yard looks great every time they leave. Super easy to work with and really friendly too. I love that I don’t have to worry about keeping up with the lawn anymore—it’s always neat and clean. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable who actually cares about the work they do.

Hope you had a great holiday weekend! I am writing to inform you we have to update your mowing pricing. We now have several months of time tracking with a mix of crews, and frankly we came in way too low on our original pricing and it did not account for the edging and push mowing requests. Your new mowing pricing will be $65 weekly and $97.50 bi-weekly. We understand this is a big jump, and will keep your current pricing for two more services to allow you time to search for another provider if that is the direction you choose to go.

Erik,
$65 is a big jump. So now I'm looking at 73.5% increase on my weekly cut. $260 a month for a weekly cut or $197.50 for biweekly a month.

When you came out to estimate the job and you told me $30 to cut, edge, trim and blow my property. My response to you was that was awfully cheap. Your response to me was that was what cooperate set the price at. I even briefly walked the yard with you. I pointed out all the edging, property boundaries and the irrigation heads that would need to be trimmed around. You tried the Stander zero turn mower in the side yard and it just didn't mulch very well and was difficult to maneuver. I wanted you to use my Honda self propelled mower with fresh blades. I would even leave the mower out, full of fuel and ready to go.

So to sum it all up you cut it twice at $30 for two weeks than it went to $37.50 for 2 months. I never said a word about the first price increase. Now you want to increase it by 73.5% to $65 dollars a cut. I would have been good with a increase in the $40 range and just paid the increase without a peep. What will it cost me two months from now? $85? Not a good way to do business. I won't need that last cut at $37.50. I already have a new service lined up. Thank you for the kind offer though. The guys came out today and did an amazing job! My yard looks better than it has in... uh... I don't even want to say how long. They weeded the backyard by HAND (there were a lot of weeds), and my puppies are so happy! Thank you guys for all you did!! I included some before and after photos :)

If I could give ten stars I would. I've used this company for several years. They have always done a wonderful job. Quickly and efficiently. This year I was thinking I was giving them a challenge, but no, Erik and his crew took a mess of a yard and once again turned it into a lovely weed free and tranquil place. A quiet oasis where I can just bring my morning cup of coffee and enjoy the beauty around me. NO weeds and no overgrown mess anyplace. Just beautiful butterflies and birds. From weeding, trimming my Robellini Palms, to mulching to filling in pretty river rock in front of my split leaf philodendrons it all looks so nice ! Believe me, these great guys will not disappoint! Thank you again Erik and everyone for a job so very well done!

Terrys landscape is unlike your traditional companys that give a price to make huge profits! Terrys does a time and material billing this allowed for more landscaping for the dollar ! Terrys landscape has been in buisness for over 25years

Did not finish the job they started almost 7 weeks ago, and stopped answering calls and texts. Terry left us with uneven and loose pavers, no irrigation to 10 new palms and plants, palms planted with roots above ground, left holes where new palms were planned to go, cut irrigation wires to our entire backyard while planting. I do not recommend.

Terry and Chris have done multiple projects at my house. They do quality work. They transformed my yard, installed French drains, and adjusted our sprinklers. They are up front and honest about pricing. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would but unfortunately you can't. I have a rental property where I needed sod replaced in the front yard. The guy I can't remember his name said he would quote. Ask if I had a sprinkler system and I didn't remember if the home did but thought it didn't and asked him to give me quote for grass that doesn't need water attention as much and one that does and to bid sprinkler system. He said ok. Fast forward to wednesday, thursday and Friday. I called and text several times to see when he could do the quote. No answer until Friday when he said could go on the weekend. Still hasn't been there. Text Sunday asking was he able to quote. Still no response. Today, I asked again he said he would go this afternoon to quote. I get a picture from the guy he states is this your home I said correct. He said no dead tress and no sprinkler system. I said ok can you give me a quote for the sprinkler system and grass that does need a lot of water attention and of those that don't need it as much so I can decide. He text me back that I am passing on this because you sent me on a wild goose chase for a dead tree that isn't there. Mind you I only reported what my tenant told me. If it isn't there then it is less work you have to do. This is bad business practice and this guy handcuffed me saying he would but because there wasn't a dead tree now I have to find another company that can and now my time frame has been pushed out further. This is very bad practice and I only wanted to do business and possibly use at other properties.

I've used Lawns and Palms for my home lawn service for over 20 years, and they have always done a great job. They show up when expected and consistently deliver on their promises. I have been very happy with their service.
