Carlos was awesome! He really took the time to
explain every detail about my electrical concerns and made sure I understood all my options. He even went over the county codes with me so I'd know what's up to standard. I really appreciated how professional and respectful he was. Carlos even wore those blue shoe covers to keep my carpet floor clean! First time I see someone doing it in US. Super knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Really impressed with Carlos and Rob! They put up a complicated light fixture and changed our laundry room light to an LED. They took their time to make sure everything looked really good and paid attention to the details - exactly what we were looking for.

Steve came out and did an amazing job hooking up my ONT to my whole house battery backup system. He was quick, neat, and also super friendly and personable to boot. Had an issue come up yesterday, they were anle to get Steve out today! He was awesome and got the job done! He even asked if I needed a coffee or anything on his way! Exceptional service.

Super fast is super awesome! Carlos came through today to quote me on a couple of things and was a complete gentleman. Price is reasonable and the staff is always helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Carlos Rentas came out and helped me out immensely. I was informed of maintenance issues that I should address whilst also fulfilling my initial request. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and insightful professional if I tried.

Could not have asked for a more positive experience! Carlos explained everything in a very thorough manner and in a way that was easy to understand. He even went the extra mile to complete a very crucial mini repair the day of to help with our newborn. Would recommend him and the company to anyone :)

I had an electrical issue with my pool pump, and Carlos came out to help. He was right on time, very friendly, and professional. What I really appreciated was how thorough he was in explaining everything he was doing, making sure I understood the problem and the solution. Carlos came out to replace a ceiling fan for me and he was excellent! Was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

He also did a free home electrical inspection as part of the service, which I'll be honest I was not interested in, but he did not try to needlessly upsell me on anything. He educated me on some things and made some recommendations, but everything looked good.

Would happily use Carlos again, definitely recommend him if you need any services!

Carlos has great customer service and he took his time to explain everything he was doing while he was at my home. He formulated three separate plans and explain each one in detail before I made my decision as to which one I thought was best for my home. Thank you very much for your time and effort. I have used Superfast electric before and will probably use them again. I will definitely refer them as they have done great work in the past.

Tech added a "VIP" subscription service to our invoice for a light fixture installation. Tech never mentioned anything and asked us to sign the invoice for work completed. We had no idea that it was a sign-up for a subscription. Not only were we never notified of the VIP service that we supposedly agreed to, but the company never contacted us to schedule the supposed subscription services, such as annual testing of smoke alarms. We only found all this out after our credit card was charged $139 one year after we last hired this company. We will be disputing this charge. This company's business practice borders on fraudulent subscription enrollment.

I had a great experience with this company today. From the quick response time to the clear communication, everything was handled professionally. My technician, Steve, did an excellent job explaining the different options to fix my issue and gave me fair pricing choices. The work was done efficiently, and I felt confident in the solution provided. I really appreciate the honesty and quality service—highly recommend!

Carlos came out to inspect a home we’re under contract for and did an amazing job! He showed up early, walked me through everything over the phone when he was done, and sent a detailed performance and safety assessment along with a proposal email that included four different options. He was professional, kind, and super easy to talk to.

I also really appreciated how quickly they squeezed us in. Susan at the front desk was so sweet… she originally let me know they were fully booked for the week, but after I mentioned our inspection period ended Friday, she called me back just 10 minutes later with a cancellation spot for the next day.

I’m so happy with the service we received. If we move forward with this house, I’ll absolutely be using Super Fast Electric again. Highly recommend!

We had a 3-prong dryer outlet that was fried and could have caused major damage. Steve did an excellent job replacing it with a 4-prong outlet and relocating it to a safer location. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and plan to use him again for future projects.
