No one want to hear that their house needs to be entirely re-plumbed. We had a leak under our terrazzo, which the leak finders could not nail down. However, Flow Pros made the whole process as easy for us as possible. The process was perfectly completed on time, with no additional charges. I totally recommend Flo Pros.

I went into our garage yesterday afternoon and discovered water everywhere! I realized that it was probably our old water heater. I contacted my husband who is working overseas to ask what I should do? I did call my son-in-law who came over and realized that our water heater was shot. Nothing we can do to fix it. So, my husband searched online, reading reviews of various business's in our area. He found Flow Pros Plumbing and gave them a call. Donovan arrived last night and accessed the damage. Spoke to my son-in-law over the phone, and to me, and we decided on a plan. The very next day, today, he arrived and installed our new water heater. He gave us a good price. I felt very secure in dealing with Donovan. So far, we are very happy! Thank you so very much!

Price is about 3 times higher than you should be charged. $500 for a simple drain unclog that takes 5 minutes with no tools is highly unreasonable.

I highly recommend Flow Pros and the technician Brad! We just moved into our new house and immediately had a clogged drain. Flow Pros was able to come out the next morning and Brad explained our issue in detail. He worked efficiently and triple checked that everything was working correctly before leaving. This morning Josh from Flow Pro resolved a leak under my bathroom sink. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, was on time, and very knowledgeable. The cost to do the job was fair. At no time did I feel he was trying to do and/ or charge for more than what was needed . He didn’t try to “upsell.” I will definitely contact them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Flow Pros came out earlier this week and cleared a clog by pulling a toilet as we could not locate a clean out external to the house, the clog drained and all was well. Unknown was there was a deeper issue further down the line outside the house due to root intrusion. Within a day we had to call them back and they sent out an experienced plumber, Allan. We couldn’t find a clean out trap on the first visit (we just bought the house and previous owners did not know of a clean out trap), but with Allan’s years of experience he found the main line and the clean out trap before even probing into the ground for it. It was buried under years of dirt and mulch. Upon gaining access to it he identified the cheap green external PVC initially installed external to the house was structurally compromised by root intrusion and cracking of the pipe. Because of this he could not get his camera to pass to the end of our property. Allan said he could either do a spot fix up to five feet or replace the whole line to where it meets the county pipe. While more expensive, his advice was to replace the 50ft to the county line to ensure there were no more pipe intrusions. It came with a five-year warranty and credit of previous work completed towards the overall price. He was right, as the pipe was unearthed 2 more compromises were found further down the line. I was thankful and impressed with Allan’s experience, professionalism, sound advice, and expediency in getting us back up and running (with more resilient PVC). Allan identified the issue Wednesday afternoon and coordinated the permit issuing for digging and replacement from the county that night. He performed the digging and replacement Thursday and was cleared by the county inspector Friday morning. By 1:00 PM Friday the work is complete. Additionally, he took great care to neatly remove our top layer of sod and replace it after refilling the trench. Top notch service from Flow Pros, specifically, Allan.

Josh with Flow Pros has helped us a few times in our 1927 home. He is always reliable, super nice, super fair, and generally helpful. The company is really communicative and responsive; they'll be who we call any time we need someone.

Called Flow Pros Plumbing around 3:30 p.m. and our Technician (Alex) arrived at approximately 7:00 p.m. and he was very professional and easy to talk with. Very happy that I didn't attempt to fix this issue of a clogged line that was affecting the shower and the toilet. We are extremely thankful we called and received same day Technician help. Alex did a great job! Overall; I can’t say if the problem will persists but I had another plumber prior who messed it up completely but Alex came by he explained me every step. He told me what is the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He also gave a few suggestions and then told me if something would come up then what to do next and the approx cost of that. He answered all my questions!

Paul and Jerrod came out right away to fix our leaky faucet. Multiple quote options were presented and they were able to install a new shower cartridge in the same day. Photos were taken of the issue and Paul took the time to explain what was fixed with additional photos.
It was pricey, but they were very helpful and saved us a lot of time and headache fixing the problem for us.

Paul from Flow Pros did an exceptional job preparing a broken water line connection under the concrete slab of our home. He examined the marked location of the water leak and devised a plan to access the leak through our floor and from the exterior of our home. His professionalism in executing the plan resulted in minor impacts to our floor and exterior. Paul was meticulous, courteous, and did a good job cleaning when he finished his work.
