I had a great experience with Superfast Electric. I contacted them to diagnose and fix an issue with multiple outlets, and the scheduling through their website was incredibly easy. I even had to change my availability window the day of, and their system made that seamless.

Carlos, my technician, was fantastic. He took the time to explain what was going on, taught me what to look out for in the future, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. I also appreciated being given multiple estimate options, ranging from a comprehensive solution to a more focused fix for the immediate issue. Carlos was knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service, and followed up with great attention to detail.

Steve showed up promptly when he said he would, and worked fast and diligently. While working, he discovered that our house doesn’t have a surge protector (not ideal in the lightening capital of the world!) so that’s something he will take care of for us. He was kind, informative, and honest - all the things you want in a great electrician! So grateful for Steve and Super Fast Electric!!!
