I received great service from Technician Akeem. He was professional and took his time cleaning my AC with skill and care. I utilized United airtemp for scheduled maintain they called and offer a seasonal special of $69.99 which is a great price. Glad I took the offer and plan to get other units serviced. My American homeshield warranty company contractors with them so I felt good about using them on my own. Keep skilled and professional technicians on staff like Akeem who make the company look good.

I have been with United Air close to a year. Elio is one of the good professional group. He visited my house today for a routine visit and, he was very knowledgeable and polite as well, respectful of my property. He also provided a good advice on how take good care of my air conditioning unit and, how to keep it in good condition. I appreciate his hard work and integrity.

Was given an hour time arrival window, which is not typical, it is usually a 4 hour window for most companies. The technician arrived early in the window and was very professional and efficient. They went over what they found and what things they repaired.

We had an emergency on a day whereby the temperature was over 100 outside and our air quite. American Home Shield contacted United Air Temperature and they came out immediately. Christopher was very knowledgeable and professional and resolved our issue and even suggested we get a surge protector to prevent this from happening again. Big thanks for helping us because with 2 seniors and 2 dogs, that high temperature in the house could have been dangerous quickly. I would definitely request United Air Temperature if there are any other issues concerning our Air conditioning system. Thanks again.

I called and scheduled a check up on my system through American Home Shield. The tech arrived and said that the air handler needed a cleaning. After the warranty company said they don’t cover it the price I was given seemed steep so I declined the service. Now my AC is not working because it is constantly freezing which it wasn’t doing before your tech checked it out. I sent an email because I do not like leaving negative reviews but no one has responded so here we are.
UPDATE…
I was contacted by the service department and they rescheduled with me and came out assessed the situation and replaced the parts and resolved the issue. The made sure the system was functioning properly before leaving and said to call if any problems arise.

United called to check up and schedule a routine heating pump maintenance visit which was perfect since the week prior the heat did not turn on. Elio came out and was able to confirm my issue is with my thermostat (which happens to be through my security system.) He made sure to listen to the things I went through when I called the security system company to calibrate my thermostat since they insist it’s my hvac. Since I have previous history going through this with them I knew it’s not my hvac. Elio explained his steps and procedures as he went along. Ran diagnostics and made some suggestions for overall maintenance and upkeep. It’s only my second visit from United but both times the techs have been courteous, professional and helpful.

Technician arrived within 30 minutes after my request for service. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and his repair of my A/C exceeded my expectations. I informed United Air Temp that for future service calls, kindly send the same technician. This was the first time I used this company and have no need to look any further. They are a Winner!

We had a good experience with the United Temp company during our system checkup. Technician Elio called enroute w/an eta. He was very thorough during his service call. An explanation of his work was given, and questions were answered at the completion of the call. Eliot is a professional and knowledgeable employee. And although we couldn't upgrade our system presently, we will call back in the near future to do so. Thank you

Riley was very considerate of our time, called to offer an earlier start that was available. He was very knowledgeable, took time to explain what he was doing and then came in to discuss a small issue he had found. Riley came back in to discuss what measures he took to help resolve the issue and continued on with the routine maintenance he was originally scheduled for. If I had anyone ask me if I would recommend United Air, my answer would be a solid yes- no hesitation.

Quick response time, came right when they said they would, gave a one hour window. We called on a Sunday morning for a follow up and they answered and set up an appointment right away! Both techs we had were amazing, professional, and quick! 10/10 Recommend!!

Akeem was able to get our HVAC system running again and also to make us aware of its issues (due to “old age”) that might cause trouble soon. He was thorough and careful both in his diagnosis and in his provision of information to us - answered our questions clearly and was very pleasant. He did a great job!

Love this company! Noticed air not working on Sunday and called and actually talked to a live person. Had technician at my house in 30 minutes and fixed the problem. Efficient professional service. I have a maintenance contract with them and so happy with how they take great care in their customers.

Great technicians. Lousy customer service. It took five days to get a warranty part from the manufacturer when Carrier advertised that I could have picked up the part two hours away and have it available for you to install in five hours. Your staff refused to think and work "outside the box", thereby causing two senior citizens to endure 87 degree indoor temperatures for seven days. This was with four fans running during a heat wave warning ⚠️.
I think that United Air Temp has a long way to go in "caring for the customer".

I purchased a service contract that has been consistently honored with no problems! Unfortunately, I have had many problems of all kinds during the ten years since I purchased my unit from United Air Temp. My latest problem has required a new part and my 82 year old wife and I have been left without an A/C during 95 degree Florida heat without any where to go for I am told will be an entire week! I am hoping there is some type of priority placed on this repair for a decade old client with a service contract! Hope we can survive! P.S The young techs are always very friendly and respectful!

United air Temp was assigned for my warranty company to repair my AC that had went out. I explained that the fan was not working so it was probably a capacitor issue. My appointment was not until the following day between the hours of 5:30-7:30, Riley called me about 2:00 and advised there was a cancellation and asked if he could come early, I was elated! Riley and Frank arrived, put shoe covers on before entering my house, and when I took them out back he immediately noticed it was the capacitor and was able to fix it very promptly. Both Riley and Frank were very friendly, professional, and patient! Great team, and great company would definitely recommend!

I have had a maintenance agreement with
United Air Temp for over 20 years. They are the best in knowledge of your air and heat issues, their technicians are very well trained and always kind and understanding of your concerns. If I ever have an issue I just need to call and then relax knowing they will send one of their techs as soon as possible and they always keep in touch.

United Air Temp has been awesome with preventative maintenance since our new AC was installed by them 3 years ago. Jefferson who came out today did a fantastic job and he even checked the air return which none of the other service techs have ever done. He checked things thoroughly to make sure the AC was running efficiently. Thank you Jefferson we appreciate you!!

I have been with this company for about 8 years. They are a model for how you do business to their competitors, especially the home warranty companies. Customer service is excellent, you actually talk to a person without having to go through 50 prompts to get to AI and then go through 50 more prompts. The Technicians show up on time, are professionally dressed and know their stuff.
