Tim is always pleasant, professional and on time (even early). We trust this company for our A/C maintenance. Very trustworthy and reliable.

They came in a timely manner. We had no cool air. They diagnosis the problem and came back the next morning and fixed it. They did not make us wait to have a working unit.

Technician was on time and thoroughly explained how he would perform our annual a/c maintenance. Professional, thoughtful and thorough. We will call Air Medics for all of our a/c and air distribution needs.

Very disappointed in customer service while trying to deal with repeat issues due to faulty installation of an A/C unit and given inaccurate information. Initial response time for install was great to begin with, then it went downhill after that. I would not recommend now.

Air Medics are the best. They fix your a/c and it blows like new. They fix your heater. You can roast marshmellows. I Think Air Medics is # 1 and recommend it to everyone looking to get some work done.

Kyle was a very personable technician but very professional. We have utmost confidence in his recommendations concerning the needed insulation. Kyle certainly is an outstanding asset to Air Medic.

I just wanted to say Mr. Timmothy was awesome. He was very helpful in getting my home cooler and air ducts cleaned. Mr. Timothy also recommended services to provide healthier and cleaner air. I would recommend Mr. Timothy to any of my family and friends.

Used these guys two years ago to install two A/C units at my home. At the time they sold me on a three year service plan for an additional $400. They never came to service my units, and both units are constantly having issues. I will never recommend this company.

Luis Patraca, AC repairman came to do annual cleaning - never used Air Medics before - AND NEVER WILL AGAIN. He said there was black mold all through the vents and I'd need a UV light. I asked him how much. He replied, "REAL expensive."
I asked him again and he said at least $2500.
Then he said the freeon was low, must be a leak. I told him there was no freeon in the system - that had been outlawed years ago. He said it was just what they called refrigerant. I asked how low, he said about 4 gallons. I asked, out of how many. He asked, 11? 12?. I asked him how much to fill in the missing gallons and he said $100 per gallon. BUT the AC is low because there is a leak and he'd have to remove all the copper pipes because you can't repair them. But first he'd have to find the leak. And he'd need special equipment for that. I asked him how he determined how much freeon was missing; he had a special gauge... But he wasn't sure exactly how much low it was, could be missing a lot more. He would need to come back with his special equipment.. and if his special equipment couldn't find the leak, the best thing to do would be to replace the entire unit. And since it was full of mold anyway, the unit really should be replaced.
While he went back to his van to get my invoice, I looked it all up.
Entire UV packet from homeserve is $1300 including installation. But not necessary.
To have an AC completely refilled from homeadvisor costs between $100-350 TOTAL, not per gallon.
I showed him this, paid him the $39 for the cleaning and said have a nice day.
    He WAS very polite.

This company must be buying reviews. Extremely rude techs show up to service the units. When installing ducts in my home they put a hole through our ceiling. We were told we would have portable a/c units placed in our home while the duct work and install were done and of course, we weren't provided with that until the last day of the install after fighting with the company about it. In the middle of summer. Please do yourself a favor and use any company but this one.

These guys are amazing!! Specifically Tim Ashmun!!! Tim goes above and beyond when it comes to his customers and the service he provides. I have a 2yr old and my AC went out when it was 90 degrees outside! Tim came to my rescue and called me immediately. We were able to FaceTime so Tim could walk me through items to inspect. While on the phone Tim discovered the problem was a lizard crawled on my circuit board and shorted out the unit! Because of Tim’s exceptional customer service he was able to diagnose the problem before even showing up. This way he could arrive with the parts needed and fix the unit the fastest way possible! If you need ANYTHING done to your AC and you are in the Tampa area do yourself a favor and call this guy.

Tim will sell you on a new unit and a great experience but you'll get none of that. Tim stood in my home holding up a thermometer to the vent saying it was definitely putting out more CFMs than before the new unit was replaced (it wasn't). When I asked him exactly what it was he was holding and how he knew that, he admitted it was simply a thermometer but INSISTED he just knew it was more CFMs. What an absolute joke. No one at the office cares about your experience or complaints. I truly urge anyone wanting to use this company, DON'T. They have zero integrity and all you'll have is money spent and a headache!

I was in a pinch with my AC not working and I was very pleased with how quickly Air Medics was able to send someone out. The communication from the office to the team that came out was STELLAR! Thank you Robert and Tony for helping me out and ensuring my air was working same day! Eyes closed I recommend Air Medics.

Service Technician Blake was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed of what work he was checking. Blake was on time for the appointment and exemplified true customer service. I am a new customer to Air Medics and be assured I will remain a customer thanks to Blake. I strongly recommend Air Medics to those looking for a HVAC company.

Poor customer service. After they convinced us to spend $9k on new ducts and $9k more on a new AC unit, they’ve been out 4 times to correct poor air flow in 3 bedrooms and still have yet to correct the issue. The last time I called the supervisor (Toby) said there was nothing else they could do with the issue. A few weeks ago our air went out, I called to schedule and no one ever showed up or called back. Please stay away from this company.

Timothy was excellent and polite. He fixed my loose thermostat; it was falling out of the wall and I didn’t even ask him to do it. He redrilled new holes and voila, all done. On a scale of 1-10, I’d give him a 12! Great company; I highly recommend them for your AC needs!

I used this company for a new AC unit install that they did back in September 2019 in which they charged over $12,000. They was called again a few months later due to a leak and the unit not cooling. I was told by the manager Tobby that the line set fluids was contaminated and that it need to be changes,. Alone with the $79 service charge the cost to do the repaired would be an additional $5,769 which was not covered under the warranty. Fast forward to today I called another company which came out, found the problem which was an improper install. They was able to get me back up and running for under $400. This company do sub par work at which they over charge then make up a different diagnosis to over charge for additional repairs.

4/4/2021 In response to your response the second company that came out to fix the mistakes by Air Medics did do a contamination test on my system by doing a acid test and did not find any contamination in the line set. What the did find was the unit drain was sloped the wrong way causing the unit to freeze up, and that the unit was 2.9 lb low in coolant. As for fixing the unit for free the last time you was called out. If you call a $79 service fee free then I stand corrected. Again over $12,000 paid for a botched job and a quote of 5,769 for something that should have been covered. No sir I will decline on that offer to call you back out.

BEWARE!! Scammer! Air medics came out under a home warranty plan because I was not getting any cold air. They told me my coils were corroded and needed to be replaced because they were leaking Freon so badly. They then said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get the coils and that the coils plus installation would cost $5500. They suggested I look at getting a new unit which they would be happy to install. Thank heavens I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out the blower was bad. Home Warranty company sent out another repair company 3 days later and they replaced the blower. Magically the air conditioning worked again. Waited a month. Had the 2nd opinion a/c company come back out and check Freon levels and they are fine. So just needed a new blower. Conveniently the Air Medic tech that diagnosed the supposed “leak” no longer works there. But they refuse to refund the $270 I paid to diagnose the leak that never existed!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Awful Company! You see all the bad reviews on here! Believe them!
