Josh cleared our main drain. He was very knowledgeable and explained how grease from the kitchen sink was building up at the point where it connected to the main drain. This caused toilet paper and other materials to get stuck and start building up, resulting in a large plug. He recommended using Bio-Clean drain cleaner once a month to keep things flowing. Thanks Josh!

Mihail Osipov was absolutely amazing. Professional, polite, a true expert. When presented a complex outside plumbing problem he developed a plan that worked for me, adapted to unforeseen curve balls, and successfully completed the job. Highest recommendation!

Jared was very professional and a great communicator. Josh came out to help us out on a Friday evening at the end of the day. He was professional, he communicated with me, as I am an out of state condo owner, with video, text and over the phone. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable and I would recommend Flow Pros to anyone looking for a true professional to come onto your home for a repair! Exceptional individuals including Susan who dispatched our initial call! 5 stars!

Their technician (John Czarniak) appeared very knowledgeable. He explained my options and resolved the issue. If/when, I am in the need of a plumber in the future, Flow Pros will be the group I call.

We had wonderful experience with flow pros. Same day service was a plus because we had previously called other companies that either didn’t get back to us or were two weeks out. They did a great job fixing two toilet flanges and installing a new toilet in the master bath. This review is a couple of weeks late but I wanted to make sure I left a review.

Flow Pro was great. Very fairly priced, very communicative and ON TIME for the scheduled appointment! I was given a two hour window for arrival as oppose to a four hour window, and they called early that day to let me know they would be there early. They also quickly located my issues and resolved them same day. Thank you Jared!

How many organizations live day to day by acting out on their mission statement, core vales and website. Flow Pros Plumbing does. Donovan, one of their Subject Matter Experts, Plumbers does as well. He also shared his knowledge with projects that i will have to complete.
They were quick to reply to my needs, came out when they told me, gave me possible solutions and even provided cost reduction solutions. They worked around my availability and even had ongoing communication along with follow up after the projects were completed.I felt comfortable during the process and his work was organized, neat and cleaned up afterwards. Flow Pros continues to deliver! We have used Flow Pros twice this year, and both times we received outstanding service. From the excellent communications with the office staff, to our skilled technician, Bradley, we weren't disappointed. In anticipation of having shoulder surgery I felt a bidet would be a necessity. I called Flow Pros and literally in less then 2 hours we had 2 bidets. Brad was knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely recommend Flow Pros.

According to the reviews the company is good. I’m sure the company is good, if they make it to the service call appointment. Apparently having 2 technicians call out sets them back hours.

Super fast response to my initial inquiry. Text when he departed to head my way, and arrived sooner than expected for the estimate appointment. Justin was professional, highly experienced, and explained each part of the steps in troubleshooting the issues and what the best options are to resolve them. Great experience all the way around and I will definitely be using them as my plumbers form now on.

Appointment was scheduled quickly. Person making appointment was helpful w my questions (forgot her name). The Technician Zach was polite. Friendly. Efficient. Flo Pros gave me a much better price than the plumbers I have used many times before. I will be looking to use them moving forward.

Wonderful service I have used them last year n again today great service. I had an issue contacted Jared at 9:30pm he responded quickly n set up an appt. Josh came out he was wonderful , kind, quick n respectful. He fixed the clog in my kitchen sink. I highly recommend them why they are very good at what they do. Great experience! We called numerous plumbing companies and this was one of the only ones who called us back. The appt was made quickly and around our schedule. Johnathan was wonderful! Highly recommend!
