A Team AC got our system running again when no one else could figure out the problem. The tech knew exactly what to do and had cool air blowing in no time. So glad we called them instead of messing with it ourselves.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Our AC was making this awful grinding noise and the technician (super friendly guy) had it fixed in under an hour. Explained everything clearly and even showed me how to change the filter properly.

Rasheem was very knowledgeable and was quick to diagnose the issue with my unit. Explained everything to me and how it would affect my a/c. After issue was addressed, my home started cooling down rapidly. Very pleased with experience. Will be calling in future for any other issues.

Zero ⭐, it forced me to put one to "post". This unit was "supposedly" serviced and cleaned a bit over 2 months ago. How did all the sand and dust get in there when it has never occurred before? I don't believe the tech cleaned the unit properly when here 2+ months before. Upon the service call for my unit NOT working 2+ months later, I actually had to help Rasheem put the top back on my A/C unit because he was having issues doing it alone and I didn't want my unit damaged. There was no repair even made, just vacuumed, which leads me to believe the previous "service tech" was here for the 6 month checkup and didn't clean it properly.. Also helped put back the "apron" connecting house and unit, which hit my shin bone.. Now when I sit outside the unit rattles so much when running it drives me nuts. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

The two guys working on the air conditioner are super. Very friendly, very polite answer all my questions explained what they were doing when I asked them and you couldn’t ask for two gentlemen who were better for the positions there end. I applaud you. You have a good team

I called a company twice I had a plan with over the course of two days, no A/C, indoor temp of 95° and STILL no call back.
Had a neighbor tell me about this company, called and actually talked to a person, not a robotic answering service, forwarded my info to a technician and actually had a call back and someone at my house within two hours. They tell you upfront of any additional fees, as it was outside of normal hours. But with no AC, I didn’t mind paying a bit extra.
Preston was so knowledgeable and helpful, and I will be working on my refund for services with other company to transfer plan to this one. Thank you again, Preston.
