We’ve been working with JS Watson Air for a few years now, across two different homes, and we honestly couldn’t ask for better service. From the very first visit, they made us feel like part of the family—not just another customer on the list. Every technician has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind and they've always gone above and beyond. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our HVAC needs.

Rasheem was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. I am confident that he did a good maintenance job on our system. We paid for a one year maintenance and service contract.

Unfortunately, I did not have such a good experience. I placed a call because the board on my A/C had burned out. The technician came over and bypassed it to get it working. He was kind and friendly. However, when he gave me the price to replace the board, I nearly had a heart attack. He quoted me $800 for an $89 board and 1 hour labor. I did my research and hired someone who did the job for $180.00. When I called the company and gave them the price of the board, they lowered the price to $369 which is still high. I understand businesses need to mark up their parts and prices to make a profit, but to quadruple the cost is sad. I am afraid I lost my trust in this business. 😕

Rasheem Scott was professional and courteous. He took his time in attention to detail as well as fully explain everything he was and needed to do.

Preston was on time, efficient, friendly and explained everything he did after the maintenance appointment. I also really appreciate that they send text reminders and provide a link with their ETA and location once they are on their way. They also included a short profile and picture of the tech on that text so I knew exactly who to expect and when. Great service!

I have been using JS Watson Air for repairs and maintenance for several years now. I can recommend them without hesitation. Today they sent technician Preston for a maintenance on my AC unit. Preston was on time and was professional and knowledgeable. Knowledgeable because of the way he explained things to me and professional by the way he treated me. I renewed my maintenance agreement with JS Watson based on my past experiences and Preston’s visit today.

Rasheed Scott was professional, detailed and explained everything in a way we could understand. He was able to do what we asked for and did so in a timely manner. I recommend this company, as it is family-owned and their techs are always willing to go the extra mile and the owners are part of the team!

I have been using them for a couple years for maintenance. The technicians are always friendly, informative, and do quality work.

Edit: It is not often that I get a chance to give a review when things don't go according to plan. We had an issue present itself after my maintenance today. The technician, Carlos, returned within about an hour of my call (after hours) and stayed late to ensure that my family was comfortable while his was likely waiting at home for him. He was very professional and ensured that the issue was resolved. Now knowing how he and the company respond to less than ideal circumstances, I would give more than 5 stars.

The whole team at JS Watson is awesome. Dealt with a pretty complicated AC issue and from Rasheem to Gina to Preston, everybody was phenomenal at finding the root cause and fixing it. Highly recommend this company! Thank you JS Watson

Friday morning I called A few AC companies to see when I could have our AC fixed . I could not believe they could not come until Monday or Tuesday! You could imagine my frustration Then I found JS Watson Air on Google maps.
The call was picked up on the second ring and a friendly voice answered. She assured me she would get right back to me on a schedule to fix the AC. Within 10 minutes she called back as promised and was able to fit us in today! I was so relieved. John Watson and Jack arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional and courteous. John was able to resolve our repair in no time. I highly recommend them , you can get honest answers and feel confident they will get the job done right.

After pretty great experiences with this company, and a 5 star review, I needed to update my review. After being cursed at by the owner and being told “not having air conditioning was not his problem “, and charged for labor that didn’t occur during the repair, we won’t be using this company again.

John did a geart job diagnosing the issue with my AC. He was not only knowledgeable but also personable. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. This was my first time using JS Watson, but it definitely won’t be my last. If you want to save time and avoid the runaround, give them a call. Reasonable prices, honest people, you can’t ask for more

It’s a Saturday and our air stopped working! Rasheem our technician called us within the hour after placing an emergency request. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very honest. We are so thankful to our friends who recommended JS Watson. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Love this company, highly recommend it. All employees are awesome. Today we had Preston, he did an excellent job, very thorough and great costumer service.
We also had an emergency once and the owner himself came and helped us a lot. Everyone responds so quickly and they are truly the best. We tell everyone to go with this company. They don't try to upsell you, they just do what is needed. Very honest company. They also send very detailed invoices that tell you exactly what they did. And they spend a lot of time working, you know they are doing great work. I love the text and email reminders and the bio of the tech before they come. Everything is top notch. Thank you Watson Air!

The best! The absolute best! They came quickly and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend enough!

Highly recommend JS Watson Air! Our AC went out the night before and, after a nightmare experience trying to deal with Sears for warranty repairs (on a brand-new unit!), JS Watson came through big time. They had a technician—Carlos—out to us within a few hours of calling. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and got us back up and running. Truly saved the day!

Edit (August 2025): My last review was back in April, and once again we had to call on JS Watson because—surprise, surprise—Sears still isn’t honoring our service agreement and has been canceling our appointments for months. Thankfully, JS Watson always comes to the rescue.

We had John Watson out yesterday, and while he discovered our unit was frozen, he made sure to get us a new appointment first thing this morning. Today, Rasheem came by and went above and beyond. We seem to have a pretty complex technical issue, but he was patient, thorough, and ruled out many possibilities to pinpoint the problem. On top of that, he was kind, polite, and even super sweet to our dog.

JS Watson remains a solid 5-star company in my book—I’d give more if I could!
