I was very pleased with UAT's service. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He used booties to protect my flooring, kept me informed throughout his work, and suggested actions to improve the AC's performance. I highly recommend UAT and their technician, Adler.

AC tech, Jefferson, from United Air Temp performed his diagnostics of my non-functional AC unit that stopped working for 4 days without air in my house. Jefferson immediately recognized the blower motor and had an available blower motor on his truck and replaced it immediately. From the time of his arrival to the completion of the repair, he took only 45 minutes. He was very friendly, efficient, and worked effortlessly. I am highly impressed with this company and their techs. I highly recommend their service for any AC repairs!

I am happy with the work the Tech did for me. He replaced the motor and checked the refrigerant levels and voltages for me too. My unit is running very well now. Very good job. We noticed our air conditioner was not working at 6:30PM on a Thursday night. I put a request in with American home shield and United air called me just two hours later. I was surprised to get a call at 8:30PM. They scheduled for someone to be out between 1030 and 1230 the next day. Riley showed up right on time. He was very positive And willing to climb up in our small attic to assess our unit. He was extremely professional and diagnosed and fixed our air within 20 minutes. Living in Florida is almost a necessity and we really appreciated the fast and quality service.

The tech did an amazing job servicing our AC unit. Very polite, professional, and courteous. Left everything neater than when they arrived. I would recommend them anytime and hopefully they continue to be dispatched for future servicing of our unit.

We were amazed with the service we received from Riley. We had gone 2 months with no A\C and Heat as we were told by another company that we needed a new compressor and all new electrical and the price was two high. We then had United Air Temp take a look and we had no extra charge with our warranty and they fixed it on the first trip as it was only 1 wire needing fixed.
If your looking for an honest hvac repair company definitely choose this one.

Review for United Air Temp – Ongoing Service Failures and Poor Customer Treatment

I’m writing to share a deeply frustrating experience with United Air Temp that began when I scheduled a routine A/C maintenance. My system was working perfectly beforehand, but after their service, things quickly went downhill.

TIMELINE:
First visit: Routine maintenance performed. Within 12 hours, my unit was flooded and shut off completely.

Second visit: Another technician did maintenance. The unit ran for five days, then shut off again. The breaker had tripped, and the condenser wouldn’t run.

Third visit: Technician replaced parts. Upon restart, there was a small explosion and gas leakage from the condenser. I was told the compressor was now damaged, despite earlier claims the unit was in great shape.

I cooperated fully, waited two weeks for a compressor, and scheduled installation for July 15 at 3:30 PM. That day, they canceled due to weather, though it didn’t rain at my location. The appointment was moved to July 16, but canceled again for the same reason. I provided photo evidence showing clear skies at my address, but the manager cited rain 10 minutes away and refused to send the technician.

I’m now scheduled for July 17 and must miss work again, without any assurance the appointment will be honored. I requested to escalate the issue and send a formal complaint with evidence, but was told no emails are allowed and only agents can forward complaints internally.

I feel ignored, dismissed, and disrespected as a paying customer. I’ve had four visits, a gas leak, a blown compressor, and now multiple last-minute cancellations with zero urgency or care.

I urge United Air Temp to take this seriously and escalate to a regional manager or higher. I expect accountability and resolution—not more delays and dismissals.

United Air Temp has been Servicing my AC unit for a few years now and I am thoroughly happy with them. They come twice a year at a very reasonable price and services my unit to ensure that everything is in tip top condition for the summer and winter seasons. If freon is needed it is topped off. If the coils need cleaning or the drain needs flushing they're very thorough in Servicing my AC unit. My technician has been the same one every year and it's always good to see a familiar face each time. They provide quick and friendly service and always arrive during their scheduled window. I love their professionalism, prompt and friendly service.

Elio was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed. He even took the extra step of calling the office to ensure everything was handled properly, and the issue was fixed to my satisfaction. Excellent service!
